The room had fleas. When we told the front desk this was the case, not a single person seemed surprised or reacted with any sort of urgency. The staff sent to remove our belongings from the room acted like this was a routine situation. We were respectful and professional about an incredibly disgusting and unacceptable situation and the hotel has been unresponsive, callous, and disinterested. They say they are "investigating" as if it is not an incredibly straightforward situation. The room had fleas. We were bitten by the fleas. And we had to clean our clothes, luggage, and vehicle to ensure we did not transfer fleas into our home. It has been days without a response, refund, or reimbursement. They are ignoring us. We looked on other sites after this experience and found other guests have had similar experiences. I wish we'd checked before. Do not stay here.

This is a studio apartment. A fully-furnished kitchen with living room space, plenty of closet space, a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and bed linens. The only drawback to this place is if you have a second-floor room then you have to haul all your bags up a flight of stairs. We had a lot of bags and suitcases with us so lugging it all upstairs was exhausting. Parking is ample but unless you grab a spot right next to your room, get ready to haul your stuff through the parking lot. Again, not fun. The breakfast was good with a variety of options. We happened to be there at the same time that an organization had booked there, so when it came to breakfast time, it was crowded and seating was a little difficult to come by. The property as a whole is well-maintained, everything was clean, the grounds are nice. The major negative for me was the air freshener in the lobby area. The scent was overwhelming and assailed my nostrils and I'm not one with a sensitive nose. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again, but on the first floor.
