The desk staff were wonderful. I loved having the tv’s in the restaurant. The woman who runs the restaurant is really friendly and efficient . On the downside, the gym floor was dirty, especially under the hand weights. Although it has a place to do floor exercises, it doesn’t have foam mats. Marriott should provide regular complimentary coffee in the lobby. Many hotels do, and Marriott striving to be better should offer this. The bathroom sink area is too small. We were 2 people with our various pills and toiletries, none of which fit in this tiny area. There were no shelves underneath the sink to place anything, very, very bad design.

The room was decent, very clean with plenty linens but mattress was very hard. The elevator on the right side was broken. The courtyard is very nice. The hotel is in a great location for quick access to anything you could need or want.

Second year in a row we have stayed here because we had a work event in Boulder. Bed is super comfortable, shower is great, and the evening bartender in the hotel lounge was super nice (although be prepared for super pricey drinks). Our only complaint is that you cannot open the windows on the 3rd floor rooms (we really liked our room last year that opened into the courtyard!).

The employees at the front desk were great as soon as we walked in. The service throughout the hotel was also fantastic. The only issue we had was that the bathroom in our room smelled like cigarettes. It was clear that the smell was coming from another room and thankfully it was isolated to the bathroom. When I told the front desk they were very understanding and said they would check out the room above us and then offered to move us to another room. Overall, bc the staff was great and the facilities were updated and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was not very fresh or Clean. The extra bedding in the closet was in a ripped plastic comforter holder, the blanket had hair in it. The toilet shook every time I got up from it and the toilet paper holder was rusty. The hallway carpeting had stains, and did not appear vacuumed and did not smell fresh. Housekeeping did not replenish the toilet paper. The bistro/ cafe had limited hours. The cardio room had 2 treadmills starting at the wall, no disinfecting wipes and limited wifi. Overall it was a cost effective stay. The nicest ‘luxurious’ portion of the stay was the shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The rooms and common areas were great. We opted to pay a little extra for more square footage in a King unit but didn't really need it - it was VERY spacious. I loved the furniture choices and felt right at home. We had mountain views and enjoyed the rare alignment of the bed facing out the window toward the view. Dinner was not available and we had prior breakfast plans but a breakfast for two for the rate quoted was a great deal. We have a son at CU Boulder and will definitely stay here again! Loved the charging capability in the night stands, couch and desk.

Their rooms were incredibly tiny. The smallest hotel that I have stayed in. It didn’t have a window to the outside by the parking lot. It didn’t have much parking by the back door so I had to walk around and use the front door. No free breakfast or even coffee. I bought a candy bar from the marketplace and it was $5.15. I would not stay here again.

I liked the free beverage at Starbucks. All staff were very friendly. I didn’t like that we left our room to take most of our things to the car, but left a couple things in the room and when I went back to the room to retrieve the rest of our belongings, the maid had already threw away and bagged my stuff! We hadn’t checked out yet!

We he had a long day of travel and arrived at our hotel at 11:20 pm. We went to check in. And they didn't have our reservation in there system. They said it was the 2nd time tonight that this happened. Through search through the computer they could find my Expedia reservation but it didn't translate into there system. After 2 phone calls to upper level staff, they were able to put us in a room. The front desk lady, Sandy worked hard to get us taken care of, it probably took 20 mins to get us a room. My concern is using Expedia to book instead of dealing directly with the hotel. I've never had an issue booking direct. I'd prefer not to go through this again. Thank you
