Staybridge Suites Indianapolis South - Greenwood by IHG

Very noisy resulting in poor sleep.

My weekend stay at the Best Western wasn't pleasant. The greeting/check-in staff was prompt, kind and helpful. The hotel had debris(food messes, trash overfilling cans outside and in the hotel) throughout the building in the hallways. The room had food crumbs, dirt and hair on the floors in the bathroom. The carpet looked unvacuumed throughout the entire property, We had two towels in the room for the entire weekend for 2 adult guests, the staff did provide more. The property was overrun by teenage boys running, and playing hide n seek, yelling, throwing candy nerd gummy balls. Meanwhile the cleaning staff was on the floor, in the hallways while this was happening saying nothing. The front desk clerk was no help when I asked her how long the disruption would be tolerated so I could set my bedtime expectations accurately but It did stop by bedtime. I didn't eat the breakfast, quite frankly because I was worried I would get sick if the staff didn't wash their hands. Bed and pillows were clean but uncomfortable. I will not be staying again.

Rummen är generöst tilltagna och personalen är supertrevlig. Min enda synpunkt är att kylskåpet på rummet gick ofta och var väldigt ljudligt. Andra på hotellet gjorde samma iakttagelse så det är förmodligen den kylskåpstypen som är bullrig. Det hjälpte inte att stänga av ismaskinen. ”Social hour”-kvällarna är ett trevligt och generöst inslag. Det blir samma hotell vid nästa vistelse i Greenwood.

Very modern, clean and well appointed hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. A well-maintained high-level property for this hotel class.

Room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need.
