Die Sauna war sehr schön und angenehm, aber das Zimmer war nicht so toll. Bei manchen Hotels hat man kontenloses Wasser mit dabei, aber hier war es nicht der Fall.

Guter Service, nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück. Leider war ein Problem, das das Kabelfernsehen im ganzen Haus nicht funktionierte. Für einen Zimmerpreis von über 220 Eur, kann man erwarten, das auch am Wochenende schnell das Problem behoben wird.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht wegen einem Konzert in der Schleyerhalle. Ich hatte vorher angefragt ob wir früher einchecken dürfen. Leider wurde das nicht weitergegeben, aber der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich bemüht ein Zimmer für uns zu finden. Danke dafür. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Bar und das Restaurant geschlossen, außerdem war einer der beiden Aufzüge kaputt. Da kann jetzt keiner was dafür, ärgerlich war es trotzdem. Zudem in der näheren Umgebung nur ein Restaurant ist , sonst keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Unser Teppich war nicht ganz so sauber und es gab keinen Smart TV. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel in guter Lage zur Konzerthalle/Fussballarena.

Service was ok, was able to check In early. However, the room had an awful smell. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It did not feel clean, the walls were dirty. The bathroom sink leaked and the shower spilled water everywhere. Disappointed with Hilton.

The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. We had a nice stay.

There are many characteristics of this hotel that made for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, informative, and spoke English. The room itself was clean, and the soundproofing between rooms allowed us to sleep undisturbed. The breakfast was also excellent. The only real negative was that the fridge in our room didn’t work.

Perfect location for the football. On the doorstep of the stadium. Comfortable rooms, nice sauna and helpful staff, with a short walk to the tram stop too. There’s not much in the neighbourhood apart from the stadium.

The air conditioning was not working. After taking to the staff the issue wasn’t resolved. The rate per room is not worth it without a functioning air conditioner.

Grootste minpunt was de hitte op de kamer. Warmer dan buiten en niet aangenaam te krijgen. Airconditioning kapot? Bij binnenkomst in de kamer viel het oog direct op een smerige spiegel. Koelkastje koelt nauwelijks. Bed vrij hard en kussens zacht. Parkeren op straat was prima en gratis, maar helaas hadden de vogels last van diarree. Omgeving rustig en op zich prima, maar weinig te beleven.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was ok. The AC was broken during our stay, but they did give us a portable fan to help. It is RIGHT next to the Mercedes musuem and the stadium, so if that's why your going - it's just a short walk!.

Eigentlich wäre alles in Ordnung gewesen - aber leider konnte ich nicht schlafen. Grund: das Laufgeräusch der Lüftung war extrem störend und ließ sich nicht ausschalten.

Bonjour, Nous sommes très déçu de cet expérience. En effet, aucune information d'accès particulière lié au déroulement du match a côté de l'établissement ne nous a été transmise par l'hôtel autant vous dire la difficulté qu'on a eu pour arriver sur place, pire personne ne nous a averti que le parking ne serait pas accessible alors qu'il est indiqué parking payant lors de la réservation, quant au confort du canapé lit dans une suite pour 4 personnes facturées en tant que telle, cela reste très sommaire et absolument inconfortable... Bref je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel qui est loin d'être à la hauteur des autres Hilton déjà fréquentés.

Leider hat uns das Hotel nicht überzeugt. Beim einchecken war die Angestellte nicht informiert, dass eine Reservierung vorliegt. Dann stellte sie fest, dass wir das Frühstück nicht mitgebucht hätten. Was natürlich nicht der Fall war. Wir haben ihr dann geholfen ihren Job zu machen und haben ihr die Buchungsbestätigung gegeben. Im Zimmer wartete leider die nächste Enttäuschung. Doppelzimmer gebucht…kein Doppelzimmer bekommen. In der Dusche lachte uns der Schwarzschimmel an und Hände waschen war nur ohne Seife möglich, weil der Seifenbehälter wohl schon lange nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde.(witzig,dass beim auschecken eine Dame die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption bat, doch bitte endlich ihre Seife aufzufüllen) Im tv ist eine Beschreibung des eigenen Hotels. Gut gemacht….besonders der Teil, bei dem offenen und mögliche Fragen direkt beantwortet werden. Vielleicht sollten man dies mal überarbeiten. Ist blöd wenn da steht, dass es auf zwei Etagen Eiswürfelspender gibt und der passende Kühler im Schrank sei…es gab natürlich weder Eis noch Kühler. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption ergab leider nichts, außer Unwissenheit der MA. Ein kurzer Anflug von Freunde war die Feststellung, dass es eine Minibar gibt. Kommen wir etwa doch noch zu kalten Getränken??? Nö! Leer!!! Für den Preis leider nicht überzeugend. Gut war das Frühstück. Frisch und abwechslungsreich. Alles in allem waren wir mehr als enttäuscht und sind ziemlich frustriert nach Hause gefahren. Danke, aber keine weitere Buchung mehr.

Wir haben auf Grund eines Konzert hier gebucht. Weil gerade wohl Hochsaison zu einem erhöhten Preis. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel und zur Parkgarage ist bei voll geparkter Straße schlecht zu finden. Auch ein Anruf brachte uns nichts, da die Mitarbeiterin sich nicht wirklich auskannte. Und der Hinweis auf der Straße zu parken, da kostenlos, war auch nicht hilfreich. Also ganz langsam am Hotel vorbei fahren und gut auf kleine Einfahrten achten. Zimmer war mit Frühstück bestätigt, was aber nicht im System war. Erst bei Vorlage der entsprechenden Unterlagen bestätigt. Das Zimmer an sich der Standard, den man im Hilton erwartet. Leider keine Zahnputzbecher und keine Gläser. Und die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht ausschalten, da mit dem kompletten Center/Hallen Komplex zusammen geschaltet. Frühstück ziemliches Chaos, kaum Service und schlechte Kaffeemaschine, wo man sich selbst Kaffee -falls ein Becher da war, organisieren musste. Leider sehr schlecht sortierte Hotelbar mit dem Charme einer Halle. Wir wollten eigentlich gemütlich in den Geburtstag meines Mannes hinein feiern… Aber dann doch nicht. Aus checken mit Beleg wurde bei Buchung ũber Buchungs-Plattform komplizierter. Alles im allem stimmten weder das Preis Leistung- Verhältnis noch der Service für ein Hilton 4 Sterne Hotel. Aber sehr kurzer Weg zur Schleyer Halle!

The only couple of downsides: as it was day of a concert, the waiting line for check in was extremely long going even outside the hotel. The hotel was nice and clean, the staff were professional and friendly. It was right next to the stadium/arena which is excellent if you are going to a concert etc. The breakfast buffet was very good and there was something for everyone there. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. It would have been nice to have had a bottle of water in the room. It is a bit out of town but for a stay because of a concert, very well located. We had a nice stay.

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht wegen einem Konzert in der Schleyerhalle. Ich hatte vorher angefragt ob wir früher einchecken dürfen. Leider wurde das nicht weitergegeben, aber der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat sich bemüht ein Zimmer für uns zu finden. Danke dafür. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war die Bar und das Restaurant geschlossen, außerdem war einer der beiden Aufzüge kaputt. Da kann jetzt keiner was dafür, ärgerlich war es trotzdem. Zudem in der näheren Umgebung nur ein Restaurant ist , sonst keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Unser Teppich war nicht ganz so sauber und es gab keinen Smart TV. Alles in allem ein nettes Hotel in guter Lage zur Konzerthalle/Fussballarena.

We got a suite with a sauna. The sauna didn’t work. I called the front desk. They said they could not help me. I asked for a reduction in our fee since we paid for a sauna. They said I booked through Expedia so they could not help me, I called Expedia who tried to get me a discount but the hotel said no. It’s too bad because the location is very nice if you are going to a game, but it was very loud until 1 am and then very loud at 8 am with the crews cleaning up, be aware if you want to stay during a game. It was a great idea but they are unwilling to help you if there is a problem

Man merkt, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der neue Betreiber fängt allerdings gerade an zu modernisieren, bleibt also abzuwarten wie es sich entwickeln wird. Die Lage für Konzerte in der HMS Halle ist unschlagbar.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was ok. The AC was broken during our stay, but they did give us a portable fan to help. It is RIGHT next to the Mercedes musuem and the stadium, so if that's why your going - it's just a short walk!.

Perfekt, wenn man zu einer Vorstellung in die Schleyer Halle möchte, ca 200m! Alles war sauber und gut organisiert, das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück war allerdings nicht so entspannt, weil nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden sind. Für die Hotelgröße ist der Frühstücksraum definitiv zu klein.

I chose this hotel as I had only planned on visiting the Mercedes-Benz museum which is a five minute walk down the road which was nice. It was a bizarre experience as this didn't seem to be a busy area at all during our one-night stay. I felt I was the only one staying in the hotel. This isn't a strike against the hotel at all, they were great. Their breakfast was very good, the room was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Would stay again if I happened to find myself in Stuttgart again.

Upon checking in, the front desk reluctantly gave a late checkout of 2pm; however upon returning to our room the following day we were locked out of our rooms and told our luggage was not there.
