All in all a good accomodation. Currenty under construction / refurbishment and the gym was closed. No restaurant. Nice staff. Really not good: I have been tjere for 6 nights and my room.has nit been cleaned in the entire period of stay. This is inacceptable.

Modern hotel in the Bugis area within walking distance from Bencoolen station which is a great area to easily get to other areas of interest in Singapore. Loved having extra garbage receptacles on each floor, and the gym had nice equipment! Our room had a weird layout and was not the best use of space - it was already small and felt super cramped with 2 large suitcases. Also would prefer to have separation btw the toilet and shower. Light switches were also in 3 different areas around the room, so it was quite annoying to turn them off when leaving the room.

I always stay here when I’m Singapore. Friendly and helpful team. It’s undergoing a refurbishment and the street entrance is open again with restaurant and bar. Lobby undergoing refurb currently and gym closed. No pool but perfect location as central to MRT, bus stops, walking distance to lots of eateries, little India, Chinatown, Raffles, etc

My hotel of choice in Singapore. Been undergoing renovations but all good. Majority of staff super helpful and friendly. Public transport is all nearby as well as various shopping attractions. It’s super central walking distance to a lot. Clarkes Quay, Orchard Road, Little India, Chinatown, Raffles. Taxi drop off is in a car park that takes you to 2nd floor where there is a communal kitchen with cooker, microwave,sink, dishwashers, crockery, cutlery as well as other utensils. There are 2 restaurants on site-Wild Honey(excellent) and Middle Child (bar with snacks) There is a gym and laundry facilities and a fridge on each floor to store your food/drinks with labels to write your name and room number on. No pool but so much already on offer. Would recommend and I have stayed there so many times!

Nice hotel, only problem is getting to the room is long winded. First there is a wheelchair lift to go up and then there is 3 extremely busy lifts… to go up and down the lift took me over 15 mins.

Always good. Have stayed here many times. Really central. Close to many bus lines, 3MRT stops and walking distance to a lot of places including Little India, Chinatown,Clarks Quay, Raffles, food courts. Singapore is really clean and safe. No swimming pool but there are lots to do here. A bar and a restaurant attached to hotel. Hotel is undergoing renovations but nothing to worry about. There is a fridge and a microwave on each floor for guests to use. The staff are super helpful. Can see Marina Bay Sands from some of the rooms.

Good: Friendly staff. Good location with a good food court right across the street. Sheets were clean. Bad: No luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage except the floor. Room dirty, mostly on the bed platform and along corners of room. Multiple things in the room were broken: refrigerator, USB plugs. Slow elevators (stairs were fine.) Hotel corridors not really climate controlled. No black coffee.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was spotless, which was great since my husband has rhinitis. However, the lack of a proper shower box means the bathroom (and even part of the room) gets wet after showering. The in-room water filter also seemed old and in need of maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend booking with breakfast included. It’s very basic, always the same, with no juice, fruit, or cheese, and the milk coffee was cold. That said, the house-made eggs, tomato sauce, and jam were excellent. Overall, we’d stay again for the value and location, but without breakfast.

Good location - variety of eateries and shopping options a short walk away (Albert Food Centre and Bugis+/Junction). Everything in the hotel was compact - reception, lounge, gym, laundry. The rooms were slightly bigger than I was expecting, we booked a nano king room and had enough space for two suitcases to be opened up (when packing). The bed was pushed up against a wall to maximize space so can be tricky for some. Bed was comfy and bedding was clean. The shower area left little too be desired, it is a toilet/shower combo and yes the entire room gets very wet. The basin is outside of the wet room and very small. The room would be more functional if they had better storage solutions, some of the empty walls could do with racks/shelving. They offer housekeeping every 3 days however they came to clean on day 2 but we had dnd on and then they didn't come the next day (not sure how that works). The lifts were a pain, they were slow and very busy, even though there were 3 in use. Would maybe stay again if price was right.

The room was very small. The mattress touched both the head and foot walls. My toes would not go between the mattress and the wall. You could only get in from one side which when booked for two people is inconvenient. A very bad experience.

The room was clean but very small, not enough hangers for clothes or luggages. The bed was too small for someone with height 1’80, no curtain in the bathroom so everwhere gets wet after taking shower. The music broadcast in the corridor start early in the morning and can be heard all inside the room so you cannot sleep.

Hotel was ok, in a really nice area and I thought the gym was great. Really close to station and cafes and the taxi pick up and drop off was efficient. Only downside was there was a lot of construction work, no fridge, WiFi was unrealisable and 3 times I had staff enter the room while I was in the room. Thankfully after the first time I had put the latch on the door because the second time I was in the shower and told them I’m in the shower and they called again minutes later. The receptionist did call to apologise after the first incident and offered a late checkout which was nice.

The hotel was nice with a good location. The staff however was not at all service minded where a misunderstanding between the hotel and Expedia that was realized during my check was simply put on me, requiring additional payment or cancellation of room. Very unprofessional especially as the proböem was not on my side.

I got double charged despite paying when I had checked in. Trying to contact them by calling and messaging them through expedia was extremely frustrating and the line to guest services keeps getting terminated. They just take your money and cheat you by not helping at all.

Super friendly front desk staff. Made several requests which were accommodated promptly and with a smile. Rooms are very small but well designed and fine for two for a few nights. Great bedding and nice toiletries. Highly recommend if interested in a quiet, walkable area of the city.

BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD experience, The staff is VERY VERY RUDE and EXTREMEMLY INSENSITIVE. They didn't co-operate at all despite of our continues request for the situation we faced. Hotels are always welcoming and they make you feel safe in there property. But these people keep showing their hotel policies and keep scaring you and doesn't even understand that you have come with your family from altogether a different place for a holiday. I would highly disapproved this hotel for guests around the world. I am highly disappointed with expedia also for there response when we tried contacting the team regarding the issue we were facing from the hotel end. There is lot to write but i am ending here....BAD HOTEL WITH BAD PEOPLE

We had a great stay at Lyf Bugis and it gave us all we needed for 2 nights in Singapore. The room is on the snug side but there was still enough space for a comfortable stay. The staff at check in were very pleasant and helpful and should we have the chance to return to Singapore in the future, we would stay here again no questions asked.

Great for solo travelers or for two people. The place was conveniently situated near bus and mrt stations. Close to multiple convenient stores. Room had sufficient space. Good location, closed to mrt, plenty of food places, bugis market, and tourist attractions. Elevators not very efficient, the only go up to your floor and cannot go down to other floors unless you have a key. This is not very convenient if you are traveling with friends who stay i. Differet floors.

The breakfast was not good. Limited options and every day the same. There was only 4 items daily. Also the rooms are inconvenience. You can here the noise of the other rooms. There was no tea or coffee in the room. When the cleaning staff cleans other rooms you can here the noise in your room, which can't let you sleep. No tea or coffee in room

I absolutely love this property. It’s one of the best locations in Singapore with access to transportation, The Bugis Street Market, tons of restaurants and cafes, shopping malls and a light walk to Raffles, Marina Bay Sands. The staff is absolutely incredible and friendly, Landry service in house is a great amenity, their restaurant is great. I would stay here over and over. The room was quite nice and a spacious bathroom was a bonus. I loveeeeee this property.

Great hotel. Central with 3 MRT stations nearby and in the heart of shopping districts. Walkable to most attractions-Raffles, Clarkes Quay, Little India, Orchard Road…. Most of the staff are super helpful and friendly. The restaurant is great with amazing staff and there is a wine bar serving food too. There is a communal area with cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery if you prefer to prepare your own or heat a takeaway. Each floor has its own fridge with labels if you wish to store your drinks/food in. There is a gym as well as launderette. The hotel has been undergoing a huge refurbishedment/name change for the last couple of years and is looking great. I have stayed here 6 times in the last 2 years and always return.

The hotel was in a GREAT location close to EVERYTHING. The breakfast was delicious. We looked forward to it EVERY morning. The staff was exceptionally accommodating especially Hillman and Irene. They helped make our stay in Singapore memorable.

Front Desk , Adina and Ismael were amazing , Nash helped too Very Hi tech hotel with too many apps but staff was helpful to us . Rooms are little small. Restaurant bit pricey. But lots of other choices up Middle Rd and Bencoolen Rd with good meals and lower prices. Taxi to Super Tree Grove and Cloud Forest is cheap and so worthwhile Hop On /Off also good
