Days Inn by Wyndham Middletown

The workers were very kind! The pool seemed clean! However, the rooms weren't up to Parr at all. Dirty stained pillow cases, dirt on the bathroom door and the room door. Not impressed at all with the room. But clean pool and friendly staff was a plus! This hotel doesnt look like the pictures

Very dirty. Bed sheets had stains all over them. Room smelled dirty and musty. No pool as advertised. It was there but no water in it to swim. Very disappointed.

Walls are so thin we heard the person in next room snoring, 1/2am people yelling in hallway, 5 am people running carts down hallway, inside door chain lock was broken, doors ( like inside bathroom) was disgusting as were hallways! Said hot breakfast & pool but pool is outside & closed, breakfast was tiny muffins & coffee juice

Linens needed fabric softeners. No coffee/tea in room. Continental breakfast (a small muffin) only. Common areas need facelift/remodeling. Beds needed to be placed on a wooden, not metal base. Bathroom had tall toilet 👍 and was freshly remodeled and all towel racks and had rails were good and solid. Microwave was older but mini-fridge was new and clean. The exterior landscaping could use a gardener’s touch and for the smokers a covered cabana or something similar in a common area with respect to local ordinances. Restaurants and shopping was close by and a few favorites were within walking distance. Medical facilities are close by and the major throughfair is nearby and directions are posted clearly. It was a fair priced facility.

It was a short and last minute trip but overall it was good nice clean rooms the a/c was working parking was free and it was business to eat around that was a plus!!

Traveling with my wife and 2 small grandkids. They said they had no rooms with 2 queen beds, only single kings or 2 doubles. beds were small by normal standards. We planed on letting the kids swim for a few hours before bed, but the pool had signs that said "danger - pool closed". Desk chair was broken with the arm hanging off. Room was hot and the air-conditioner could barely keep up, took well into the night to get the room cooled down. The kids were hungry so we went down to the vending machines to get some popcorn, the snack machine and the drink vending machine were both out of order. The help at the desk told us we could walk to the gas station if we wanted snacks.

My room had an awful smoke/ marijuana smell to it. Half the lights were broken and didn’t work. The walls and curtains were stained up and there were cuts in the couch.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, comfortable. We were close to different restaurants. I'm sure if in the area, we would stay again.

Side door does not lock! No secondary lock on room door Dirty room and halls Stinky room and hall Felt so unsafe I left! Was only there 5 minutes and they refused to refund my payment! Stay away!

Very dirty with a bad odor. We would have left but there was no other hotels in the area available and we were exhausted. There was dark long hair strands on the floor and towels. The air conditioner never shut off, the floor was tacky in the room, the tub was disgusting. We used a towel to go over the entire floor to clean it. The door handle was broken and was difficult to get in the room. Would not recommend staying here!!!

The first room was scary dirty. Then the second room the lights wouldn’t turn on so over to the next room. It was clean but won’t be back.

I've stayed here before with no problem, but this time it smelled like cigarette smoke. The manager did come in and spray, but it only helped for 15 minutes. And every time we left, we'd come back to the strong cigarette smell again. It was like someone blew it under our door. Super nice management, and I'm disappointed I won't choose to stay again.

Hallways smelled like dirty kitty litter. "Breakfast" is a complete falsehood, nothing on one morning, a couple of muffins the next. This is a completely disgusting hotel.

Would be nice to have more than a muffin for breakfast. Thin walls so you could hear people next door.

Ad shows free breakfast - was SMALL, not-so-good chocolate muffins and juice machine. Booked Queen beds - got doubles. Property is really beat up. Doors to the outside wouldn't latch without big effort to close - questionable security. One door had duct tape where a doorknob had been. Bathroom door stuck so bad we thought we were locked out. Staff was really nice, but we'll go elsewhere next time.

Water backed up into the bathtub when trying to take a shower at midnight. Front desk tried to use a toilet plunger but did not work. Said they would give us another room but when we went to it was being used as a storage room. They then took us to another room and when we checked the shower in this room the shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. Then got into a shouting match with front desk. They would not refund our money so we just left the hotel. The manager the next day did NOTHING better to take care of the problem. Will never stay at another Days Inn again.

Everything was great! The staff was very friendly. I forgot my watch and they called me quickly to return it

Needs up dated but it was ok one of the guys that checked us in was nice he talked to us ask about things to do around here was thanks for the stay

I checked into the hotel at 3p . They ran the room charge on my debit card and was advised by Expedia that they were not reimburseing my bank that it was up to the hotel. When I came back from the advent I went to the man callled my room asking for my card again so I paid another 102.19 in cash, as of yet I haven’t been reimbursed the hotel said manager was on vacation and to call them back x week. So between days inn and Expedia I paid 306.for a few hours of sleep. I hope this gets resolved, quickly

People were making about of noisy all night. Couldn't get any sleep. Called front desk twice and the guy was rude and hung up

The bathroom had light bulb out, paint slopped on the mirror frame, shampoo only no creme rinse or liquid soap. The beds had some kind of metal frame in place of a box spring... not very comfortable. TV remote would not turn on or off the TV, had to turn on at the TV and then could use the remote to switch channels.

It was supposed to be a smoke free room but there was a very musty odor. We opened the fridge and closed it right away. It smelled like weed was stored in it or smoke had embedded in the plastic. That smell remained in our room. Also, one of the side doors did not close so anyone could walk in. Did not feel very safe. Definitely not going back!

I liked that it was located right off the highway and the young man that checked my husband and myself in was TRULY SO NICE, KIND AND PATIENT WITH my husband who can talk for hour's to anyone if I would allow him to...... As far as the actual hotel itself was nothing as advertised and that's EXTREMELY UPSETTING AS YOU THINK THAT YOU ARE WALKING INTO A LUXURY ROOM AND I HONESTLY CAN ONLY DESCRIBE THE ROOM AS A FEW STEPS UP FROM SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN LIVING IN THE ROOM FOR YRS THAT SMOKED AND THE WALLS WERE YELLOW AND NASTY. MY WHITE SOCKS WERE BLACK ON THE BOTTOMS FROM WALKING IN THEM. THE CHAIR THAT SAT IN THE CORNER WAS RIPPED UNDERNEATH THE BOTTOM!! THE BED WAS A KING SIZE IT WASN'T THE BEST BY 100 MILES BUT IT WASNT THE WORST! THE WORST IS AHEAD... 3 SMALL PILLOWS ON KING SIZE BED IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE IN EVERY WAY..THE BATHROOM WAS HORRIFIC WE WERE SCARED TO TAKE A SHOWER ALTOGETHER AFTER SEEING BLOOD ON THE RAILS ON SIDE OF THE TOILET AND ONE OF THE TOWELS HANGING UP HAD BLOOD DROPS ON IT IN SEVERAL PLACES,1 OF THE WASH CLOTHES HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE FRESH MASCARA, I DIDN'T WANT TO USE THAT RESTROOM! A PUBLIC REST ROOM WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER AND SAFER. I DROVE TO THE STORE AND BOUGHT CLOROX WIPES AND SPRAY CLEANER,GLOVES AND CLEANED THE SINK COUNTER AND THE TOILET AND THE 2 RAILS TO REMOVE THE BLOOD SO I COULD HAVE A BATHROOM. I WOULD SAY BY THE PICS ARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THE DOOR HANDLE WAS BROKEN HAD TO HOLD IT UP TO GET IN! WE COULDN'T GET A REFUND!RUN FROM HOTEL!!!

I booked this hotel for my daughter and my 10 year old grandson not knowing the area. When she arrived she said that the hotel was located in a very bad and unsafe area. The clerk had plexiglass to shield himself from any harm

Hotel is really outdated in all sense. They offer breakfast to be included but that's not true, they only have is an old coffee machine.

If we could have cancelled our reservation, we would have as soon as we saw the place. We walked in and even though it said No Smoking, the entire place smelled like smoke. We slept with the lights on for fear of bed bugs. They advertised free breakfast included. All they had was coffee, no food. Needless to say we won't be goung back there.
