From the second the door is held open for you to enter until the day you leave, you could not be made more welcome. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. We sat in the bar on Sunday night and went to bed feeling really special. The rooms are lovely and the whole place is spotless. The hotel is well placed for Marble Arch and the transport system. The quality of the hotel speaks for itself but the staff really do make it special. We would happily stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in in London. The superior room we had felt very new and was immaculately clean. The bed was so comfortable with amazing linen and the shower was excellent. It was a special occasion my partners birthday and the hotel looked after us very well with sparkling wine and chocolates in the room on arrival. Will definitely visit again
