Camas muy cómodas, personal agradable, competente y resolutivo. Habitación espaciosa con terraza, tranquilidad (mitad de Octubre 2023). Las instalaciones geniales, puedes disfrutar de piscina, gimnasio, circuito termal (20€ x 90min). Servicios de restauración geniales.

Fint och lugnt läge vid golfbanan. Allmänt trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Bekväma rum och mycket bra sängar. Tyvärr små trånga uteplatser. Poolerna öppnar sent. Frukost varierad och bra. Saknade dock mörkt bröd. Logistiken fungerade bra. Hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Tyvärr ingen servering av frukost utomhus, trots att vädret var utmärkt. En av servitörerna var också petig med att vi inte efter frukost fick ta ut kaffe i annat än pappersmuggar (inte porslinskoppar) på terassen. Middagsbuffén tyckte vi också var varierad, men samma anmärkning som ovan. Trots en utomhustemperatur på mellan 20-25 grader och strålande sol fanns ingen möjlighet att äta middagen utomhus. Vi åt mest fisk och var inte helt nöja med det kött som tillagades. En prisvärd sak till middagen var hotellets drink package. Två personer 11 Euro för en flaska av husets röda, vita eller rosé vin, alternativt två glas per person av valfri dryck. Många i personalen talade tyvärr inget annat språk än engelska.

If the very helpful Concha had not been at this hotel then the stay would have had a minus figure for a review. Concha’s hard work and conscientiousness was limited by the people around her. The reception desk was mostly helpful but some not: 1. On enquiry about the semi-inclusive option Nadia told me it was available only to group bookings. A later enquiry directed at another clerk explained the daily rate and minimum requirement of a 7 night subscription. 2. We had repeated issues with vegetarian meals - Nadia was short and unhelpful. Daily restaurant issues - unsuitable for vegetarian All standard options were for non-veg. I had to make a request every morning. 1. Some days I had just a salad. 2. Given a plate of uncooked bland tofu. 3. plant-based burger and other plant-based items with a few veg. 4. wraps with roasted vegetables and bland tofu but no seasoning whatsoever. 5. One day reception told me that it was not possible to cater for a vegetarian. 6. One good meal - lasagne It was very much a a luck of the draw on who was at reception and who was in the kitchen. Hotel Room -AC did not work (fixed on day 2) but very ineffective. The room was warm; no option to adjust the AC controls. Suitability for families? Kids club is seasonal. nothing for young children to do. If you have a car you could find activities; without a car you could easily spend Euro100 per day on taxi alone. Restaurant opens at 7.30pm - too late for young children.

Muy buenas instalaciones, recepcionistas muy agradables, limpieza. El único pero es que , siendo un hotel de esta categoría, el jamon del desayuno deberia ser de mejor calidad

Hotel que podría ser mucho más de lo que es. Los trabajadores son súper amables y cercanos, pero El socorrista inexistente (la chica que había SI hacía su trabajo), pasaba la mayor parte del tiempo perdido y sin atender la piscina, dejaba a los niños salpicar y molestar mediante gritos y juegos a todas las personas que estaban allí para descansar y relajarse, personas haciendo top less delante de niños y no pasaba nada. Respecto a la cubertería, 1 de cada dos cubiertos sucios, repugnante. Los espectáculos de noche, cutres y en horario de 22 a 23 h, hora a la que en ESPAÑA solemos cenar; y después de eso a dormir, porque no hay nada más que puedas hacer. Llegue con buenas expectativas pero no se han cumplido en absoluto. Voy con pensión completa y ahora tengo que pagar la bebida que pida, que una botella de agua de grifo te la ponen por 3,2 €. No se le ponen normas a las personas que vienen de fuera y al final lo pagamos las personas que vamos a relajarnos con nuestra familia o pareja, ya que al final, ni nos relajamos ni disfrutamos. En resumen, no vuelvo a ir, decepción y dinero tirado a la basura, te toman por tonto y te inflan el precio de los servicios que ofrecen, en mi caso.

En resumen, no vuelvo a ir, decepción y dinero tirado a la basura, te toman por tonto y te inflan el precio de los servicios que ofrecen, en mi caso.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. A nuestra llegada nos anunciaron que éramos los clientes VIP del día y tendríamos unas amenities en la habitación. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había una bolsa de patatas fritas y una de almendras del minibar encima de una repisa, acompañadas de una carta de la Dirección del hotel. Esas eran las amenities por ser VIP. Habría sido mejor no hacer nada, la verdad. Al comunicarlo al responsable como feedback constructivo, tomaron nota, pero tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. La calidad del buffet ha bajado mucho. El tomate triturado era de lata a granel, la leche sin lactosa tenías que calentártela tú mismo en el microondas porque los camareros no servían nada en la mesa, y los productos sin gluten estaban todos metidos en una cesta a modo de revoltijo, abiertos y con papel de film como si fueran de uso particular. Una vergüenza para ser un Barceló de 4 estrellas. Al comentarlo al encargado del comedor, su respuesta fue: así es como se hace aquí. Y se quedó tan tranquilo. Cada vez que alguien de las habitaciones colindantes salía de su habitación, nuestras camas vibraban como si hubiera un terremoto. También lo comunicamos para que Mantenimiento revisara las puertas, pero nada se hizo al respecto. Las instalaciones están bien, y siempre fue un hotel agradable, pero claramente la dirección y gestión ha cambiado, y no está a la altura.
Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. A nuestra llegada nos anunciaron que éramos los clientes VIP del día y tendríamos unas amenities en la habitación. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había una bolsa de patatas fritas y una de almendras del minibar encima de una repisa, acompañadas de una carta de la Dirección del hotel. Esas eran las amenities por ser VIP. Habría sido mejor no hacer nada, la verdad. Al comunicarlo al responsable como feedback constructivo, tomaron nota, pero tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. La calidad del buffet ha bajado mucho. El tomate triturado era de lata a granel, la leche sin lactosa tenías que calentártela tú mismo en el microondas porque los camareros no servían nada en la mesa, y los productos sin gluten estaban todos metidos en una cesta a modo de revoltijo, abiertos y con papel de film como si fueran de uso particular. Una vergüenza para ser un Barceló de 4 estrellas. Al comentarlo al encargado del comedor, su respuesta fue: así es como se hace aquí. Y se quedó tan tranquilo. Cada vez que alguien de las habitaciones colindantes salía de su habitación, nuestras camas vibraban como si hubiera un terremoto. También lo comunicamos para que Mantenimiento revisara las puertas, pero nada se hizo al respecto. Las instalaciones están bien, y siempre fue un hotel agradable, pero claramente la dirección y gestión ha cambiado, y no está a la altura.

Camas muy cómodas, personal agradable, competente y resolutivo. Habitación espaciosa con terraza, tranquilidad (mitad de Octubre 2023). Las instalaciones geniales, puedes disfrutar de piscina, gimnasio, circuito termal (20€ x 90min). Servicios de restauración geniales.

If the very helpful Concha had not been at this hotel then the stay would have had a minus figure for a review. Concha’s hard work and conscientiousness was limited by the people around her. The reception desk was mostly helpful but some not: 1. On enquiry about the semi-inclusive option Nadia told me it was available only to group bookings. A later enquiry directed at another clerk explained the daily rate and minimum requirement of a 7 night subscription. 2. We had repeated issues with vegetarian meals - Nadia was short and unhelpful. Daily restaurant issues - unsuitable for vegetarian All standard options were for non-veg. I had to make a request every morning. 1. Some days I had just a salad. 2. Given a plate of uncooked bland tofu. 3. plant-based burger and other plant-based items with a few veg. 4. wraps with roasted vegetables and bland tofu but no seasoning whatsoever. 5. One day reception told me that it was not possible to cater for a vegetarian. 6. One good meal - lasagne It was very much a a luck of the draw on who was at reception and who was in the kitchen. Hotel Room -AC did not work (fixed on day 2) but very ineffective. The room was warm; no option to adjust the AC controls. Suitability for families? Kids club is seasonal. nothing for young children to do. If you have a car you could find activities; without a car you could easily spend Euro100 per day on taxi alone. Restaurant opens at 7.30pm - too late for young children.

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. A nuestra llegada nos anunciaron que éramos los clientes VIP del día y tendríamos unas amenities en la habitación. I understand that it was February, but the hotel was really not welcoming. The weather was nice, but there was not really any table and chairs outside apart a few in front the main area. The swimming pool was closed, what it's normal for February, but with a fence around it. It really looks terrible! At some point, it was sunny and I wanted to work outside, there was not table and chair near our bedroom where the wifi signal was good, so we had to choice that going where we can find some table and chairs outside the bar and the reception area, where the wifi signal was very inconsistant. I can see on my laptop that there was another wifi signal for the events, that one appeared to be strong and good. I asked to the reception if there was a way for them to give me the code as the general wifi was not keeping cutting and I can't sit near our bedroom where there was not table and chair outside, the person at the reception replied frankly: NO, it's not possible. I was not happy and he told me he was going to ask his manager. I came back 10 mins later, nothing, it was clear that he didn't ask... I expressed very clearly how I was disappointed not necessary about the weak wifi signal, but more about the fact that the staff at the reception was clearly ignoring us, they even didn't pretend. I was told that someone from management will get back to us, we left the following day and nobody came back to us. Extremely disappointed. Also, if you've got children, it's not a family hotel!

Es la tercera vez que me alojo en este hotel, y en esta ocasión la experiencia no ha sido tan positiva como en las dos ocasiones anteriores. A nuestra llegada nos anunciaron que éramos los clientes VIP del día y tendríamos unas amenities en la habitación. Cuando llegamos a la habitación, había una bolsa de patatas fritas y una de almendras del minibar encima de una repisa, acompañadas de una carta de la Dirección del hotel. Esas eran las amenities por ser VIP. Habría sido mejor no hacer nada, la verdad. Al comunicarlo al responsable como feedback constructivo, tomaron nota, pero tampoco hicieron nada al respecto. La calidad del buffet ha bajado mucho. El tomate triturado era de lata a granel, la leche sin lactosa tenías que calentártela tú mismo en el microondas porque los camareros no servían nada en la mesa, y los productos sin gluten estaban todos metidos en una cesta a modo de revoltijo, abiertos y con papel de film como si fueran de uso particular. Una vergüenza para ser un Barceló de 4 estrellas. Al comentarlo al encargado del comedor, su respuesta fue: así es como se hace aquí. Y se quedó tan tranquilo. Cada vez que alguien de las habitaciones colindantes salía de su habitación, nuestras camas vibraban como si hubiera un terremoto. También lo comunicamos para que Mantenimiento revisara las puertas, pero nada se hizo al respecto. Las instalaciones están bien, y siempre fue un hotel agradable, pero claramente la dirección y gestión ha cambiado, y no está a la altura.

El personal tan educado y excepcional. Siempre con una sonrisa y una palabra agradable. Los desayunos son fabulosos, el cocinero que hace las tortillas es una maravilla! El personal de animación súper animado y genial!

El hotel está bien pero el buffet que nosotros teníamos comida y cena nos resultó muy repetitivo para estar 7 días. Además íbamos con niños y la animación es muy escasa en la piscina.Yo no volvería con niños. El personal es muy agradable

If the very helpful Concha had not been at this hotel then the stay would have had a minus figure for a review. Concha’s hard work and conscientiousness was limited by the people around her. The reception desk was mostly helpful but some not: 1. On enquiry about the semi-inclusive option Nadia told me it was available only to group bookings. A later enquiry directed at another clerk explained the daily rate and minimum requirement of a 7 night subscription. 2. We had repeated issues with vegetarian meals - Nadia was short and unhelpful. Daily restaurant issues - unsuitable for vegetarian All standard options were for non-veg. I had to make a request every morning. 1. Some days I had just a salad. 2. Given a plate of uncooked bland tofu. 3. plant-based burger and other plant-based items with a few veg. 4. wraps with roasted vegetables and bland tofu but no seasoning whatsoever. 5. One day reception told me that it was not possible to cater for a vegetarian. 6. One good meal - lasagne It was very much a a luck of the draw on who was at reception and who was in the kitchen. Hotel Room -AC did not work (fixed on day 2) but very ineffective. The room was warm; no option to adjust the AC controls. Suitability for families? Kids club is seasonal. nothing for young children to do. If you have a car you could find activities; without a car you could easily spend Euro100 per day on taxi alone. Restaurant opens at 7.30pm - too late for young children.

We stayed one night half board and we really enjoyed it. Asian buffet for dinner was excellent. Bed was comfy and it was quiet. Just what we wanted. Will be back for sure.

I understand that it was February, but the hotel was really not welcoming. The weather was nice, but there was not really any table and chairs outside apart a few in front the main area. The swimming pool was closed, what it's normal for February, but with a fence around it. It really looks terrible! At some point, it was sunny and I wanted to work outside, there was not table and chair near our bedroom where the wifi signal was good, so we had to choice that going where we can find some table and chairs outside the bar and the reception area, where the wifi signal was very inconsistant. I can see on my laptop that there was another wifi signal for the events, that one appeared to be strong and good. I asked to the reception if there was a way for them to give me the code as the general wifi was not keeping cutting and I can't sit near our bedroom where there was not table and chair outside, the person at the reception replied frankly: NO, it's not possible. I was not happy and he told me he was going to ask his manager. I came back 10 mins later, nothing, it was clear that he didn't ask... I expressed very clearly how I was disappointed not necessary about the weak wifi signal, but more about the fact that the staff at the reception was clearly ignoring us, they even didn't pretend. I was told that someone from management will get back to us, we left the following day and nobody came back to us. Extremely disappointed. Also, if you've got children, it's not a family hotel!
