Live Casino & Hotel - Louisiana

Hotel and staff were nice.The room was great. Only complaint is there was no valet service so I had to carry my bags across the parking lot, which was an inconvenience.

The hotel side was beautiful and the check-in/check-out employees were super friendly! Took us almost an hour to get to the room from arriving on the property because we parked in the parking garage, not realizing there was no access to the hotel from it other than to carry our luggage through the casino. Backtracking to the car and waiting in the garage traffic jam was ridiculous! Driving back to the hotel side there was very limited parking so we had to drive back to a mid section casino side and walk to the entrance. For future, a parking garage for the massive hotel side would be great!

We got to the hotel at 9:30pm to still have to wait for a room to be cleaned for us to check in. The room that we did get the sink did not drain, we stayed two days. No one came the next day to clean the room or even drop off fresh towels. The pool is still under construction so we couldn’t even swim. The center bar had a drink of the month. But had none of the items to make it. Other than those things it was okay.

Loved the swimming pool. Room was very big and nice. No place to unpack for your clothes. Lights in bathroom weren’t bright enough.

I booked expecting to spend part of my day sitting by the pool. There’s a pool advertising on the website. Pool isn’t finished. Staff wasn’t aware of when it would be open

No valet on week days yet no signage indicating that valet was unavailable. Sat in car for 10 minutes waiting on valet before calling front desk.

We chose this hotel specifically for its listed EV charging amenity, as overnight charging is essential during a 14-hour road trip. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there were no charging stations available, which added unexpected time and stress to our travel plans. We hope this gets updated on their amenities list to avoid misleading future guests. The room itself was also a bit disappointing, there was visible glitter and hair on the floor, which made it feel like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, we were placed on a floor under active construction, which detracted from the overall experience. That said, the restaurant and casino were enjoyable, and the pool area out front was beautifully maintained. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the inaccurate amenity listing directly impacted our trip, and I felt it was worth sharing.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was clean, bed was comfy, and the blackout curtains were a plus for sleeping in. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time at the pool, and the outdoor bar was a plus. I would definitely return!

I liked the atmosphere, some of the dealers were nice. What i didn't like was the filthy bathrooms in this brand new hotel. I reported it but the people who were sent didn't clean anything. I went to my room to use the the bathroom.

Couldn't find waitress anywhere, and once we did were told not her section took over an hour to get drinks, they were not busy at all but solely concerned about people at tables not machines. Room was nice, big, clean except bathroom. Toe nails and dust bunny's all under the sink in bathroom. Sink covers in tiny hair from someone shaving. Will definitely revisit casino but not pay so much more then other places for a room. I definitely had better experience staying and playing at Sam's town. Awesome waitress, clean, no toe nails, or dust bunny's

So Live Casino and Hotel is new or remodeled from an old casino. The room was pretty spacious which i loved. Also, the room was VERY cold, which that is a plus. The hallways were very smoky when walking down them. Something needs to be in place to fight off the smell for the nonsmokers. But overall i would stay again.

Just OK, main complaint is that the Air Co needed to be reset every few hours. It seemed to have an automatic switch to just fan after an hour or so and so sleep was a bit hot.

I really enjoyed my stay at Live! Actually the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while. The room was clean, the bed was VERY comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Check-in was not fast, but got better. The location was great — close to everything I needed. Beautiful pool area with big screen TV. Nice restaurants! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a great experience!

Great stay minus the noises above us. We were in the 10th floor. Called the front desk 2 times. Even the people next door heard it.

The $300 room was hot, and it was hard to sleep. The AC would not cool below 68 degrees. I called the staff and was told that all rooms thermostats are locked to go no lower than 68. Would never choose this casino hotel in Bossier City again.

Customer Service is exceptional

Rant-1. No early checkin so at 3pm I stood in line for 70 minutes to get a room key, shift change at desk with 50 people in 4 lines getting frustrated. 2. My husband was denied a veterans players card after giving his DD214 of which the cashier mgr in the casino refused to honor..she wanted a VA identification card which he doesn’t have, we found a Exec. Casino host (Nick) who was a vet, he went to the cashier and had her give him one. 3. The refrigerator in our room had been left open so the control panel was frozen with ice, I reported it to the HK person at the time of checkin, she would put in a work order. At 10pm no one had come to fix it, I called the front desk twice only to be put on hold for 5 min each time. I finally dressed and went to the parking garage and got the refrigerator cooler we have and plugged it in and transferred our food & medicine to that and I put towels on the floor, unplugged the frig and thawed it out over night so the next guest wouldn’t have the same issue. This was out 1st time at the hotel, we chose it to see if it could be our new stop on our trip to Texas that we make 3-4 times per year from Florida…after all of the issues we will evaluate and decide if the frustration is worth a second try. We travel extensively, we try to keep an open mind but for a brand new hotel only open since spring of 2025 they need to get it together.

Overall the stay was great. Better drink before you go because I didn't get served a drink while gambling. I was in the casino for a few hours

Staff was incredible! The front desk associates and manager were so welcoming and diligent in helping.

I enjoyed my stay however I was not told that the security deposit was $150 dollars! I was aware of the $17.95 resort fee but at check in I had to pay about $170 dollars! This should have been disclosed!

When I checked in, front desk was amazing. However when I reached my room & the carpet was soaking wet, we had to pack up & go by back down to change rooms. A different front desk agent was rude & unapologetic for the inconvenience. Handed my keys & stood there & looked at me until left.

The hotel and casino was very clean. We enjoyed our stay until 12:30am when the fire alarm went off 8 TIMES!! Probably once every 30 minutes. The first time the alarm sounded we followed the instructions to evacuate walking down 11 flights of stairs. Upon arriving to the main entrance to see what was going on there were no employees to give any kind of update. We walked upon an employee and asked what was going on and she said it was a false alarm. We went to our room and within 30 minutes the alarm went off AGAIN!! No employees around to instruct us on what to do. The lack of communication was so upsetting. Finally we called the front desk and they said there was a water pipe broke and causing the fire alarm to go off. We asked for some compensation due to the inconveniences and the lack of sleep. They gave us $50 food credit. We would have just appreciated some employee/staff updates and that would have been sufficient. Please set a plan in motion in the event of this happening again. But the hotel is beautifully renovated and very clean.

Easy access from interstate

Live is a renovated property with the casino building newly added. We stayed the 2nd weekend they srre open. Parking and access to the property after 9pm was very busy. Plan atleast 1 hr to park for the next few weeks till they get Parking corrected.

Close to restaurant's & other casinos.

It is easy to get to from I-20. However, there is a lot of highway work at this time on I-20. The staff is very easy to work with, and the property has been remodeled. We didn't use the restaurants, but there are several on-site.

Yes, New York was in the HOUSE! My 1st time here at Live Boissier City& I loved the location because it was close to my family that we were visiting. My husband loved the pool. The bed, spacious room, & bathroom was very nice and clean. The restaurants and shopping was great. I didn't hit big on the tables though lol but did catch a performance. My entire experience was wonderful! Keep it up! I plan to return.

Went for graduation at LSUS. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Atmosphere throughout relaxing and lively at the same time. In hotel dinning was excellent. Casino and bar were pleasant.

While it’s very nice. All the restaurants were closed on Sunday, and on Labor Day. The ones that were open closed very early for being a 24/7 casino. The only option was a taken out place that then only had cheese pizza that was under cooked. The casino while small was really nice, the prime rib was excellent.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious!! The staff were welcoming and friendly, even though we didn’t get to the restaurant until fairly close to closing as we were driving across country and had only stopped for the night to rest. We decided to take stroll through the casino and had a little fun while we stretched out after driving all day. The huge shower had great water pressure & included everything one needs to shower so no need to unpack everything. Finally, we had a restful nights sleep on the memory form mattresses with very comfy bedding rarely experienced in regular hotels.

friendly staff, nice room, social restaurant had good food. shower needs a grab bar, nothing to hold on to. no food available after 11pm, not good for us insomniacs. overall a nice place, we would come back.

The hotel accommodations were great. The two parts that caused the good rather than an Excellent rating was 1- the food availability was less than preferred (while the cafe offered meals, it's hours were not ideal, and the morning coffee availability had to wait until 7 before it opened.

Hotel was very clean and aesthetically appealing. The rooms were great ! The individuals that attempted to help us were always friendly. Some of them were obviously new employees and didn’t know the answers to key questions. My husband had a very hard time ever getting a drink in the casino. Most of the bars were unattended when we were there in the afternoon. There were not really many selections for dinner mid week. We ended up ordering takeout and having to take it to a table that we found near the sports bar. The food was good once we got it. The casino itself was very nice with a very good selection of machines. When we needed to cash out, most of the ticket machines were out of order so that we had to go up to the cashier. We will come again once the newness has worn off for the staff.

Food and beverage management was superior to most hotels
