It's nice enough, but not really a 4* hotel. Ground floor is very nicely decorated but the bar is a call-button service, with no atmosphere. The rooms are a bit stark with little warmth or colour. The AC struggled to keep higher floors very warm (it was cold, but you'd expect a hotel to be able to cope with that).

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very easy to get around the city on foot and by public transport We stayed in a suite as there was 4 of us which was very comfortable and had everything we needed including dressing gowns and slippers. Loved the terrace. Breakfast was very good and included bacon and eggs, mushrooms and beans along with meats and cheese, fruits, cereals and breads. The Turkish bath and steam room were complimentary and bookable in 45 minute time slots, also very good. All staff members we encountered were really friendly and courteous at all times. We would happily return.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The property is in very good condition, and we liked the location as we felt it was close to restaurants and to a very vibrant area. As a first time traveler to Paris the unknown can make you a little anxious with regards to where to stay, but we couldn't have been more happy with our choice of hotels.

We were welcomed very warmly and kindly, and they spoke to us in Spanish since we don’t speak French. The entire process was very cordial and quick. The room is comfortable and has a very unique decor with books and art. It’s clear that the rooms have been recently renovated. The mattress and pillows were wonderful. Everything was very clean. There was a small minibar with a variety of products, and a complimentary bottle of water, but there was no coffee maker. Our room was on a lower floor facing the street. We could hear quite a bit of street noise at night, especially the garbage collection, but aside from that, it was nice to have a window facing the street. The bathroom had the particularity of having a very high bathtub; I would have preferred it to have a handrail or to be lower, at a normal height. I think an older person would have had difficulty getting in and out of the bathtub. It was quite challenging and dangerous. The breakfast was fantastic—varied and complete—in a very pleasant setting. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Staff were super helpful in suggesting restaurants that were perfect. The ambience of the hotel is one of an oasis of quiet and comfort. We had a deluxe room at the top with two outside small balconies that afforded great views of the rooftops of Paris. Room was excellent loved the separate seating area to unwind. Will stay again when next in Paris.

Séjour repos et shopping 🛍, hôtel très bien situé pour réaliser nos désirs du moment, personnel accueillant, souriant et à notre service, le seul bémol est celui de réserver une chambre plus confortable normalement mais donnant côté rue avec un double vitrage plutôt absent, malgré un 4 eme étage les bruits sont bien présents, une literie bien trop dure à notre goût et aurions préféré un grand lit que double, petit déjeuné au top, re alimenté en permanence, que des produits frais. The hotel requires that every guest allows to SCAN their passport/ID and credit card - not only enter the information into their system but actually retain the IMAGE of the documents. When inquired about the procedures to safeguard personal data and destroy the information after the guest's stay, the front desk staff could not answer with certainty. I found it very unnerving. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant and the staff helpful.
