Only have 2 complaints that the bed was very hard and really uncomfortable and the pool was not heated way to cold but other than that the staff was amazing and the breakfast was phenomenal!!

The room itself was fine, though there was zero water pressure in the shower. Bed was comfy. The pool area was absolutely filthy. There was a sopping wet tampon on the floor, a hot cup from the coffee bar was annihilated and used for what looked like spit balls all by the door to get it in. The room was freezing, the water was freezing. Looks like people had been messing with the safety device. Just all around not enjoyable to be in there. The gentleman at the front desk was a gem, and I hope he’s told regularly that he’s wonderful. Breakfast was rough, options were minimal, lots of stuff was out, even at 8:30. The attendant, however, did his absolute best with what he had available. He was great! There’s a sign in the bathroom that states “if you forget comb, toothbrush,…etc. to call the front desk for a complimentary one.” I did, in fact, forget my hairbrush and called for a comb, and was met with confusion. Was told there’s toothbrushes! Haha Overall though, would stay again, but sincerely hope the pool situation is remedied. The tampon really threw me.

Staff was very friendly, helpful, rooms are clean, very comfortable, updated, continental breakfast, free parking, easy to get around, close enough to drive to Boston, Cape Cod, Maine, N.H, R. I. Perfect if you don’t want to stay in Boston, and affordable for families. Pool was nice, clean area and fitness center, laundry available too. It was full and busy there but all of our needs were met immediately for room service etc. we were very happy and will stay again! Traveled with family.

We were there to have a night away and use the pool. The pool was great Sunday night. When we went to swim the next morning, it was out of order. I asked why and they said it would be a few hours because chemicals were just out in. We had to check out before it would be open. Shouldn't chemicals be added when the pool is not in use overnight? Kind of soured our stay.

As far as staff and the hotel in general, great! The only problem is that the pool was closed for chlorine maintenance on a holiday long weekend. Should not happen! That was the only disappointment. If i still had young children, would have been dissatisfied because of pool.

Fantastic. Really nice property, inside and out. Very clean, friendly helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast room and set up, with hot buffet breakfast, great start to your day. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and relaxing.

Clean room and clean bathroom. No musty or other odors. The bathroom was well-appointed. Climate control was relatively quiet. I didn't need earplugs to sleep like in other hotel rooms. The only downside was a couple of maintenance glitches: the shower drain took a long time to drain the water (needed Drano) and the height adjustment on the desk chair was broken.

Decent hotel for the price. Floors in the room looked visibly clean but were so dirty they left the bottom of our feet black, so the cleaners probably need to change the water more often when they mop. Washer and dryer was old and left my clothes smelly, but other than that the experience was alright. Staff was friendly enough.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff, rooms and public areas are great. My four star rating is simply because the property is located very near a busy highway and I started hearing semi trucks go by around 3:45AM. This detracted from my overall stay, and the property design could be modified to try to mediate this.

The thermostat situation was very difficult. The room would not go below 70 degrees all night and I was sweating while trying to sleep. In the morning the breakfast at 8:30am was completely swept through. No yogurts, no fruit. I didn’t have a lot of time so those quick pick up items were what I was relying on for a quick breakfast. Everything was empty and not restocked.

For a Hampton Inn & Suites, I was disappointed with the accommodations. The staff- was exceptional!!! They were very polite and attentive. This by no means is a reflection them - they gave a great experience! The hotel room just seems outdated. Outdated furniture. Outdated TV. Refrigerator froze my food after just one night. Nothing to write with - no pens, no paper. The typical ammenities were not there. Plus I kept getting woken up for running water in the bathroom!! Sounded like it was gushing from the sink. Just not worth the money at all that I paid.

Great hotel includes breakfast. Disappointed about having your room straightened up, clean towels, bed made, etc. I was there 5 nights and my room wasn't touched up once. A sign in the bathroom said that they come in every other day but they missed my room.

Front Desk staff went above and beyond. Both ladies we encountered T checkin and late evening were so wonderful to my daughter and I! The garbage on 2nd floor near elevator was over full the 1.5 days we were there that would be the only negative thing I noticed.

When checking in I came at check in time and was told that the room wasn’t ready. I left and came back after 3 hours to go eat and was told again that the room wasn’t ready. This was bad ethics and professionalism because it is impossible that a room would take so long to prepare. Even so I came at the suggested check in time. Then when I arrived to the room I was given a handicapped room. No one I was with was handicapped.

The room was good for our purposes. However, when we arrived there was confusion about our check in status and we were given keys to an already occupied room which was very awkward. We we were reassigned without major problem. However, I can’t tell you how many times we couldn’t get into our room bec of the key system. It was ridiculous how often we went back to the front desk so they could reset them. Very unclear information about that and nothing we tried worked consistently. Trying over and over in a hot hallway wasn’t fun. Woman at the front desk was more interested in my outfits. Very frustrating.

Definitely not up to Hilton standards. Hard to find not on main road. Once on the property there was trash in the parking lot. Front desk was extremely short and rude demeanor. Not friendly and welcoming at all. Room was set up the same as others but was smaller and darker. Stains on the carpet and bathroom wall. Definitely needs a remodel. We only stayed one of the two nights booked.

We have been going to Concord to visit our daughter in school for four years, but had always stayed on the Airport side of Concord. Due to the holiday weekend, we wound up at the Hampton in Westford-Chelmsford and now wish we had known about it earlier. To us a hotel is a hotel, but this has a better location if you are looking for some good dining options, (essential/normal) stores and fast food. The room and property were standard Hampton Inn, and breakfast is included (albeit a tad understaffed on busy weekends - had to wait for food often). If we were going back again, we would definitely choose Hampton Inn for the location (and price and included breakfast)... sadly, this was graduation weekend. So... we found this property too late to enjoy again in the future.

I want to now applaud Charles who rectified the noise situation and I was able to enjoy the rest of the stay. The other issue was no 2% milk available for entire breakfast time from 7am to 10am, on Sunday or Monday. Ensuring backup is important.
