The front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. The kitchen staff, especially Mr Leon was so kind, helpful. The facility itself needed some work. The tub did not work and the room is so dark. We were placed in front of the pool, so we can’t open the blinds and the room lights are very dark. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. Lots of stores and restaurants close by

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly stood out—they were friendly, professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. It’s not often that you find a hotel where the cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere come together this well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and without a doubt, I will definitely be back!

The room we stayed in was right by the road and we heard every horn, dog barking, siren. We never had body wash in the bathroom and the lighting was very poor. Breakfast was ok, same thing both days. We had to bring up the bed we asked for and ask for more towels. Not the worst place I've stayed, but not the best either.

Upon check-in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied by another guest's luggage. We were then given a second room, only to find people sleeping inside. One of the occupants became angry and threw items at us. I strongly urge management to require staff to physically check room occupancy before handing out keys.
