The room was very spacious. The pool and hot tub are both functional. The hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Breakfast was very good as well. Lots of options so I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Christmas Day, we spent the afternoon and evening with mu husband's family. We live 4 hours away so... we chose to spend the night in Brampton. I picked the Holiday Inn and was not disappointed at all. Good sized room, modern, clean, decent TV. Hot breakfast in the morning. Free parking. Fitness centre, pool and laundry available although I didn’t use them. Very friendly yet polite staff. I would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed at this property in the past when I go on my trips to Ontario. This trip I was pleasantly surprised at the beautiful renovations in the rooms. The lady in the restaurant area told me they will be doing the restaurant and the front entranceway next. I highly recommend this hotel as the staff are wonderful. The place is very clean and wall maintained.

The room was clean and nice...but it was warm and stuffy and the climate controls didn't work. Also our room (402) was next to a busy highway with lots of lights. However there was no way to close the heavier curtains and block the light and noise. Why do you have fake curtains that dont close?

This is a really nice hotel. We had no idea what we were booking (area wise) on our visit to Toronto. It’s a ways out from the city, but a very convenient 10 minutes from the subway to go right into downtown. Staff was all very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent each day. I love it when a hotel has bacon! A few tiny quirks with the room, but they didn’t deminish the experience. First, there’s no shelf in the shower, which is kind of inconvenient as you have no place to put your toiletries at all except the shower floor. The other odd thing was there was a window unit heat/ac, that had a sign on it to use the thermostat on the wall…which was weird as the thermostat controlled absolutely nothing! There are no vents in the room! Anyway, both of these things were minor and we enjoyed our stay very much.

The staff was rude, I reserved 2 rooms a month before. We checked into one room early and headed to Canada Wonderland. I double checked we would still have room 2 ready when we got back as close to each other as poosible. When 7 of us got back to hotel at 11pm very tired, looking to shower and sleep, they tell us we don't have another room for you. They thought it was a double booking mistake because we checked into one room and not the other at same time. The other room wasn't cleaned yet but would be ready when we came back. Anyways they gave our second room to someone else, leaving 7 of us in one room till they figure it out. The staff was rude and not very understanding, of course couldn't talk to manager. The rooms were extremely clean. The beds were quite comfortable. The staff member that checked me in was the friendliest!!! Breakfast had a great selection; cinnamon buns, cereal, pancakes, toast, yogurt, fruit, juices, milk, etc. Highly recommend!!

The rooms were great and all the staff. The only issue was the breakfast options. Members of my family were vegetarians and one also had a gluten allergy, the options were very,very limited. We paid premium prices but the food options were poor. We had to go to the Walmart over the rood to get the breakfast food that they could eat, like gluten free bread and cereals. I do think that this really needs to be improved, especially due to the location of the hotel and the diversity of the guests. I stay in many hotels and the majority do cater for vegetarians and people that have allergies, but this hotel does not at all. I would appreciate if I could receive some feedback.

I would not stay here again. First the card about the dangers and security concerns is alarming. I grew up in Brampton and travel a lot for business including in Brampton and never saw something like that. We had a higher rate room with a jacuzzi that struggled to work, a bed that was grossly uncomfortable, a bathroom that was a closet - it was not worth what we paid. And to have to worry about anyone coming to your door is severely off putting. If there’s a concern for issues such as listed perhaps having security on site would be good. I never saw and front desk agent again after we checked out. Also when we checked in one of the agents was just bashing guests and co workers to his friend while his friend was just trying to do his job: it was not a good overall experience. Beds uncomfortable rather have slept on the cement. Not a great experience.
