Elevators weren’t always working. Had to carry all of our stuff down the stairs and with three kids even thought it was just over night it’s a lot of stuff. We’ve stayed here before with a great experience and the staff and free breakfast are always great and were great this time as well. But the elevators not working and being on the 4th floor made it not so enjoyable. And when they did work they took forever to get to where we were. Water damage in our room as well. The air conditioner wasn’t on when we got there at 8 at night and the room was very hot and smelly until it cooled down.

When we travel, Hampton Inns are the only place we choose to stay in. Good beds, good employees, reall clean accommodations. However, though we were disappointed in this one. The staff at check in were & check out were great & very helpful.However , the facilities are well worn, serious updating is needed.

Room smelled musty and mildew (like a men’s gym locker room) and the room was noisy - right next to elevator and balcony over lobby and breakfast area on 2nd fl. Plus Dogs barking in hallway. Not your usual Hampton Inn experience

Our check-in was not friendly. It was 11pm, but the woman was not friendly. She rolled her eyes and told me that they don't print receipts for people who book through hotels.com. I didn't ask for a receipt, but hotel clerks usually make a rude comment about the service. But the price is always better than the actual hotel's website. There was NO hot water. We all left unshowered and unhappy. A cool trickle was all we got.

The rooms are filthy and sheets probably not laundered. The first room we checked in had hair on the sheets. They moved us to another room. The sheets were wrinkled. Don’t know if they were washed from the previous stay. The room had an odor. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this is bad. Stay away.

It was an okay stay, the room was clean but the air quality was terrible, we woke up so congested and my eyes were so red from irritants it looked like I’d been crying for 6 hours. The curtains didn’t shut fully and we had a room that overlooked the entrance so it was hard to sleep with all the light coming in. The room also had poor humidity control so everything felt damp. Beds were below average comfort and the pillows were well-used down pillows with little fluff left. Overall, I wouldn’t choose them again for the price but it did the job.

The room had not been cleaned well at all. Sticky surfaces, remote and tons of nasty items all in and around the ac vents. For the amount spent we were very disappointed with the room. The foyer and entry area were great though, but that's not where we had to sleep.

I did not like how I arrived at 2:00 a.m. and wanted to go to sleep and the room next to me was very loud. I called the front desk and the guy didn't want to go investigate and I said dude take a walk down the hallway I can't sleep and it's crazy over here. Eventually he went and knocked but still it was not a good experience

The room was 217. The room had an odor upon arrival and we were too tired to try and change rooms. The tv picture quality was really poor and I woke up with a stiff back from the mattress. All would have been OK, but we paid 175$ for a room that was below average. We could have stayed at any of the surrounding hotels for at least half price, but thought we were getting a better quality hotel at the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was good and the check-in was friendly.

My only complaint is that there was only 1 nightstand, between the 2 beds, and no nightstand or outlets for anyone sleeping on the far sides of the beds. No place to put glasses, cellphone, medicines, etc. next to the bed.

Nice staff but rooms need updating. Shower leaked out of the bathroom into the hallway, drawer fronts fell off, handles fell off vanity, felt like an old property with stucco plastered walls, not the nice Hampton standard.

Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast okay, good selection. The issue I have is turning on the TV. Remote does not turn it on. Apparently have to find a small button underneath the logo at the bottom of the tv. ?? Couldn’t find it, someone had to come turn it on, and they had trouble finding the button. How are you supposed to know that’s how to turn it on? Idiotic.

Ms LaVerne at the front desk is top notch, give her a raise!! All of the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast had a lot of variety, although, it was exactly the same for the two days we were there so maybe change it up from one day to the next.

No heat in room. Receptionist gave maintenance wrong room number. He was angry and said customers were assholds. My husband asked him if he was an asshold and he said no. The staff needs training. They represent the image of Hilton. She was pleasant but made several mistakes with checking people in for I was at the front desk requesting help as my Hilton app would not work. I couldn’t make my app work and had to use Hotels. Com to book my room. We book Hampton most of the time, and this was the worse experience we’ve ever had. The maintenance person ended up being nice and helpful for we had to change rooms. As a business owner, I can’t stress training.,

Staff has been very nice and helpful. Not much around the area, but you’re directly off 95 so access to anything in either direction is easy. We stopped here to catch some sleep on a long trip. Overall, we are pleased with everything.

I did not realize when booking that it was so isolated. Dining options were limited, but there were a few. Breakfast left a little to be desired, in that what should have been hot food was only just warm (oatmeal, grits and sausage). The room was great.
