The elevator did not work and one of our outlets in the room did not work. The air/heat unit was loud. We did not have a do not disturb placket on our door or the extra lock feature was missing. Beds seemed more like full size than queen. The staff was excellent though and when we requested extra towels they came right away and offered to take our dirty ones right then. The area where we had breakfast was also very small and hard to access food as prep area door was open and blocking part of fridge and food area. If you have several people in there to eat you will have a line and be in the way of people moving around to get things.

This is a very nice hotel for the money they also had breakfast and a swimming pool and jacuzzi tub and it was only like 2 1/2 miles to downtown. The room is very nice half was excellent nice place to do business with.

Property is undergoing renovations but for the most part was clean and in good condition. Parking was a bit tight on Saturday but not so much on Sunday. Breakfast bar was good and plenty of food with variety.

Elevator ran sketchy and sounded like it's ready to breakdown. Elevator Inspection expired in 2020. Saw termites on the carpet by the Elevator on 3rd floor. Hotel had been renovated and was clean and employees respectful and attentive. Breakfast was mediocre. GRAVY WAS WATERY AND SAUSAGE NOT BROWNED.OVERALL A DECENT STAY. The caps are related to my keyboard use not anger.

Property is under heavy renovation and not advertised by Expedia. Very limited staff was amazing. Available room was pre-renovation and very heavily needed. Bodily fluid stains on chairs. Stains on pillowcases. Bedding smelled clean, but pillows smelled like smoke. It served it's purpose for a quick nap.

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. I understand they are under construction, but this was beyond that. There were yellow stains on the bedding, brown smudges all over the bathroom door, no doorknob on the bathroom door... there was heavy rain this weekend and the window was leaking water into the room. The elevator was also dripping water. The room had a musty smell, and there was a SLUG on the wall! I was disgusted and appalled. The staff was friendly and helpful and the pool was nice (it must have been the first thing renovated), but everything else.... 0/10

They need to do so some very much needed updating. The door to my room looked as if it had been kicked in. The bathroom had mold growing on it. I even seen a roach in the hallway. The room needed to touched up. It had water leaks on the ceiling. And when I told the front desk about it, she acted as if she didn’t care.

Cleanliness was terrible. First room was filled with bugs - multiple alive and dead stink bugs on the pillow and windows, multiple dead ladybugs. The office chair had crumbs on it and the phone was dead. When we when down and told the front desk, they gave another room 2 rooms over which initially looked ok. While we were looking around this room, obviously unhappy with the situation, the guy straight up told us, "you can cancel your reservation" instead of apology or trying to fix . When we came back to the room 2 hours later had >10 live stink bugs and we found more ladybugs. The rooms were very cramped and the bed lights were not working. These are supposed to be newly renovated rooms. I would never go back there.

Do not stay here!! This hotel is very run down. They had a water leak problem somewhere so our room smelled like mildew. They have fans in the hallway to try to help with the issue. Beds were very uncomfortable and we woke up in the morning with cockroaches in our room!

The bed was super comfortable, the service was very friendly. the walk in shower was amazing. plenty of room to shower with two people in it. plenty of towels. i would come here again.

Walls are thin, doors too you could hear conversations in the halls. Not terribly dirty but I wouldnt go bare foot or let a little one crawl around. It was ok for two nights but it was just me. Wife wouldnt have approved.

Our visit to Owenboro was for an official college visit for football and baseball. Upon arrival we were please with the location and the compassion of the staff. Professionalism was on display and reflected in the cleanliness of the room. Our entire stay was great, the beds were a little small, however, very comfortable, and the renovation of the building was a great addition. The breakfast was not great, however the stay over shadowed that. Overall, if my son decides to come to KWC, that will be our location.

Room was okay and clean but shower door wouldn’t close and assume that it was known by owners already since they had duct tape on the shower door. Had to have husband put garbage can outside of the door while showering to hold it closed so don’t know how someone would do if they were staying here alone. They definitely need to fix the shower doors though. And the door to get into the toilet/shower area was a sliding one that was stuck in the wall and unable to close.

Room looked newly remodeled but still needed repairs. Missing light. The blind pulled down but the curtain didn’t close so you saw the light from the street lights in your window. The unit in the room was dated and very loud.

It started with waiting almost 10 minutes at front counter w for someone to check me in. The gentleman checking me in was wearing a plain t-shirt not a shirt with hotel name on it. I had no idea if he worked there or not. He was a nice guy but struck me as very odd. Even at Walmart and Target - you can tell who the employees are. The toilet did not function correctly. (which requires no further explanation) No cold water from bathroom sink. The ac unit mounted to outside had some sort of bird or squirrel stuck inside, because something was constantly "flapping" (I was afraid to open closet door because I though a bird was inside the room) the noise was that loud) The TV did not work in the room. I spoke to someone to come to the room. I was told they were on the way, and they never showed up. I asked the next morning for a different room. The new room had a functioning toilet and TV, but once again NO running cold water. I had to brush my teeth with hot water for 2 days. I couldn't even get a drink of water from bathroom sink because of no cold water.

This property is being renovated. I was told the 2nd floor has NOT be renovated so stay on the 1st or 3rd. The rooms are very nice but may be missing a few miscellaneous like a coffee pot, and the food items were not "completely" stocked yet for breakfast. I loved the price and that is rare these days. This is a nice hotel in transition. This hotel is out of the way yet easy to access anything in town you wanted. Loved every one of the staff. OBVIOUSLY, I will be going back there on my next trip to Owensboro!

Hotel is conveniently located. Currently undergoing renovations which is needed. Overall clean. Staff very nice and accommodating especially front desk person John. We Had a large group that met for weekend. John allowed us to gather in the dining area which was great and took care of all our needs.

This hotel was in severe disrepair. There were piles of construction materials in the drive up and lobby, unfinished patches in walls and ceilings, and no baseboards. The room was even more disappointing, there were water stains all over the ceiling, the ac was not on and the room was hot and stuffy on arrival, the mattress was horribly uncomfortable, the bed pillows old and lumpy, the sheets were cheap polyester, the duvet thread bare with holes. The breakfast was disappointing, no fruit, no tea, and the juice and water dispenser did not work. The front desk staff was welcoming and nice though. That’s the silver lining in the whole visit.
