Value for money. Excellent hotel. I wish the check-in & checkout times were flexible like 4pm to 12noon and have some breakfast option.

The room was spacious...fireplace was nice. Good view and a nice balcony. The staff was friendly. Housekeeping was happy, one even said he loved his job and you could tell. The cookies at 4pm were a kind gesture. The pool was great and we hope to return soon.

Parking was easy and secure. Seven miles to shopping /dining. TERRIBLE water pressure in the shower.

Stayed at WorldMark Galena from February 6-8, 2026, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful wooded view right from our suite. Our room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. A special shout-out to Mike at the front desk, whose friendliness and local knowledge were exceptional. He was always ready to help and offered fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better. For a relaxing, hassle-free stay with excellent service, this resort is hard to beat. Highly recommended
