Loved our stay at the Shangri-La Pudong. Easy to get to from the airport. Lots of shopping and train choices. Friendly staff and service always excellent. Stayed in a Club Room this time and loved the staff and the amenities. Special thanks to AnnaLisa in the Club Lounge for exceptional service! Also managed to get to the spa/pool area and was v impressed. Would love to return!
