Motel 6 Ontario CA Convention Center Airport

The room was clean but smelled like smoke even though it's none smoking. The front desk staff not friendly. People hanging out in the parking lot. It looks like people live there. People smoking weed and cigarettes in the parking lot. People yelling at their pets in the early morning hours.

Lots of activity and homeless ppl gave us 2 towels for 4 ppl and when asked for more they were not nice and gave us small towels for the floor

The room was DISGUSTING public hair ALL over. The smell was horrific. The sheets dirty. And the chair was covered in stains. I understand its a budget Motel, however it doesnt need to be a health hazard to stay in there!!!

It was fine I'll return back again. The only problem I had o request a handicap ♿️ shower I didn't get that luckly I traveled with my shower chair. I'm grateful to get the first floor as I also request I use a wheelchair ♿️ chair to move easy around.

Avoid this place if at all possible. I reserved a room with multiple beds (3 queen beds) and I was told the day of check in that they no longer had rooms with multiple beds. When I asked why I wasn’t informed sooner the caller stated blamed Hotels.com for not updating the availability. The room we were given had issues with the TV, the remote wasn’t working and the receptionist came up to assist and stated it was the batteries and left to replace them. When he came back it still wasn’t working and said he would come back the next day. We never saw him or the TV remote control. The room was disgusting to say the least. Bathroom had hair on the side of the tub, dirt and trash in the toilet paper dispenser, floors were so sticky our shoes were making noise and our beds looked like they had been slept on top of. We had planned to inform the front desk but when we had spoken over the phone earlier I was told they could cancel my reservation and go elsewhere. I wish we would have stayed anywhere else and paid more. I have stayed on many occasion at Motel 6 in other cities and never experienced such disgust in customer service and cleanliness of the room. Oh and let’s not talk about all the smoking and hanging out on the stairs and loud commotions all night long.
