The staff of this property are outstanding: very helpful and patient with a wide range of tourists coming in and out. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are prompt and quick. The only two places that I can think need improvement would be a better coffee service in the rooms and a bit of a wider selection for the dinner menu in the restaurant. I love that this location has a nicely stocked / maintained gym and exercise area. Also: the buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of beautifully prepared foods for a reasonable price (for a high end hotel). I'll be staying there again on my next trip.

The room was lovely, I asked 3 times at breakfast gor table to be cleaned in the end I got my own cutlery and asked a young guy to clean the table which he did. We were not shown to a table or given any instruction. The bar was very open so felt we had to whisper. The staff were nice generally but disappointed with the price we paid.

The property has been restored and renovated like a palace. Location is one of the beat. I like the dedication to Franz Kafka. The breakfast was excellent! The only problem we had was the musty oder in the room; it penetrated our clothing even after we were long gone.

Great location for city centre in Prague. Close to all the main attractions, with a nice bar and restaurant. Service was great and all staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a very early flight and they accommodated us with an early check in around 10am. We had also booked an airport transited and this was smooth. The breakfast is a large buffet. A decent selection. The lobby is beautiful, as is the bar. The rooms are a decent size, with a large shower. There is a sleep menu (for pillows, hot water bottles etc) and the bed is comfy. Our room was however a bit dusty and didn’t feel like it had been dusted whilst we were there. Our water was also not replaced which is surprising for a 4* accomodation. All in all, a really good stay and perfect for exploring Prague.

They have excellent maid service as well. My room was cleaned within an hour of posting the "Please Make Up My Room" sign on the door which I put out on my way to breakfast. This is the perfect hotel for your stay in Prague. The onsite restaurant also has good food. Breakfast was included in my stay and it was quite lavish.

Pros Excellent location. Close to public transport that is very easy to use with the PID Litacka app. Professional and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Very clean throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Lovely room Cons Mattress was very soft - not enough for us to complain and I'm pretty sure it was a mattress stopper that they probably would have removed if I asked. Very little wardrobe or drawer space. This was fine for us but might bother others.

I arrived to the hotel at 12.30 and the room was reader but at the reception they told me that to benefit from an early check-in compared to the standard time (3.00) I should have been an Accor Member, which I was not, in accordance with their policies. So I registered. I was given a superior room which looked good but the wardrobe was as tiny as I have never seen before in any other hotel and I would have had to place my suits and other clothes on the floor. I complained and I was “upgraded” to an executive room, which on turn was much smaller and with the smaller bathroom ever, to the point that every time that I would open the room or bathroom door I would hit the baggage holder. I did not feel welcome as an Expedia guest. Upon checkout I immediately cancelled my membership with Accor.

I was really disappointed with this hotel. I booked a queen bed room for my husband and I we arrived without evening telling us gave us two singles bed. I called to say there was a mistake and they said it was the only room left BIE wish they told me at time of booking as I would have chosen another hotel as this was important to us. I asked can the beds be put together and made as a double they said they would. In the whole three days no one came to make the room up. The staff were also not really trained for the local area we asked for recommendations for restaurants in the area they googled them!!!

Forventet mer av et så dyrt og oppskrytt hotell. Det var ekstremt dårlig ventilasjon på hele hotellet. Det var kontstant varmt, med null mulighet for å få bedre luft. Flere gjester klagde, men det var ingen mulighet. Var også dårlig system for innsjekk og utsjekk. Alle skulle sjekke ut på likt, tok unødvendig lang tid. Ellers, bra hotell, men fortjener ikke så mye som 9 av 10 poeng på anmeldelse. Vil gi hotellet 6.

The hotel is lovely and in the perfect location to see all the touristy places. It is very clean with a good sized room and friendly staff. Daria at the reception was very nice. Despite the hotel being busy I requested a room on a higher floor and she manged to get me a very nice room on the 5th floor. The breakfast display was good with lots of choices to eat. I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Prague

The hotel is amazing! This was my second stay in two years. Stop searching for hotels, just book this. If you want a good location in the city, clean and quiet rooms and a fantastic staff, book this. I want to thank the nice staff in the reception, really helpful with anything! The beds are the best I ever had in a hotel and the breakfast is so good that you can sit there for hours. Strong coffee, prosecco or juice, you can find it all here, offcourse they have pancakes if you love that like me.
