The location of the hotel was great! I did choose this hotel because of the heated pool advertised but unfortunately the pool was not operational and the fire pit was never on to enjoy the outdoor sitting area. The hotel has everything you need and the staff was amazing!

I booked this hotel based on the heated rooftop pool. The day we arrived the pool was ice cold, when we asked staff about it they said it had just happened and were working on it. That was Sunday , the issue was still not resolved by the time we checked out on Wednesday and we never saw anyone working on it.

The room quality and location were great. The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, allowing me to walk to various locations, including monuments, museums, and restaurants. I was able to walk to the art museum to run my race, which was an ideal situation. The room was more spacious than I expected. They had valet parking that was $50 a day.I could enter and leave the valet parking as many times as I wanted, which was nice.The rooftop pool had very scenic views.

Everyone was super friendly! The hotel itself was great! The only complaint, and not really even a complaint, is that it took 40 minutes to get our car from the valet. We were late to our event by about 10 minutes. Maybe that’s on us for not being familiar with a lot of valet services but I did hear others who lived there state that it was a ridiculously long wait.

The hotel isn’t the worst, but based on the glowing reviews, I expected more. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was smooth, but the facilities left a lot to be desired. Both the pool and gym are much smaller than the photos suggest—especially the gym, which was misleading. The free weights are crammed into a corner with space for just one person. A simple fix would be putting them where the treadmills are and vice versa, but the bigger issue is that the entire floor is shared with the pool and a club lounge that’s off-limits to the majority of people. I get that it’s likely for convenience or profit, but cramming everything onto one floor limits usable space. For a hotel this size, it just doesn’t work. The pool itself was disappointing—too hot, too small, and likely not serviced as often as it should be. Everyone joked that it felt cooler outside the pool than in it—and it was 90 degrees out, so that says a lot. The elevators were just as frustrating: small, slow, and crowded. Even the staff admitted how bad they are. The rooms are noisy. Whether it's the traffic outside, the A/C, or fridge, something is bound to wake you up. Adding insult to injury, parking for two nights cost as much as one night’s stay—definitely not included or discounted for guests. Oh and there's no free breakfast, not even continental. So while it technically offers everything a 4-star hotel should, it simply doesn’t deliver on any one of them.

Very spacious apartment style hotel with a nice view. Definitely worth the expensive price paid. Check-in/check-out staff were extremely nice. However, parking was a complete PAIN! For $50, you’ll be waiting LITERALLY 50 min for them to bring your car to you. I was told that I would have complimentary checkout until 12 and received a knock at my door from Natasha “the housekeeping supervisor” asking why I was still in the room at 11:40… Wouldn’t stay here again.

I would give this place 10 stars but the valet is a total joke. It takes almost 20 minutes to drop your car off and then 30 minutes to pick it up. One will see why when they get there. Zero hustle. They get angry and combative when you ask what's taking so long. This cannot be the hotel's solution. The front desk people were nice.

The property was pretty. The check in staff was very friendly. The pool area was very nice. But the rooms could be cleaned better. I had to call someone because there were bugs crawling all over the ceiling. The sheets weren’t as clean as they could be and I can tell the room wasnt properly cleaned because I found someone else’s jewelry on the floor.

There was a roach in our kitchen the first morning we stayed. Hotel staff was very nice about it and upgraded us to a very large and clean room for the second night and refunded the first night's cost.

Pro's: Convenient walk to all sites we wanted to visit. Front desk was very friendly/welcoming. Pool was an added bonus, staying in a major city. The valet parking was convenient and free with our stay. We loved having the small balcony with a view of the city area. The size of the room was large. Con's: We are pretty particular re: cleanliness and this wasn't the best. We ran out of toilet paper and it took an hour to get another role. Rooms could use updating.

The front desk staff was welcoming, informational and kind. Regarding staff on a whole, everyone we came into contact with was lovely. However, the cleanliness in the bathrooms was seriously lacking. Brown stains seemed to be streaking towards the drain in the bathtub. There was also a grout-like substance left behind. Possibly cleaner that had not been properly rinsed out. The bathroom sink was not draining property, therefore, leaving rings of dirt behind. It took about ten minutes for the sink to drain.

This property is conveniently located. The area is beautiful and close to businesses I’m interested in. It’s in need of an update. Curtains and rods (broken) tub (stains) the stove had unhealthy orange fire. We were afraid to use it.

When we first arrived, our room had a weird smell like bug spray? We changed rooms and it was better, bigger and nicer w/Kitchen. However, the bedroom television didn’t work (no signal). Also the heater would not go past 70 and bathroom tub had rust. Doors were squeaky. I wouldn’t say the hotel is 4*….It was just okay.

The front desk informed us that the HVAC system was switched to heat for the season and we could not run the AC. Therefore we turned it off to keep heat from blowing in, but still had to end up sleeping with the balcony door open to be comfortable temperature wise. But the noise from the streets below were loud.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The suite was large, with plenty of space. With the size of the suite, there should have been a couch, there was only a chair and a desk chair to sit on. The location was very walkable for historical sites and museums. It was a good value for us

We stayed for 5 days. The suite was on the 7th floor extremely spacious with a living room, a walk in closet, 2 television, a kitchen outdated, bedroom with a closet and bathroom which is resurfaced. The walls are so thin that u hear sound from everywhere. Its location is amazing everything felt extremely walkable. Uber rides are extremely convenient from this location. The 5th night a room occupied on the 8th floor was making so much noise , we did not understand was it a fight or a party. it started from 9:30pm and went on till 2 am and then constant hammering kind of noise till 5am in the morning. We fortunately had to leave 6am in the morning. That night was horrible. Also, you here sirens, cars ,police vehicle chasing throughout the night which is a lot disturbing if u are not a sound sleeper. Pros: location Cons:noise

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the train station, Franklin Institute, and natural history museum and an easy walk to Reading Market. There is a good Irish pub attached to the hotel that serves breakfast through dinner with some other good restaurants nearby. The location was noisy though especially during the night hours when there was a lot of motorcycle noise. It has a nice pool area and a good fitness center. Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the room itself. We had a 2-room suite, which was very spacious with a small kitchen. It was a large amount of space, which was great, but the bathroom was VERY small, and there were unattractive stains on the bottom of the bath tub. The furniture looked a little beat up. There were stains on the bedroom chairs, etc. The room definitely needs a renovation including less closet space and a bigger bathroom.

The hotel was well placed in town and the price was reasonable. I felt that the room was beautiful with great amenities such as a full kitchen and a balcony. The issues I had was that you can not turn up the heat. It said 70 but the draft from the glass doors made it quite cold, the refrigerator rattled all night long, and the cable was constantly cutting out ( about once every 3 seconds.

Excellent service easily overcame an issue with the AC in my room. I was promptly moved to another room and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Kiara leads a good group of folk there.

It was my second time staying at Windsor. I love the location and the cleanliness. My favorite part is the view and the balconies. I love having a kitchen in my room. Will be coming back again! Assistant manager Samarya was very friendly and welcoming!
It was my second time staying at Windsor. I love the location and the cleanliness. My favorite part is the view and the balconies. I love having a kitchen in my room. Will be coming back again! Assistant manager Samarya was very friendly and welcoming!

Great location. Like it comes with a spacious balcony with a kitchen. However, the amenities didn’t work such as I couldn’t cast my phone to the TV. Also, the front desk never respond to calls. You have to call them like 5 times or more to get someone to answer. When you go to the desk, they say they were, “ busy.”

Very spacious apartment style hotel with a nice view. Definitely worth the expensive price paid. Check-in/check-out staff were extremely nice. However, parking was a complete PAIN! For $50, you’ll be waiting LITERALLY 50 min for them to bring your car to you. I was told that I would have complimentary checkout until 12 and received a knock at my door from Natasha “the housekeeping supervisor” asking why I was still in the room at 11:40… Wouldn’t stay here again.

The daytime staff were excellent, a friendly welcome and early check in much appreciated. Room was comfortable. Irish pub staff - LOVELY! But the laundry situation - I couldn’t find any information about it so I went to ask. I was told there were facilities on every floor - not true but I found some on the 12th floor. I spent ages trying to download the app to make payment only for it not to work. After trying many times, I went to the phone by the elevator and rang for guest services - no one answered, I was waiting for several minutes, so I gave up and went back down to reception. A member of staff then told me that the app doesn’t work with non-US phones and that I needed to buy a special card to load money onto. She said this required my physical bank card rather than my phone (not true - I discovered) but I went back to my room to get it… eventually I found this machine (it was in the mailroom and not signposted!) And I paid $5 for the card. So I tried to use it with the washing machine - oh no, the actual card is $5, I was supposed to add money to it. So I went back. A $10 minimum! (I made sure I did two washes before I checked out!) All very frustrating. Some suggestions: 1) change to a different payment system that doesn’t punish international travellers with a $15 minimum spend on laundry 2) make sure the evening staff are trained to explain the laundry situation accurately 3) answer the phones 4) give info about the laundry through the qr code in the room

Scenery was really nice… We had a balcony… very spacious… in the middle of downtown everything is pretty much walking distance… I’ll definitely be back … Be aware parking at this hotel is expensive though 55 a night… but other than that hotel staff were friendly and super helpful and it’s right on top of a restaurant where the kitchen closes at midnight so have a good time

The room quality and location were great. The hotel was situated in the heart of the city, allowing me to walk to various locations, including monuments, museums, and restaurants. I was able to walk to the art museum to run my race, which was an ideal situation. The room was more spacious than I expected. They had valet parking that was $50 a day.I could enter and leave the valet parking as many times as I wanted, which was nice.The rooftop pool had very scenic views.

It was extremely spacious, actually huge. Lots of closet space. Loved the balcony. Coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. The staff was attentive and helpful especially Kat and Lou. A very convenient location. A lot of motorcycle noise from the street late at night. On site parking was pricey. I would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to the train station, Franklin Institute, and natural history museum and an easy walk to Reading Market. There is a good Irish pub attached to the hotel that serves breakfast through dinner with some other good restaurants nearby. The location was noisy though especially during the night hours when there was a lot of motorcycle noise. It has a nice pool area and a good fitness center. Everything about the hotel was excellent except for the room itself. We had a 2-room suite, which was very spacious with a small kitchen. It was a large amount of space, which was great, but the bathroom was VERY small, and there were unattractive stains on the bottom of the bath tub. The furniture looked a little beat up. There were stains on the bedroom chairs, etc. The room definitely needs a renovation including less closet space and a bigger bathroom.

We loved the large room and the beautiful view of the church across the street. The only problem was the shower head which kept sliding down the pole and we had trouble figuring out how to get the cold water to work. However, overall we really enjoyed our stay. Including the great location and the 2 free drinks at the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel isn’t the worst, but based on the glowing reviews, I expected more. Staff were friendly and check-in/out was smooth, but the facilities left a lot to be desired. Both the pool and gym are much smaller than the photos suggest—especially the gym, which was misleading. The free weights are crammed into a corner with space for just one person. A simple fix would be putting them where the treadmills are and vice versa, but the bigger issue is that the entire floor is shared with the pool and a club lounge that’s off-limits to the majority of people. I get that it’s likely for convenience or profit, but cramming everything onto one floor limits usable space. For a hotel this size, it just doesn’t work. The pool itself was disappointing—too hot, too small, and likely not serviced as often as it should be. Everyone joked that it felt cooler outside the pool than in it—and it was 90 degrees out, so that says a lot. The elevators were just as frustrating: small, slow, and crowded. Even the staff admitted how bad they are. The rooms are noisy. Whether it's the traffic outside, the A/C, or fridge, something is bound to wake you up. Adding insult to injury, parking for two nights cost as much as one night’s stay—definitely not included or discounted for guests. Oh and there's no free breakfast, not even continental. So while it technically offers everything a 4-star hotel should, it simply doesn’t deliver on any one of them.

Absolutely amazing stay. The hotel was fantastic. Great location, amazing facilities (including a rooftop pool), so many extras included and friendly and helpful staff. Could not recommend this hotel any more for a stay in Philly. Adding on the Executive Suite was definitely worth it for access to the lounge and drinks/snacks all day. Irish pub attached was decent too.

Nice hotel in a good center city location. Our room was a nice suite and quite large for a city hotel. They have two restaurants attached, including an Irish pub that has very good food and service. The reason for not giving it the "excellent" rating is that if you offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning, someone needs to be checking it as it ran out of a couple of supplies and the person at the desk could not find replacements. I ended up going to the Wawa that is behind the hotel.
