Comfort Inn & Suites Warsaw near US-30

They don’t vacuum hallways much. Also, I was told to use the stairwell, there is no elevator. Now, as a contractor, I have multiple bags. The next morning I saw someone getting on the elevator!! Breakfast was standard. Do not eat at Bob Evans down the road- I got food poisoning! It’s been 3 days and I’m still not well! Bring your own body wash- they have bar soaps. 1 washcloth for two days in the room.

This place is condemned by the fire dept third floor fire pool closed breakfast terrible staff couldn't speak English the whole place was filthy shower broke bathroom faucet leaked everywhere the whole building is just nasty

This has to be the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed at. Do they even own a vacuum? Garbage cans overflowing for 2 days at the breakfast area. Continental breakfast not being stocked as people were eating, most food containers were empty. Pool- out of order Elevator- out of order Ice machine 3rd floor- out of order Ice machine 2nd floor- out of order

The check-in process was excellent, the room was clean. The TV signal kept dropping out and the shower was a little old but my biggest issue was the noise, especially between 10.30 and 2am in the morning. There were young children in the hotel running around and the room they were staying must have been above where I was staying as the thumping and noise went on until 2am. I was told by the staff that there was nothing that could be done which was disappointing to hear. Not as good as my last stay but still a nice hotel for an overnight (providing it's not too noisy)

The room was very outdated and dirty.
