Super location close to everything a tourist wants to do. Did not know we had to LOCK the door with the key card that would have been good to know. If you stay , there ris a balcony on the 8th floor with a view of the city/ port.

Goed hotel voor een paar dagen in Oslo. Heel dichtbij het Centraal Station en het centrum van de stad. Kamers zijn schoon, de gym is ook goed genoeg om lekker te kunnen trainen , ontbijt prima in orde en als je de app download heb je ook nog eens een keer elke dag een gratis kop koffie. Al met al een goed verblijf gehad en mocht ik nog eens naar Oslo gaan, dan denk ik dat ik er weer zal verblijven

Room clean and freshly aired on arrival, bins and towels changed on 4th day. Staff were very friendly and courteous, my only niggle would be the bed was incredibly soft and at the present time there’s only 1 lift working so the queue for the lift at peak periods was a bit of a wait, however fantastic location to be able to get everywhere in Oslo

Stayed here in December, stay was ok but one of two elevators was broken. Stayed again early February, elevator was still broken. Waited ten minutes to bring luggage down, could not get an elevator. Ended up carrying bags down the steps, where the stairwell carpet was disgusting and the handrail in the wrong side, where the steps are too skinny to walk. Will not stay here again.

Det var dessverre dårlig vasket på rommet, støvete og møkkete. Holdt ellers en ok standar. Trekker også litt ned at en del av de som jobbet i resepsjonen ikke snakket norsk, ellers var de alle hyggelige og imøtekommende.

We stayed 2 nights here, we liked the family room locates at the corner of the building, nice street view from our room. Breakfast was good, we skipped the second breakfast because we checked out early. We did not know that The hotel has a policy that room cleaning is on the 4th day only unless we would agree to pay 100 local money to have our room cleaned.

Fint rum och modernt fräscht badrum. Utsikt över Oslofjorden och kunde skymta operahuset mellan träden. Dock försvinner känslan av renhet i rummet då de fortfarande har heltäckningsmatta. Även heltäckningsmatta i alla korridorer där man tydligt ser fläckar. Tvn fanns inga kanaler på då den inte fick någon signal. Det gjorde vistelsen sämre tyvärr. Dessutom olika information om vilka tider för frukost. En information på plansch i hissarna samt utanför frukost utrymmet, en annan i informationsbroschyr på rummet så det uppstod lite förvirring. Bekvämt avstånd till all shopping och sevärdigheter, promenadavstånd!

Hotellets beliggenhed er helt i top. 5 min fra centralstationen og Operaen og Munch museet. Hotellet er lidt trangt, når der er mange besøgeende. Værelset er ikke ret stort. Wifi er svagt og ustabilt

Almost no lights in the room, the Window couldnt open, very claustrophobic. No fridge. The bed felt like a waterbed, when one of us moved just a little, the other one woke up. Very high price for this poor standard.

Great location near the opera house and central station. Room very very dark, not possible to charge phone without bedside lamp being on. Shower was absurdly small and terrible design, managed to turn the water off twice and scald myself in one shower. No storage, minifridge, microwave or anything. Good tossties in the bar but overpriced. Breakfast was pretty good but not extraordinary. I did feel safe as a splo traveller

Hotel is very clean and the stuff is helpful which I much appreciated. Location is perfect - near the station, the opera, the Munch museum and a lot of restaurants and shops. You don't event need to use public transport if you would like to explore city center. The main disadvantages is limited spaces for breakfast guests (you need to wait for available table) and the room - Not only was the view onto the courtyard, but the window didn't open. The room was very dark, and as a claustrophobic person, I felt terrible there.

I wasn't given the room I had booked. I checked in around 11pm..my room category was changed, the night front office guy accepted the error and offered to change the next morning and assured to compensate me for their lapse. But the morning guy accepted to change the room but refused to compensate...the room didn't have coffee, kettle, DRINKING WATER etc, No AC, Bathroom floor mats... overall a very disgusting experience. The only plus point is it's location. Close to public transport and central station

Not recommended. The reception staff of the first day we arrived was unfriendly. Though we booked two rooms, the rooms were far apart and different floor. Each room (double/large) was quite narrow even for one person. No room cleaning, no amenity at all, not wide variety of breakfast but quite expensive. Just location was great.

The hotel is in a fantastic position just a few minutes walk from Central Station. It is a safe neighborhood with lots to do in the local area. My room was a little bit dated but it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was enormous with a huge bathtub. It also had a balcony with a view of the Opera House. Breakfast was very nice with lots to choose from. Service from the staff was absolutely impeccable and I must make special mention of Anna who was so obliging and absolutely lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!

The front desk person is also the bartender so I was cut off by some guy who really needed a beer and had to use the kiosk to check in which was slow. Breakfast is served later on weekends so we couldn't eat because we were catching a train. The breakfast and proximity to the train was why I picked this hotel! The room was very clean.

Camera buia anche con tutte le luci accese. Letto matrimoniale composto da 2 letti singoli uniti. Posizione perfetta. Pulizia ok in camera. Moquette corridoi e scale molto sporca. Sala colazione troppo piccola per ospitare tutti i clienti dell’hotel (negli orari di punta è difficile fare colazione senza fare la coda). La qualità della colazione non è granchè (prodotti molto commerciali)

Great buffet breakfast, if a little busy at times. Easy access to station, but far enough away not to be in a busy spot. We had a room with amazing opera house & Munch museum rooms. Agree with other reviews that time lack discs to hang/place folded clothing. Staff all very friendly. Would stay again.
