Close to bars/nightlife and restaurants nearby, but not too busy or sketchy on the street. Pool and spa area is really nice. Couldn’t get the E.V. chargers to work for my car but seemed to be working for others. Phone in room didn’t work and TV screen was irritatingly flashing all night every few seconds, despite being turned off.

Gutes, sauberes und modernes Hotel. Bequeme Betten. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt an der Einkaufsstraße "Zeil". Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. SPA Bereich mit zwei Saunas und einem Indoor Pool auch ein Plus. Preis Leistung stimmt hier. Ich würde wieder kommen.

Ein sehr sauberes, sicheres und äuserst sehr gut gelegenes hotel. Das einzigste was ich bemängeln muss, ist leider die Dusche. Die Handbrause als auch die duschbrause hatten leider sehr wenig wasserlauf. Ansonsten ist das hotel definitiv weiter zu empfehlen. Trotz des mangels, von mir und meiner Frau die Bestnote 1.!!

Die Toiletten im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock waren leider nicht sauber um 6:30 Uhr morgens. Außerdem war ein stechender Geruch wahrzunehmen. Im großen und Ganzen war unsere Erfahrung nur auf 2 Tage beschränkt aber wir würden beim nächsten Frankfurt Besuch ein anderes Haus wählen.

Leider war in dieser gebuchten Kategorie das Bad so klein dass selbst bei geöffneter Tür das Bad nicht in Gänze nutzbar war und um die Toilettenschüssel zu benutzen, die Tür öffnen, in die Dusche eintreten, dann die Tür schließen und danach die Toilettenschüssel erst nutzbar war!

Was double charged for the room. The lady at check in told me my card didnt work the first time i gave it to her and to put it in the machine again. Come to find out I was charged for the room when I had already purchased it thru Expedia. To make it worst, I have been a Marriott member and I was there celebrating my birthday. Definitely wasnt the surprise I anticipated.

Check-in went fairly smooth. Told the guy at the counter my German was not great, but that didn't stop him from giving me all my hotel information in rapid fire German with typical local warmth. Other than that minor thing, the hotel and room was terrific. Although near the main shopping street, we found the neighborhood to be sketchy at best. Loads of homeless people, psychotic people yelling at random people and generally just very overcrowded on a Saturday. Would not stay in this part of town again.

A stone throw away from the shopping street as well as 2-3 Turkish/Italian restaurants as well as emergency breakfast food like Macdonalds, Starbucks and even supermarkets such as Aldi. We are also 10mins walk away from greenery by the River Main, making picnic an interesting option on Sunday when the shops are closed. The hotel is an easy 150m away from train access and there are always taxis outside the hotel waiting for passengers. Airport is about 30mins away. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. We wanted to upgrade one of our rooms to a junior suite for the bath tub option which was kindly organized by the reception team who tried to get us rooms next to each other. The gym, indoor pool as well as sauna all added to our satisfaction with the hotel, not forgetting the use of club lounge that comes together with the junior suite. Some food available (standard not fantastic) in the club lounge which opens 630am- 930pm making it a viable option for snack, drink and fruit option.

This was a fabulous stay. Location is a bit questionable. My only negative comment about the actual hotel is that if you need a bathroom and it can’t wait and your are in the lobby, they do not have a way to get to the bottom floor , steps in my. With an injured hip, they were not able to offer elevator use even though there was an elevator there .

First time in Frankfurt and picked the Westin Grand. Hotel was clean and decorated beautifully. Staff were helpful and kind. Always helping with any questions asked. Room service staff were as well and food was delicious. Will be staying again on our next stay in Frankfurt. Highly recommend.
