Ginza Creston

This was a last minute option but provided an amazing view of the area. The place is huge and lots of restaurant options and a 7-11 down stairs. The room was spacious and nice but seems a little dated. Overall nice place and would Recommend 38th floor for a wonderful view of the city.

The staffs were very polite and helpful. They helped me to make reservation at high end restaurant. The room is not modern style but is spacious and clean. 38th floor view was awesome. The room does not have a safe vault but had no issues with leaving money in the room. Less than 15 minutes walk to Tsukiji Outer fish market and ~7 minutes walk to Tsukiki Station.

I didn’t try their restaurant so I can’t comment on the food or wait staff. The people at the front desk were always available. You never had to wait to have someone assist you. I am an English speaker but communicating was not challenging; they understood and spoke English adequately. The hotel was clean but I feel that the carpet needs an update. Amenities were basic and practical. I loved the drip coffee they had in the room. I booked my hotel thru Expedia, stayed for 6 nights and it cost me $1300 and some change. I highly recommend this hotel for the practical tourist!

You stay here for the amazing view. It clean and safe. Staff is friendly. Only downside is that they still use mechanical keys and you only get one key per room. Makes it hard to coordinate if you and your travel mate want to split up part of the day. The view is amazing.

街中から外れて少し不便ですが、高層階なのでとても眺望がいいホテルです。内装は少し疲れた感じでかなり昭和の古さ、でも清潔です。一番びっくりしたのは、２泊でかなりの金額を払ったのに、ちょっとした乳液などの化粧品のアメニティが全くついていなかったことです。フロントに夜遅く電話したところ、フロントに取りに来るなら二百五十円払えばお渡しできるといわれました。ルームサービスのスタッフも節約しているのか、女性にきてもらうことを考えてないのでしょうか。眺めがいいから次回もつかうか、それとも同じくらいの値段ならもっと女性目線のところにするか、微妙です。

Excellent hotel in a quiet area very near central Tokyo and on the River [hotel is on floors 32-38 of a high rise].

The hotel must be renovated. Good location and good neighborhood and the building has convenience stores, cafes and restaurants.

I checked into this hotel specifically because it was directly across from St. Luke Hospital, where family was staying. From that stand point, it was fantastically convenient. It also had gorgeous views of the city! The 1st room I was in was fine though I noticed while in the shower that there was what looked like mold above in the (ventilation?) thing above the shower. It was quite thick. Apart from that though, the room was fine. The bed seemed a little overly firm, but not unbearably so. I ended up having to extend my stay due to having fallen sick myself. I asked the front desk - and had Expedia ask on my behalf as well - if I could just stay in the same room. The hotel refused and made me move. Initially, I was quite frustrated because I was having high fevers and coughing and it seemed too much to repack and lug everything somewhere else. However, they were very accommodating. They allowed me to stay in the first room until noon, I went downstairs and waited 5 minutes and then I was given the key to the 2nd room. They moved my luggage for me. The 2nd room was on a higher floor, had a different view, bed seemed more comfortable - & no mold in the ventilation thing in the shower. Win, win. Seeing others mention English - the desk clerks did not speak fluent English. Luckily, Google Translate is a free app & I was able to use that to communicate. I was never able to try the breakfast due to being ill, but overall - I would stay in the hotel again and recommend it.

35階に泊まったが景色が非常に綺麗で夜景も良かった。室内の清掃も行き届いて満足。 室内のライトが全灯してもまだ暗く感じたのとライトのスイッチが個別にあるので、ひとつのスイッチに統合してほしい。わざわざライトをつけに回るのは面倒。

Good size room for 3 people. But the toilet smells pee. Not very clean. The breakfast has a very limited choice between Japanese or American breakfast. About 10 minutes good walking distance to the subway station. Overall it is a good hotel.

新しいホテルではありませんが清潔に整えられていて、大きな窓があり、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。また夜景も美しく、素晴らしい景色を眺めることができました。

Rooms are a great size and the location is very convenient

35階に泊まったが景色が非常に綺麗で夜景も良かった。室内の清掃も行き届いて満足。 室内のライトが全灯してもまだ暗く感じたのとライトのスイッチが個別にあるので、ひとつのスイッチに統合してほしい。わざわざライトをつけに回るのは面倒。

Superbe chambre, très grande pour le Japon, au 33ème étage avec vue sur le fleuve et la ville. On a adoré se poser sur la fenêtre et regarder le levé su soleil sur Tokyo.

夜景がきれいで、圧巻でした。バスルームが広くて、ゆったりと過ごせました。

It was okay, i was in the 38th floor. The bath tub plugged up, room was dark and the bed was hard. The staff in the check in counter was friendly though.

Amazing view from room as hotel is 30 stories up with views over Sumida River and city. Older higher end hotel; clean, spacious and super comfy bed. Lots of amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed stay. Close to Ginza for shops and restos. 20min walk to main Tokyo train station.

AC was a bit weak for the 36 degree outside, otherwise all perfect and the view was sublime

Wonderful, helpful staff who are always pleasant and ready to assist. The views from the breakfast room on the 32nd floor are amazing. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

The rooms were clean and well stocked, it’s a little out the way of the main area and I ended up taking taxis everywhere. The staff were not overly friendly , I appreciate they don’t speak English but a smile and animated face don’t hurt . The Japanese people have proved lovely elsewhere so it’s unusual to be so austere at the hotel .

間違えて喫煙の部屋を予約してしまいましたが、チェックインの際に伝えたら快く禁煙の部屋に変えてもらえました。部屋から見る東京の景色は本当に綺麗でした。

東京駅からバスで20分。しかも、バス停はホテルの目の前でした。バスの時間が合えば東京駅タクシー乗り場で行列に並ぶ時間でホテルに着ける感じかな。

Excellent hotel on floors 32-38 of a Tokyo high rise -- views are thus spectacular and the area is quiet but close to central Tokyo. Great hotel to stay at for an appointment at St Luke's International Hospital [including annual physicals] and you are right next door.

위치. 뷰 아주 좋았습니다. 호텔 바로앞에 버스가있어서 도쿄역이나 시내. 라라포트도 아주 편하게 다닐수있었습니다. 주위가 조용했구요. 객실도 넓었습니다

部屋からの眺めも良く特に夜景が綺麗だった。 スタッフさんの対応もとても良く、ホテルに着いた時も出掛ける時も帰る時も笑顔で声をかけていて嬉しく思いました。 築地が歩いて行ける距離にあり、他にも銀座や月島も歩いて行けるので買い物や食事は楽しめました。 今回は近くでライブがあったので、前日の1泊の宿泊でしたがチェックアウトも12時だったので とてもゆっくり過ごせました。 また、泊まりに行きたいと思います。

全室高層階なので都会の景色が素晴らしい。 バイキングではなく、セットメニューの朝食が落ち着けて良い。

朝食\u3000値段のわりに、冷めたもの、作り置きの品が多くて美味しさは全くなかったです。 又\u3000部屋にタバコ臭が強く来ていた洋服に染み込んでしまいました。

Needs more variety in the breakfast choices.

食事は美味しいし 部屋は綺麗だしロケーションも静かで落ち着くし申し分ありません

二連泊朝食付きで宿泊しましたが、和食と洋食が選べ内容も量も満足でした。味も良かったです。

Walkable to Ginza, the view is nice from floor 33. The room is spacious. Breakfast is either bento set or American set.

Beautiful place with a fantastic view!! They changed our room for a very small fee!! Breakfast was ok taxi stand near by!! Overall, a gorgeous place. There’s a beautiful park next moor with a walking path along the river which I found out on the morning we were leaving. Wish I had known about that earlier!!

Wunderschöner Blick über Tokio. An einem sonnigen Tag sogar Blick bis auf dem Mount Fudji. Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, Hausmantel sehr angenehm, bequeme Betten, mein Zimmer hatte sogar ein Massagesessel. Beim Frühstück kann man auswählen zwischen japanisch- traditionell und amerikanisch. Lage ist auch super. Alles in allem tip top
