The indoor pool and slide were the reason we chose this hotel for our kids. However, it was difficult staying in the pool room because of the high chlorine and poor ventilation. Adults couldn't sit in chairs around the pool because of irritation to the eyes. The kids could not stay in the water long because of coughing and irritation to the skin. Many guests complained to the front desk, but they were unresponsive. We will not stay at this property again.

The pool was the reason we stayed and it didn’t disappoint. The water was so warm and my daughter loved the water slide. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was so-so, but there are plenty of other options nearby. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable needs. Pool was dirty with floating bugs and sand at the bottom of the pool. We swam one night and didn't swim again because of cleanliness. Breakfast was worth the stay.

Construction going on on the third floor. Whole place had constructions debris, in the elevator, floors, etc. The noise was horrendous. I should have been told when booking. The pool is not heated so it was freezing. Only reason we picked this hotel was for the pool. Hard to believe I paid $130.00 for a room here.

The staff was incredible, very nice and helpful. The room had a half empty bootl of mouthwash on the sink, there were hairballs all over the bathroom. The pool had so much chemicals in it that we coughed the entire time we were in the pool area.

The hallway your room was filthy. We were there for 4 days and it never did get vacuumed. When we first walked into our room the tile floor had stuff on it. The shower door did not work very good. I had a hard time getting it to open one morning. Look like it was off the track. Not very quiet. We could hear the people above us walking. Sunday morning it sounded like they were jumping up and down.

The guy checking us in needed a little more training in customer service. Then the room we were supposed to check into was under construction we discovered once we got to the room. Then they had to check us into a different room. The room we finally ended up with was at the end of a long hallway, I was using a walker, and the window was by a busy road and noisy.

Place is super nice . Best breakfast . Service good . Only complaint is chlorine in hot tub was so strong it burned your eyes . This was in review months ago and should have been resolved. Also for such a nice place shower door was broken, one didn’t move and I think 1 door upside down . Bar was way down .

This property was under major construction and did not note it anywhere on the booking website, also room key didn't work went up and down 5 times to the desk...construction noise went on until 7pm and no usb charging anywhere in the room!

Room was fantastic and clean, however, I would recommend making sure you had a a room on the parking lot side instead of the main road fbay bypass the hotel as you get a lot of the traffic sounds otherwise.

I stay at this property when I come in town when my sister is hospitalized. She is fighting cancer and I am in and out of this hotel quite often. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is also amazing and if I need anything they are accommodating. Thank you, IHG for making a difficult time in my life a little easier, knowing that I can rely on your facility to not just be safe, but to be kind as well. I will stay here, any chance I can while I am in Loveland Colorado. I only wish that this hotel offered a discount for family members of people in the ICU in the Loveland hospital like some of the other hotels do. That would be the icing on the cake to an already good hotel. Again, Thank you IHG.

The staff was excellent. There was a small hiccup in my check in process and they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected and that the rest of my stay was great. Front desk was amazingly friendly and professional. The breakfast attendee was so sweet and diligent to make sure the food was well stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk person Donald was phenomenal! He was not only kind and attentive to our customers He was the only employee he saw all night whether it was room service, maintenance, housekeeping, or even mopping the front foyer floor in between customer! He deserves to be acknowledged so I am truly hoping you guys choose to do so

The front door area was under major construction. Caution tape all over. The automatic doors would not close because of the tape. It was a very cold and snowy day. Barely able to get to the front desk to register. Breakfast was very poor. No juice, because of the remodeling. Another machine, possibly a pancake machine was out of order as well. Both days the sausage patty's were barely warm. I did mention it to the breakfast area attendant the 1st day. It was not better the 2nd day. Parking lot was very dangerous due to very pour snow removal.and plowing.

We waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk, to check in. One person was taking care of that hotel and the one next door. This experience set the tone for the rest of the stay. There was construction going on. Our room was older-the common areas, including outside, looked newer than inside our room. The breakfast was poor. The "pancake" machine and the juise dispenser were broken, and the bagels were not fresh-and there was no microwave nor toaster.

came for the kids ...pool and water slide didn't disappoint! they both inhaled a breakfast too which is nice there was a good variety of food.

Nice, clean hotel with a great location to the highway and Blue Arena. Hotel has a good breakfast, slide in pool and renovated rooms and lobby.

Clean and decent place to stay. However, the complinentary breakfast was just not very good. Wide asst of food, yet not hot, pancakes were tough, and coffee ran out. Serving until 930 and it was only 825 when coffee was gone. Had to go to kitchen to ket rhem know

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Guests using the patio late in the evening were very noisy making it difficult to get good rest. Once the patio guests went inside, we had the misfortune of being in the room next to them. The breakfast was lackluster, but that seems to be the norm for most hotels lately.

The hotel is great for its price especially for a family with kids, they have remodeled a bit so it does look better. Beds are soft. Pool area perfect the hot tub is a tad on the hotter side but nothing major abd it does not Want to turn on at times but one if the hotel workers will help right away.

Disappointed in the up keep there were scratches and tears of wood in the doors floor not clean and bathroom floor was dirty had several pieces of hair on the floor the AC was not working very well very disappointed especially for the $$ paid

Don’t, just don’t. This hotel is so noisy they actually have a basket of earplugs at the front desk. Even if wasn’t ten feet from a four lane road intersection, every movement made by other guests thumps the building. The blackout shades don’t blackout, they also give out eye masks with the earplugs. They are cheekily aware of how crappy their hotel is and how no one would stay here if they had also known. Holiday inn has lost all semblance of integrity.
