The hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been for quite a while. The pool was pretty cold. I wish they’d let you know up front when such things are out of order. Otherwise, the room was nice, beds were comfortable, it was clean.

Indoor pool was cold, hot tube out of order. Elevator had a bulb or ballast going out, front desk person was aware and said Manger knew about it. Should of been immediately repaired or elevator locked out.

I’ve stayed here before with no problems. This trip was in a different area of the hotel and the beds were as hard as rock. Plus the elevator was out of order.

It was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The price was decent and the continental breakfast was good. The hot tub was closed due to some kind of maintenance issues. That was disappointing since that is one of the amenities we value when traveling. Wish we had known ahead of time, but understand that these things happen.

I booked a one bedroom hotel and got a two bedroom instead and the fitted sheets didn’t even stay on the bed. We had to constantly put the sheet back on the bed. The pool was nice but the hot tub wasn’t open for no apparent reason the whole 4 days we were there.

I was disappointed in the property. I know that its old, however, there should be more maintenance done. The carpet in our room had a large stain on it. We were on the first floor and you could hear the upstairs room everytime they walked across the floor. The ceilings aren't very well insulated. The spa was broken and empty and the pool water looked cloudy. The mattresses and pillows were lumpy. The tub water backed up over my ankles when I was taking a shower. Maintenance did come the next day and unclog the drain. I would not stay here again.

DIRTY/UNSANITARY— DO NOT LEAVE ANY DRINKS OPEN! At a glance the room looked fine. However that all changed after we left a bottle of lemonade open in the bathroom and came home several hours later to an ant farm that had swarmed the entire bathroom counter. They were crawling on the walls, on the towels, and outside our room door. It was an absolute nightmare and not what we wanted to deal with at 1:30 in the morning. It was so bad that the staff even told us that they invaded the room next door. When I walked my dog outside the property, there were larger ants crawling all on the curb. The staff at the time did what they could, but there were no other rooms available so we had no choice but to spend the night in an ant infested room. The night front desk staff member Bri could have been more apologetic. The day front day staff Callina was great. The manager was apologetic and I received half of my money back. Would not stay here again.

Hotel is a bit dated in several ways in the rooms. Excellent staff, very clean rooms and grounds. Decent breakfast for a free hotel breakfast. Highly recommended at the price point

I was furious being a former General Manager for a Choice Hotel in Kansas. Even my little Roadway Inn was cleaner than this! There was NO manager on-site to help with anything, and I found 4 pubic hairs in the bathtub and had to personally clean the floor and tub. When I showered, the water didn't drain and was disgusting!!! VERY UNHAPPY!! Nobody has taken care of this yet!

The first day we got in we received a room that had ants in the beds and also had pink stains on the comforter on one of the beds that was new because upon trying to wipe it off it came off. The staff was great and moved us to a new room where we didn’t have issues.

Not great. Internet is painfully slow at 5mb, not great if you need to work, spaces are cramped, uncomfortable bed, awful televisions that have pictures that look like they’re stuck in the 80s, hot tub was not working, overall it wasn’t a comfortable stay.

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. But there were two issues: the pillows, and the air conditioning unit. The pillows may have started out at some point as solid foam pillows. But they have ended up as random balls of lumpy, shredded foam. They were the most ridiculous pillows I've ever seen in any hotel/motel. I strongly urge this establishment to replace their pillows. They are begging to be released into the afterlife. The second issue I had was with the air conditioning unit. No matter how we set it it was either freezing cold or off. We tried every temperature setting, and it was simply no air conditioning, or absolute zero. The fan also blew very strongly, no matter how we tried to adjust it. I spent each evening huddled in a hoodie, hood pulled down, wrapped in the extra comforter, shivering and sneezing my head off. I suspect the strong fan was blowing all kinds of particulates and allergens around which led to my constant sneezing. In spite of the very nice and friendly staff, the pillows and the air conditioning are enough for me not to want to visit this property again.

The hotel’s location is excellent—just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and other conveniences. While the property is definitely dated, it’s surprisingly clean considering its age. My room did have a slight odor, but nothing overpowering. The biggest drawback was the AC/heating unit, which was extremely loud and made it hard to relax or sleep. If you can book a room for under $75 per night (out the door), it’s a decent value. However, I wouldn’t recommend paying more than that.

The property was clean but in need of an update. Carpets looked tired and worn and overall appearance needed to be freshened up. The worst part were the beds!! Minute we sat down on the beds we knew we would miserable. Very uncomfortable and worn out coil springs mattress’, and we were right. That night had a horrible night sleep

This was an extended stay due to medical issues. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is near a Target with a pharmacy, a Natural Foods, and a Barnes & Noble, to give easy access to fresh and prepared foods and prescriptions and medical equipment. It’s on a back street so traffic noise is muted.

Everything g was as expected and good. The one negative is that the in-room air conditioner was very loud all night. We stayed in another Quality Inn the night before this location and it wasn’t near as loud

Staff was wonderful, always available and happy to help. My daughter ended up forgetting her backpack in the room after we left and it contained valuables. The staff contacted us, held the back for a week and when we picked it up on our way home at the end of our vacation everything was there. Definitely demonstrates the level of honesty and integrity amongst the team.

They checked me into a room that was already occupied. I walked in and the first thing I saw was a man going the bathroom…. I apologized and quickly backed out but barging in a room that is already occupied could be dangerous. The facility was fine. It does sit right next to some rail tracks but the trains were minimal and that stuff doesn’t bother me. But…don’t check people into rooms you’ve already checked people in to. Bad things could happen.

The GM Courtney was absolutely amazing! We had camped the night before, our tent flooded, canopy broke, clothes completely soaked & no sleep. We had already booked the hotel but we wanted to at least try to see if they would let us check in early. We walked in at 10:30 am & Courtney checked us in right away! Not to mention a disgruntled guest was complaining about their stay before I even got up to the counter but that did not affect Courtney's amazing customer service towards us! Very clean hotel, absolutely wonderful & friendly staff. All in all it was a great experience!

Hotel is several miles from I-25 on a quiet street. Rooms are nice relative to price point. Nice coffee shop 5 minutes walk down the street. REI across the street. You can drive to restaurants in 5-10 minutes. This was my second time staying here in one week. I would stay again.

I took the bus to downtown and campus area to eat. It was easy, free, and fast. Took me five minutes to walk to the stop. Room was big, clean, and area was quiet. I would stay here again.

I stay here often, because of location to businesses as well as family. The staff is typically very helpful and accomodating, the rooms are reasonably clean, the beds and air conditioning are good. The only complaint I really have is that the breakfasts are really bland and unappetizing. Not sure this is a problem that staff can control but Quality Inn really needs to look at this

The breakfast was of very poor quality. The hot option was recostituted egg scrabled with the consistency of cardboard and the breakfast meat was boiled and sliced / chopped hot dogs. It took cheapness to a whole new level.

The lobby was all decked out for Christmas which I loved. I would have liked breakfast to last longer than 3 hours. Breakfast ended at 9am and on the weekend it would have been nice to sleep in and get breakfast. Overall it was a good experience.
