The building itself is amazing, and the spa facilities are absolutely top-tier. However, the restaurant service falls short of a 5-star standard, despite the 5-star pricing. Service was incredibly slow, and we faced a language barrier as not all staff spoke English. For example, our pre-lunch cocktails were served with absolutely nothing on the side; when we asked for nuts, we were told they had none. We also had to explicitly ask for basic items like napkins. To top it off, the wine pours by the glass were ridiculously small. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, these service gaps were definitely disappointing. I hope this review will be used by the management to improve the processes and the training of their employees.

Staff should have been more attentive. Heating in room broken Hotel restaraunt fully booked on arrival. No space for hotel guests - booked with external visitors.

Hidden gem in belle epoque Bains De Spas splendour. Brilliantly restored hotel, attentive, excellent staff at reception, restaurant and spa. Luxurious spacious bedrooms, a fabulous lower level thermal water spa with chilled pool, hot Roman baths, saunas and hammams. Scrupulously clean. Quite excellent buffet breakfast. Central location overlooking Ardennes hills which surround town. A rare find and an absolute treat!
