Great spot in walking distance to many fabulous restaurants/coffee shops and grocery store if you want to cook. Driveway parking, ample space for a small family to stay comfortably. The beds slept great, plush linens in the bathroom and excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the fresh air. Owner was also super nice and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend Chris’s property!

The rental had worn furniture and the air conditioning units upstairs need replaced. Loud and not sealed off properly from outside. Private parking was a plus being off the street.

Chris was very communicative before and during our stay. The location was close to restaurants, bars and the light rail. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was easy. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would use it again.

The place was quite cozy and close to many things to do, just as described! We found it close enough to utilize public transport to visit Downtown Denver, and there were several nearby parks to explore! And nice off-street parking there on site.The owners were so friendly, I would stay here again on a future trip! Thanks to Chris & Heather for allowing us to stay at their nice place! You'll get plenty of steps in for those delicious meals that are all nearby. HIGHLY recommend Sushi Den!!

The owners are very nice and worked with us to fix the roku device. I really appreciated that they did this. Beds were very comfortable. Living room could use a refresh, but it was comfortable and AC worked great. Upstairs AC was not as good, but it was cool enough at night that it was not a problem. I was a little worried about extension cords and old wiring, but things were fine. Linens and towels were plentiful and nice quality. Bathroom is on the second floor. All in all, the place was nice, generally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The real plus to this property is the neighborhood. We were so well situated that we were able to easily get everywhere we needed to go. The Pearl Street Market on Sunday morning is a must go. The Sushi Den on Pearl Street was the best sushi I have ever had (and I was worried about it so far inland).

This is a great spot! Clean, lovely energy, artistic, great proximity to restaurants. Safe neighborhood. walked dog at night and felt very safe. Off street parking was easy. Stayed Labor Day weekend 2023. Very hot weather. House has central air AC as well as window AC units in bedrooms. Very comfortable! Large groups may not enjoy the single bathroom, but we had no issues. Near a number of restaurants and Sprouts for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

The home was clean however it smelled musty and moldy. The windows were not secured because they had window a/c units. There was a barking dog on and off in the evening directly in the backyard and we were traveling with an infant. It was not the place fire us and was not comfortable staying there. We didn’t stay the second night of our two day booking.

The location was ideal, super close to all the fun that South Broadway has to offer, their is a Sprouts gricery store 2 blocks away, Chook's Chicken is just a few blocks and Delish. Everything in the house was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again for future trips!

We thoroughly enjoyed and relaxed in this cozy place! Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Downstairs is a kitchen w/a breakfast nook, a formal dining area, and a spacious living room. Having only 1 bathroom makes it so that multiple people would have to coordinate their use of it. Linen, utensils, pots/pans, and even some kitchen staples are provided. The living room has a large leather couch, and comfy chairs by the windows for sitting and reading. The front part of the house faces a busy street, therefore loud road noise (ie: sirens, construction vehicles) was heard on occasion. The rear section of the house shares a wall w/another unit. You don’t hear much except if someone has a barking dog. One major advantage was its location. You could walk to many eateries: Indian, Mexican, breakfast/coffee shops, and a nearby Sunday farmers market. You can find any kind of store you need within a short walk/drive. It’s close to a major highway, too. This allowed for quick getaways out of the city to enjoy Golden, Boulder, and more. Another plus was access to the host, Chris. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was open to feedback/suggestions. In short, we found this property to be clean, comfortable, sufficient for our needs, and convenient to so many points of interests. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is perfect! You can walk to South Pearl St and there are many restaurants! You can walk to Whole Foods and Sprouts grocery stores. It is also close to S Broadway with more bars and restaurants. The house is very roomy and spacious. Both bedrooms are big with great closet space. The outside could use a bit of a sprucing up but other than that we found the accommodations to be good!

Excellent location, close to lots of yummy eats/drinks and grocery store if you want to cook. Chris was a great host and allowed us to check in early. Beds were comfy and overall feeling of the home was cozy and eclectic! Would stay again.

Really nice small house that has many food options if you don't want to cook. Located only a few miles from many attractions in Denver. The two bedrooms and one bath are upstairs, so if you have leg problems keep this in mind.

We've stay in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this, by far, was the moth thoughtful. The owner has lovely taste in art and books, but was thoughtsful enough to have emergency meds stashed in the kitchen, coffee AND creamer and sugars. The bathroom had emergency provisions too. Not that they were needed, but it was just really well thought out and felt like we were with family. Much appreciated. And the location, location, location...perfectly situated for walking. The only two things where kids might be concerned are the stairs to the bedroom and the immediate access to the street at the front door. For adults, it checks all the boxes.

Stayed Labor Day weekend 2023. Very hot weather. House has central air AC as well as window AC units in bedrooms. Very comfortable! Large groups may not enjoy the single bathroom, but we had no issues. Near a number of restaurants and Sprouts for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Our house was being remodeled and we plus our 2 cocker spaniels needed a place to stay for a month. The house was perfect, great location, everything we needed. Chris was so accommodating when we needed a few extra days. He also allowed us to have access to a washer and dryer which was so helpful. The neighborhood has great restaurants on both Broadway and Pearl Street. The house is running distance to Wash Park (about 1/2 mile).

Great stay for us. Comfortable bed. Quaint older home--enjoyed the decor--splashes of color amidst grays, black and white. Manager was very accommodating; I had to mentally adjust to him staying on the property, but once I did, all was good and privacy was definitely respected. Enjoyed having our daughter and her husband come hang out with us over a meal that we fixed in the kitchen, ate in the dining room, and visited in the den.

Excellent location, close to lots of yummy eats/drinks and grocery store if you want to cook. Chris was a great host and allowed us to check in early. Beds were comfy and overall feeling of the home was cozy and eclectic! Would stay again.

Chris was very communicative before and during our stay. The location was close to restaurants, bars and the light rail. The home was clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. Parking was easy. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would use it again.

The neighborhood is cute and walkable, with a grocery store nearby. The host stays on the property with you, in the back room essentially of the building. This was not communicated to us previously and if it had, we would have stayed somewhere else. I value my privacy and did not feel comfortable overall with this stay.

The owners are very nice and worked with us to fix the roku device. I really appreciated that they did this. Beds were very comfortable. Living room could use a refresh, but it was comfortable and AC worked great. Upstairs AC was not as good, but it was cool enough at night that it was not a problem. I was a little worried about extension cords and old wiring, but things were fine. Linens and towels were plentiful and nice quality. Bathroom is on the second floor. All in all, the place was nice, generally clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The real plus to this property is the neighborhood. We were so well situated that we were able to easily get everywhere we needed to go. The Pearl Street Market on Sunday morning is a must go. The Sushi Den on Pearl Street was the best sushi I have ever had (and I was worried about it so far inland).

This is a great spot! Clean, lovely energy, artistic, great proximity to restaurants. Safe neighborhood. walked dog at night and felt very safe. Off street parking was easy. Air conditioning was superb. Communication with the owner exceeded our expectations! Super accommodating!! Would stay here again 5 stars!!

The location is perfect! You can walk to South Pearl St and there are many restaurants! You can walk to Whole Foods and Sprouts grocery stores. It is also close to S Broadway with more bars and restaurants. The house is very roomy and spacious. Both bedrooms are big with great closet space. The outside could use a bit of a sprucing up but other than that we found the accommodations to be good!

The location was ideal, super close to all the fun that South Broadway has to offer, their is a Sprouts gricery store 2 blocks away, Chook's Chicken is just a few blocks and Delish. Everything in the house was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again for future trips!

We've stay in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this, by far, was the moth thoughtful. The owner has lovely taste in art and books, but was thoughtsful enough to have emergency meds stashed in the kitchen, coffee AND creamer and sugars. The bathroom had emergency provisions too. Not that they were needed, but it was just really well thought out and felt like we were with family. Much appreciated. And the location, location, location...perfectly situated for walking. The only two things where kids might be concerned are the stairs to the bedroom and the immediate access to the street at the front door. For adults, it checks all the boxes.

The place was quite cozy and close to many things to do, just as described! We found it close enough to utilize public transport to visit Downtown Denver, and there were several nearby parks to explore! And nice off-street parking there on site.The owners were so friendly, I would stay here again on a future trip! Thanks to Chris & Heather for allowing us to stay at their nice place! You'll get plenty of steps in for those delicious meals that are all nearby. HIGHLY recommend Sushi Den!!

My wife and I were traveling with our dogs and wanting to stay in a house, this is not a standalone home it is a townhome with an attached apartment in the back of the unit. This was not in the listing and if so we would have chosen a different property for the privacy we were looking for.

The property was pet-friendly, and the parking felt safe. The Host was extremely responsive. For those with mobility issues, please note that the only bathroom is on the second floor. It is a steep full set of stairs to reach it.
