I liked that it was clean and had its own garage. The kitchen was convenient and townhouse was located close to all 3 shopping centres.. The toilet howver is upstairs so Its not recommended for and elderly person.

We were provided with roomy and comfortable accommodation. The full kitchen is great, and both RC-units can crank up the heat. The shower has great pressure, and doesn't use one of those annoying rainwater heads that just falls in the centre of the shower. Bed is comfy, and we didn't get disturbed by the golfing-crazies who are already there before the crack of dawn. WIFI is strong, although we couldn't get any streaming services, as we suspect the smart tv is just a little out of date. All in all, a great place to stay, provided you aren't looking to be in the middle of the action.

The quest apartments were a fantastic option for my family, the self-contained aspect was perfect, and the recreation centre offered some addtional fun for the kids. Sanctuary Lakes was a lovely area with amenities to suit all types of travellers, we will stay again.

I don’t like this website, since you click on “Other” and you get a pop up window that is faded out that you cannot access! Upon arrival, the booking “recorded” by Quest did not match with the booking we had made nor with the email message from Wotif/Expedia. We were told by the receptionist that there was an issue between Wotif/Expedia and Quest, the upshot being that the issues with the reservation were not caused by us. Inside we found several ants wandering about the kitchen bench, a long dark hair on the kitchen bench, and a kitchen chair that had dirty spots on the padded seat cushion. I subsequently cleaned this chair seat and with some effort was able to remove most of the spots. During our stay unfortunately we broke a glass, and we were on our hands and knees to pick up the flecks of glass because we could not find a dustpan and brush with which to do a clean up. The receptionist was highly efficient, with a friendly professional manner.

Property needs maintenance/upgrade. First thing you see are curtain tracks hanging off wall, curtains hanging off tracks, no runners or missing hooks!!! Bathroom walls with water damage & mould. Walls with missing paint & patching.

I booked a studio apartment and got a 2 bed 2 bath townhouse with the main bedroom and bathroom locked. So had bedroom two and a small ensuite which were upstairs - this should have been communicated when you booked. If you have even limited mobility issues this would be a problem. The lawn to the courtyard wasn’t mowed, the carport and exterior needed a clean, there wasn’t a bath mat and only one mug (was cups and saucers). The receptionist was polite and helpful.

The unit was very good and clean, the only problem was because of a Medical condition, it was quite difficult.to negotiate the steepness of the staircase to the bedroom area, I stumbled a couple of times. The bed was very comfortable and shower was a good size to accommodate me and my problems.

Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect if you're having a longer stay and have a car. The area has plenty of facilities (shops, restaurants etc) and it's a relatively short drive into Melbourne city. The apartments are spacious, clean and well maintained and the staff are extremely helpful
