Current owner is continuously improving the property. A very easy stay. They have a decent breakfast in the morning and most of the stuff is nice. The building is connected to hooligans bar and restaurant. The food there is amazing and open late. Along with multiple other restaurants in the parking lot and convenience stores across the street. During the summer they have a pool outside. I’ve seen them cleaning every day. The building is smelling a lot better than it used to. The only thing that would make it better is if they had a gym.

The check-in and out process was easy. The building is an older hotel. Location is ok, as a solo traveler it was fine, however I wouldn't bring my family to stay here. The room had no carpet, the floor was very slick as I had to be careful walking so as not to slip. My white socks were black on the bottom from walking around the room. Wi-Fi was scetchy. It took a couple days before the hotel WiFi appeared in my list of available connections. No password given at check-in to connect, you have to call to get it. Cellular data connection was spotty in the room. The continental breakfast wasn't that appealing. You had juices, cereal, yogurt, a waffle making machine, some fruit, that's about it. The pool was decent, though I did not use it. Again as a solo traveler needing a place for a couple days and not needing much immentities, it served the purpose.

HORRIBLE HORRIFIC! wet floors and beds! no way to get my handicap child to our room bc only steps available. in the case of a fire my child would of had to be carried from the room down the steps and outside. gave us 3 beds in the room (4 people) requested another bed set and was given a flat sheet only! after the office got very mouthy they gave us another but he needed to check how many people were in our room! i’m not ok with someone just coming in to count people (our room was by the office they knew only 4 in the room) when confronted at check out they blamed my 17yr old daughter and got mouthy with her when i corrected him he then laughed about it in another language with the coworker. they did not care at all for the situation of my handicapped son for sleeping or entry into the place. not allowed to eat your breakfast anywhere but the lobby. deep freezer belonging to the owners sitting in the middle of the place beside no working vending. pool not working either. very hard to even discuss with them bc nobody speaks english!

Apparent they are updating the outside of the building and so far that looks nice. Need to install automatic doors so u can easily bring in your luggage. We were on the first floor but had to go up 4 stairs with luggage. No hot water for the second persons shower and construction began at 9am

It was a basic hotel. Near a lot of shopping and dining and close to the freeway, which was good. A little bit rundown the room wasn't very well lit. Our room was missing its coffeemaker, which wasn't pleasant. No elevators, and the ice machine on the 2nd floor put out more water than ice. But for maybe 1 or 2 nights just to sleep, it's not bad.

We checked in and went to our room. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of funk hit us in the face. As always, we check the mattress for bed bugs, etc. and found a bed bug and hair everywhere. There was urine on the toilet seat, hair in the shower and the carpet was disgusting. The mirrors had an awful film on them. The dressers and counter tops looked like they had been wiped with dish water. We went back to check out and they offered us an available suite. We agreed to look at it. The staff took us to the room and did a walk thru with us. I of course pulled back all the sheets and mattress pads and there was a urine stain that was still wet and the man said that, you'll find that at any hotel. We did not stay. I messaged Hotels.com and they tried to get us a refund but were unsuccessful. I'm very unhappy about that but at least they tried.

The service on the first day was great. The gentleman at the desk was friendly. When we got back to the hotel I found a roach on the bathtub. My daughter asked for extra pillows when we got back and when he brought them I told him (different person than when we got there) about the roach. He couldn’t understand at first but then he grabbed a tissue like no big deal and fled and I mean fled out the bathroom and didn’t even have the door all the way open and he ran into it trying to go like we were some awful person. Never an apology nor a word at all about the roach. Other than that experience the room wasn’t bad considering.

The hotel was not very clean, there was broken wall in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty and moldy. The fan in the room kept coming on every 5 minutes and it was very loud And vibrated a lot, the breakfast was garbage, there was only waffles and instant coffee would not recommend staying here.

The whole hotel smells like an old musty basement that has been unoccupied for years. The first room we were put in had mold on the mattress cover, holes in the wall patched with tape, giant house centipede dead in the corner, and dust on the dresser like it hadn’t been cleaned.

The room smelled and felt very damp. The floor felt damp when we weren't wearing shoes, the sheets on the bed were stained and appeared to be dirty, and the tub was a little dirty as well. The staff was kind enough although we didn't interact with them very much.

I checked in fine. It took them a minute to get the room even though it was at check in time. I went into the room changed and left. When I got back and turned down the bed it looked like someone had slept in it. I went into the bathroom to take a shower and the floor still had paper on it like it had not been swept. Paint peeling, rug after closer look did not get vacuumed and it smelled as if a truck driver stayed in that room for a week being funky. I went to ask for more sheets and pillow cases, they did not want to give them to me; stated he did not have access; tried to call me a liar and said I was there all day...made him look at the camera again.. It was awful I would not recommend Quality Inn ever in Cincinnati or anywhere from that fact

Stained walls, stained lamp shades, potential blood on the shower curtain, room was musty, mold on the ceiling in the shower, duck tape on the shower head, hair in the blow dryer, 3 of the 4 towels in the bathroom had stains on them my wife and I had to share the only clean towel. We almost stayed in our car. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even my greatest enemy. Wish I could get my money back.

This hotel was disgusting. I’ll start with the little things first: the ice machine did not work. I told the man at front desk and he told me to walk to the upper floors to get ice. I was put on the first floor because I cannot walk up stairs. There were bugs everywhere (not bedbugs). My room was filthy. Old food was in the freezer which made the room stink. The bath room walls were dirty and big holes in it. The bathroom sink covers the toilet. Seriously covers the toilet.

First they gave me the wrong room. Website says double room queen beds, they gave me a single room with one queen bed. They got us a new room with two queen beds, fine not what I booked but at least I got 2 beds. New room the washroom's floor is slippery with some oily substance. Room smelled like some strong disinfectant and after leaving for dinner and coming back, room had a smoke smell to it. I usually don't complain but the rating is really misleading.

We usually stay at Quality Inns because of their quality. However, this one has slipped down some since we stayed there 2 years ago. There were cigarette burn holes in the blanket, the carpet was getting old, the side tables were chipped and a couple of plugs didn't work well. The bed made a "boom" sound from the base when you climbed into bed. Overall, it was still a pretty good stay, but not the quality we expected.

I was pretty pleased with the room. However I was very disappointed that I was double charged by the hotel manager before using Hotels.com. It messed up my finances for the whole weekend and no one from the hotel staff seemed to care or want to do anything about it even though they were responsible. All they could say is that is up to the bank when the funds will processed back into your account. The bank didn't make the mistake, they did. On top of this they asked me for a $30.00 deposit the third day of my stay after they wreaked my bank account.

Well, when I first checked in it was ok. However the second day of my stay I went to pay for the room and I was double charged. This created a very bad situation for me in that it happened to be on a Friday and caused my bank account to become overdrawn. I had to wind up using a credit card to pay for the next 2 days and felt that the hotel should have done something to accommodate me. It wasn't their fault that my bank didn't reverse those funds sooner but it was the hotels fault that the mistake happened in the first place. They shouldn't have double charged my account. It seems like every tiome I visit this hotel something goes wrong.

Check in was slow. Clerk was hard to understand. Initially checked us into a room that wasn’t clean or was already occupied as there was trash in the cans and the beds were not made. Breakfast item has nothing healthy. A carb filled bread items. Nothing healthy. No fruit.

Although we were in the hotel and room for only a short time, in at 8:30pm out by 7am, our stay was comfortable and convenient to our needs. This is an older hotel but has been remodeled and was pretty clean but the bathroom had a very noisy exhaust fan and the floor edges and corners were not tended to well. When we entered the section we were to stay, the carpets were being cleaned with a strong Lysol smelling solution. I did have coffee and yogurt for breakfast and the dining area was very clean and well stocked with food and supplies. The staff that we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Overall I found this to be a good budget hotel.

I pulled into the parking lot to go check in, and immediately noticed a bunch of questionable people standing around on the sidewalk. My BF used to be a truck driver, and said that among them were prostitutes and drug dealers. Whether they were or not, it definitely made me feel very unsafe, especially with my young daughter with us. I did the live chat and requested a refund because of how unsafe we felt. They refused, and took my money anyway. I ended up paying for 2 hotels for the same night, which is very frustrating. If you have small children, I do not recommend this hotel. This experience was at the Cincinnati, Ohio location.

We forgot our bathroom bag, and the front desk provided us with basically everything that we forgot. It looked like we went shopping! They were so helpful. Check in & check out were both quick & easy. The pool is wonderful! The free breakfast was light, but the selections were good! The bed was very comfortable. Oh, and be sure to walk over & eat at Hooligans next door! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is fun. Would stay there again!

The breakfast bar didn't have eggs or meat, just waffles and cereal. The paint on the bathroom door was terrible and peeling off. They partially covered an outside door in the room with drywall and it had a large gap that you could see insulation stuffed in, and what appeared to be black mold at the bottom of the old door, the handle was removed so it couldn't be opened--the hole was left open. It was close to several returants.
