Residence Inn Minneapolis Downtown at The Depot

Der Aufenthalt von 17 Tagen war sehr angenehm. Die Nutzung des Indoor pools ist inbegriffen was für die Kinder super ist. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls inbegriffen und die Nutzungszeiten sind sehr lang, was ideal ist für die arbeitenden und die Leute die Ferien machen. Leider wird sehr viel einweggeschirr verwendet, was ich sehr schade finde. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist sehr laut, auch bleibt das Lärmnivau in der Nacht sehr hoch, auch wenn diese abgeschaltet ist. Eine der beiden Kochplatten funktionierte nur noch teilweise. Es befand sich müll von der Vorbesitzern unter dem Sofa, aber der Zimmerservice ansonst war gut. Es gibt immer gratis kaffe was ebenfalls sehr positiv ist. Und ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an das Personal, welches immer sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und grosszügig ist. Alles in allem, gerne wieder einmal wenn ich ein apparthotel suche.

We only spent one night to attend a concert so we didn't have a chance to utilize most of the amenities. We did have their free buffet breakfast which had a lot more to offer than expected and was delicious! The staff was awesome!!! Very helpful, friendly, and really seemed genuine in their kindness! I would definitely stay there again!

The review I’m giving has to do with their ADA accommodations! So hopefully there are some people with disabilities out there who would appreciate my experience. The ADA room that I had had a roll in shower and plenty of room. It was a two bedroom. One bedroom was ADA and the other bedroom was not. The only thing about the ADA bedroom was that the bed was actually too low for me! I appreciated that the bed was lower but for me it was too low. So the general manager, a super nice guy, had maintenance put risers underneath the bed! It was perfect! I felt like the staff really went out of their way to accommodate me in this way. Otherwise, there are some ramps that are a little steep. One going into the front entrance and the other going to the restaurant. But the front entrance has automatic door openers, which is wonderful! They’re only two handicap parking spaces and only one of them is wider. The other seems to be not much wider than a normal parking space. Overall out of five stars I give it a three.
