Quality Inn Oneida near Casino

Did not have breakfast and not sure where it was. Staff was good. Parking was good.

Broken wall boards about the room, under sinks, in halls, etc. Has a very worn look outside and inside.

Beds were comfortable. Side entrance wasn't secure when we used that door and property backed up to woods. Manager said he would check it. Adequate for one night. No extras and something had been removed from the wall in the bathroom and looked bad.

Very Clean. Small space but just what we needed for a quick local stay. Plenty of parking, easy, in and out and a limited small bite breakfast too.

A two story walk-up 3 star motel on its way to 2 stars. Clean but not well maintained, mold, unpainted repairs, aging carpets and furniture. Way overpriced, but seems to be a trend in that area.

No elevator

The parking lot was a solid sheet of ice. My family and i almost fell getting to the hotel. Broken handrails. No elevator

The staff at the Quality Inn were very polite, friendly, hospitable and reassuring. That was the only reason we stayed. They were hard working and polite. The Hotel itself was lacking....the main and back entry doors to the hotel did not lock! They remained unlocked for the entire stay. The lock to the door for our room had been recently ( I think) modified and did not seem to be professionally done. We alerted them to this problem, they apologized and said they were waiting for the people to get a part to fix them. The room was extremely musty, moldy smelling, the air conditioning was loud and the bathroom tub was stained and aged. We were very disappointed.

This property is a bit run down with poor bldg access and a general low quality feel. Staff was either unhelpful or did not speak English. Would not stay here in the future.

No elevator

It was very dirty in our room and it smelled like sweat and cigarettes even though it’s a “smoke free” stay. Won’t come back here

Our stay was okay. The staff seemed generally disinterested and the facility was pretty run down and smelled like smoke. There were old limes in our in-room fridge. However, the beds were comfortable and room was clean enough.

Clean room, the bed was very comfortable, let’s not forget the pillow. It was sweet dreams. The shower was hot and strong. Breakfast was delicious coffee was nice and hot.

I was very happy with how clean the hotel was — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice surprise. The beds were soft on top and a bit on the firm side underneath, but overall, for the price, this hotel was a great value.

We ended up staying about 10 minutes, and then packed up and drove home. The entire property needs more lighting outside. The room had a very strange smell to it, dried contacts found on the floor, makeup smeared all over the bathroom, and one of the sheets had a huge stain on it. The guy at the front desk was gruff when we checked in, and non-existant when we left 10 minutes later, so we just left our room keys in the front desk. Very disappointing to be sure, and a total waste of my money.

I stayed at this property one year ago when it was Super 8. In 1 year it has changed a lot. The entire place is brighter, as it has been repainted. Our suite was very clean with new clean carpet and a new tub. There was even an electric mirror in the bathroom. I need 2 things when I travel: great sleep and great showers. I got both! The king bed is huge and the mattress firm. The linens were good quality. My check-in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. Most important, we got housekeeping, clean towels, a new shower curtain every single day. The housekeeping staff was lovely too. Parking was plentiful and free. Internet quick so we could work too. Also, there is a little shopping centre nearby with a Dennys, and Cinema and other restaurants right next door. We will definitely stay there again, and I recommend it.

The area was what it was...the hotel however, was dirty. As soon as you walk in, the hallways wreaked of a stale odor, carpet and stairs looked dingy. They may have replaced the towels and bed but they most certainly did not clean. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom, under the toilet lid had stains, and the tub itself had a line of what looked to be a film of dirt that sits after the water drained. Needless to say, my husband and I showered in slippers. I understand places get busy, but I don't understand not cleaning properly. Customers do pay for this. I am disappointed that I was not comfortable where I had to lay my head and unfortunately, we checked in extremely late having to travel far.

Clean. Comfortable beds, if you like soft mattress. Staff not very personable. I wouldnt call their breakfast breakfast. Apples and mini muffin, juice and coffee. So if you are looking for basic, clean and comfy this is a good one.

Property is clean, room clean. However, the property is older, needs renovations/upgrading. There wasn't much of a breakfast area or any food. Tea & coffee i saw. Complaint (but not property fault) is ppl coming in very late or leaving early and slamming the doors making a very loud bang. Pillows are small and square & not comfortable. It wasn't a terrible stay but am used to nicer more updated surroundings.

My only complaint was the heating unit in the room was pretty loud when it came on .

I stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend. Prices were great I did them online . The place was very clean and smelled great . AC worked amazing on the hot days . The guy had the front desk name David was very helpful and awesome. The only BAD thing about this place is that their house keeper's must live on property well there's a guy there and he kept staring at my girlfriend every time she went outside and then we left early Saturday morning to go to store and other places and when we came back a few hours later we noticed he was coming out of our room and we went in the room and only the one bed was maid and some of the trash was takin out which i thought was very odd cause we were still checked in their and our stuff was in the room still and he just went in and remaid 1 bed and not both. Or went in there period when we didn't ask no one for them to do so .... That's the only part I did not like is he just going in my room . Someone needs to tell him to stay out of people's rooms until they are checked out . I paid for that area and have imported stuff in there and don't need people watching when I leave the room or when I come back very weird that man was for doing stuff like that

My granddaughter and I were in town for a show and found your hotel conveniently located and very accommodating. We were given directions and other helpful information by the desk staff. He was very friendly and professional.

Quiet, clean, comfortable and affordable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. Due to being highly allergic to cat and dog dander, I was happy to find out that pets are not allowed here. Overall, very satisfied.

We weren't able to sign in early which wasn't a big deal. When we did get into our room it was clean, quiet and inviting. David was working at the counter and was super friendly and helpful. My friend and I walked to breakfast around 9:10/9:15am and there wasn't much there to eat. I had 1 bowl of Fruit Loop cereal (there was hardly any milk) and thankfully I had my own Greek yogurt with fruit to tie me over. There weren't any protein based items other than a few small regular yogurts and maybe a 3/4 cup of milk left. I always look for any type of eggs for a protein source. All in all it was good and I'd stay there again if I needed to.

It was an average hotel, we got what we paid for. The customer service was not good. When we arrived the man at the front desk was very rude, the housekeeping staff started asking us at 9am when we were leaving. We asked for extra towels and that seemed to be an issue. We felt as if we were a big bother to them.

Wonderful staff!

The Super 8 was a perfect spot for a one night stay. We were headed to a concert at Turning Stone so it was convenient and we only needed it to sleep and it served its purpose. The front desk staff were very accommodating and friendly.

A solid hotel choice if you find yourself in Upstate NY for work or family, I like that there are two gyms near-by (Plan*** Fitness and the YMCA) plus all the big chain fast-food restaurants. Hotel is set back from the road so it is very quiet. Comfortable beds and standard small-hotel 'breakfast'. Only protein on tap was yogurts. Lot's of drink choices. Coffee machine was on all day which was nice.

I had a late check in, perhaps 2:30 am and the overnight clerk was a friendly fellow. The room was clean and to my liking, with a mini-fridge. I noticed on my way out in the morning, several of the rooms that were occupied the night before had the doors propped open and the beds were stripped of linens, so I could see evidence that each room was appropriately cleaned each day. Breakfast was fresh and typical: coffee, apple/orange juice machine, bagels, cream cheese and yogurt. They have one of those machines that makes the fresh waffles. The dining area was on the first floor and was also kept very clean. The owner/GM Mr. Patel was on day duty and this is a fellow that takes pride in the place he runs/owns/manages. I made sure to share my kind words with him as well. The place offers a value stay near the Turning Stone Resort and is suitable for budget conscious folks.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The area was sketchy and lots of people hanging around outside. During the night a storm knocked out all power to hotel, so no a/c or breakfast

Close to the main Street

This motel was as expected when we travel and require a good night's rest in a clean motel room. It provided all the necessary amenities for the night. It was easy to locate and there are near-by restaurants, shopping and auto needs.

The area seems unsafe. There were multiple men outside in the area with g*ns in their waistbands, lots of other people wondering around. When I got to the hotel, I was uncomfortable getting out because of all of the shady people in the lot hanging out (& starting/dancing around fires). I kept driving through the parking lot & ran over something that popped my tire. Drove my truck to the gas station next door to try & patch it & the attendant working told me I was not safe, that the group of people outside (doing donuts around the gas pumps & fighting) were criminals & that my truck would be gone before morning if I left it there. Drove on the rim back across the street to the hotel & got to my room, food crumbs & dirt everywhere, a cockroach crawled off one of the beds when I pulled up the pillows. Could see where the door frame had been split from getting kicked in or something at some point. Bed was hard as a rock. I did not get great sleep because of all this & comforted myself by reading reviews on Expedia, being thankful no one mentioned their vehicle getting broken into. Everything ended up being fine. The area itself & shady people are not the hotels fault by any means, but definitely something others should be aware of.

Went to a concert at the Turning Stone…it was a great place to stay at a reasonable rate.

A group of drunken men were hanging out in the room across the hall and were very loud in the middle of the night. Despite our complaints to management, no action was taken. Additionally, the continental breakfast was extremely limited and consisted of fruit loops, waffles, and yogurt.

Continental breakfast was waffles, cereal yogurt.

We were in room 105 which was close to the front desk and also close to the breakfast area. Was a little noisy. Breakfast choices were extremely limited so we skipped it. Room was pretty clean and tidy. Carpet appeared to be pretty new. Bathroom was very small with a very small vanity. For the money it’s not a awful choice.

It was ok ! Rooms were small and no breakfast! They said there was but there was only two cereals without milk and waffles with no batter ! That was it and was messy! coffee was terrible no creamer !

Not really handicap assessable. The ramp had a 2-3 in curb making it hard to get a wheelchair into the facility. The bathroom was fine for handicap individuals but the room was almost too small for a regular size wheelchair to get around easily. The lobby often smelled like cigarette smoke. The cleaning help was very good. Breakfast was either cereal or waffles so you are out of luck for any other things you prefer.
