I was very disappointed with my stay. The breakfast was poor, specifically the omelette which was grey and unappetizing. The room was in a state of disrepair: the bathroom had poor ventilation and stayed wet, and there was a foul smell from the drain. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. Additionally, the window faced a solid wall, making it impossible to see outside.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, if we had a problem they always sorted them out very quickly. The cleaners always cleaned our room very well and they can be trusted, never had any worries with leaving things out. Excellent

I came to this hotel two years ago, and I was satisfied with my stay. But this time my stay turned not so good. The room starts to be shabby, but I didn't complain. But the worst was cockroaches every day in the bathroom and also some in the room, and the last night one was on my bed beside my pillow just before switching off the lamp. It was time for me to move away. I wonder, maybe I got a few other on my bed when I slept ? Difficult to accept that situation, especially with the high price and a 4 stars hotel !
