It was a last minute decision to stay downtown and the room was great and the location was perfect for us. I was a little nervous about the parking but we found a spot right away in the garage marked for hotel guests.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Great Amenities! We stayed at Hotel 43 in downtown Boise and absolutely loved it! This boutique hotel has beautifully decorated rooms and a really nice, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower that had great water pressure—a definite win. They offer both valet parking and a parking garage next door. We opted for the garage, which had easy access to the hotel and a bonus: EV charging for only $1 per hour, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Boise, Hotel 43 is a fantastic option!

This hotel was within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The onsite restaurant did not open until 4:00pm so you are forced to find food elsewhere for lunch/breakfast. They did offer a coffee cart downstairs as well as a Keurig in your room but if you want a specialty coffee drink you’ll be walking. The restaurant onsite, Chandler’s, offered a really fun bar with nightly live jazz. The free shuttle from and to the airport was really convenient. No need to pay for an uber. The staff was super nice and pleasant. The rooms were modern and clean. My dad, who was in his own room, called the front desk at 10:00pm to ask for a clock. I guess he’s old school and wanted a clock other than his phone. 10 minutes later housekeeping brought him up a new clock still in the box. That’s great service!

Great location! Cool hotel that you can tell used to be an old apartment complex probably. We were surprised such a high end hotel doesn’t have any curiosity water and coffee in the lobby throughout the day. Even La Quintas have water and a fruit bowl out throughout the day. Their free bikes are about 20 years old. Parking fee is $18/night. If you just park regularly in the same garage it’s $15/night and on the weekends $8! But the hotel still charges $18 hmmm

It was quick and easy. Coffee station didn't provide real milk. Bed and room was comfortable and access to the Grove fitness center and pool was nice. Restaurant had too notch jazz music and great food. Not a bad option in Boise but pretty minimalist and maybe not the best option in town.

Hotel is cute, clean and updated. It’s in a great location with a lot of restaurants near by. We loved that our room had a tall glass jar for water. There was an ice machine and water bottle filler right outside of our room which was very convenient. Two things that weren’t the best were that the AC was pretty loud and the shower had only half the glass so water got EVERYWHERE. Of the shower had a full door, I’d give this hotel 5 stars.

Hotel 43 made me feel comfortable and relaxed almost immediately with their friendly and professional staff, the clean room and easy access to the downtown Boise area. It was quiet and comfortable. So impressive for someone who travels.

Front desk and valets were good, very friendly. Cleaning staff not so good. Two nights the shower was not cleaned (and I left a gratuity every day). Used coffee cups were not replaced or cleaned, left in sink for entire stay.

The rooms are very well renovated and decorated. The restaurant is amazing; best Boise dining! The room smelled like a backed up drain at the entry. The morning coffee bar is subpar and lacking any flavored creamers.

The fan was loud and we weren't able to get much sleep because of it. We changed the room as soon as we got there but it seems that's a feature of the hotel. Every room has a major flaw, the AC fan is super loud and not optional. It will keep switching on from time to time and there are no controls to reduce it's intensity

From there warm greeting and assistance provided by the valet to the smooth check in, our stay was wonderful. There was a small problem in our room with something on the carpet but housekeeping was very prompt in addressing and resolving the issue. The pricing is perfect especially when considering the quality of amenities and knowing the hotel is in a walkable area, near most downtown attractions.

1 word. Confused. After parking my car and being greeted by a valet, I walked in to the lobby with no greeting. After looking around, I saw the check in desk in the corner. I was checked in by a gentleman who read off his check in speech in one breath, no eye contact or even a 'Welcome'. Just, "how can I help you?". I was not given ANY info of where to park (just whether it was self or valet), no directions to my room, no mention of any amenities or locations, Not even a map. I felt lucky he told me to "plug in my key" for lights. Luckily, the place isn't full and I was able to park easily in one of the reserved spaces. I feel comfortable here in a safety sense and the area doesn't seem bad but lots of construction (no one's fault). Just very taken aback by the greeting/check in.

The staff was super nice and pleasant. The rooms were modern and clean. My dad, who was in his own room, called the front desk at 10:00pm to ask for a clock. I guess he’s old school and wanted a clock other than his phone. 10 minutes later housekeeping brought him up a new clock still in the box. That’s great service!

The hotel was located near shops and a lot of little restaurants and coffee shops, and an arena. It was easy to get around on foot and I did not need a car. When I did need to go a little further I called and Uber and that wasa very quick and cheap option. The room was very clean and quiet.

Lovely clean hotel with the added bonus of having Chandlers attached which is a must visit. Check in was quick and easy but there was no warmth from the staff and not even any eye contact which is why I took a star off. The beds were wonderful. The room clean and well-appointed but the shower was underwhelming. The amenities in the room still gave Covid vibes. I would go back though.

The 43 was completely updated in 2024 and the results are stunning! Chandlers, the restaurant on the ground floor, is hands down the best restaurant in all of Idaho!!! If you need to impress clients, look no further!
