Victorian Home 2 Mi to Seneca Allegany Casino!

Kids loved the place, we would definitely come back and stay again in the future. Absolutely beautiful home!

We were thrilled to stay in a lovely, elegant, comfortable mansion while we visited nearby Little Valley for the Village of Knives event. The house was a delight - from its spacious rooms, to the comfy period-style furniture, to all the conveniences we might have wished. We were in and out with no trouble, and were especially delighted with the very comfortable beds!

The property was not cleansed properly. As we drove up the driveway the grass was not well maintained there were weeds and overgrown grass everywhere. When we arrived coming into the side entrance my son almost fell due to a crack in the stairs and low night time visibility. It was dusty from the moment we entered especially the upstairs living space. The carpets were not clean and needed to be shampooed and vacuumed. In room 1 the top sheets had stains and hair particles. There was no outdoor space neither was there a "water view". The entrance to the side door had garbage. When property manager Cheryl was made aware of our dissatisfaction she was rude and unapologetic she then told me to "stop whining". Overall she was not a gracious host, I will say the house was very beautiful but it was in need of a professional cleaning.

The location was great, commuication with the hosts was great! I was suprised at how comfortable the beds were. Great accomodations for a family needing multiple bedrooms.

The best complement I can share is that I am a return renter of this property. Came for the skiing, but brought spouses this trip. The downstairs is conducive to gathering which we did during our 3 night stay.
