Very rundown, random people outside of the hotel not sure if they were homeless or people actually staying there, abandoned cars on the property, the 1st floor smelt like dogs and weed very dirty floors. Heard a lot of noise about 3:30am. Our room wasn’t horrible the black out curtains were very dirty and ripped, no way to plug the bathtub (had a small child) the floors were sticky. The pool/hot tub were very dirty very hot in that area no pool towels and it was just after check in so should have been stocked. Overall the beds were comfortable.

Booked as it has a pool and hot tub. There was a broken window in the ceiling above the pool and the hot tub had a film on the water and cloudy. I think they were short staffed as there was never anyone at the front desk. Location was good, just outside the city and walking distance to restaurants. We went to bout time pub for dinner. Great food and service!

While the hotel looked nice and was pretty clean, we were disappointed that the pool was closed most of our five night stay because of a county shut down. It opened up halfway through for two days and then was shut down again. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The door we used to access our car slammed behind us and was not a pleasant way to come or go to the hotel. The staff were friendly and I assume these issues are outside of their control. With a few minor improvements, our stay could have been very good. Instead it was mediocre.

When we arrived for check in at 3PM, our rooms were bit ready as promised. We were staying here for a staycation to use the pool. Pool was closed and they did not say anything when checking in. We were not told until we called the lobby for the pool hours.

The hotel was in a good area with places to eat. The lobby and rooms were nice and clean. They needed more tables for breakfast for families, the tables only held 2-4 people. The hot tub and pool weren’t working so that was a huge disappointment when traveling with kids.

The person checking us in was not friendly. She was rather abrupt and a bit rude. The pool was cool but a relief after the pool room was suffocatingly hot. The roof was open and that put things in the pool. Didn't feel clean.

The comforter was dirty with crusty blood on it. The sink and shower had old water stains and the carpet was as of it wasn't vacuumed. The pillows seemed old lumpy and old. Fridge stank really bad and the tv remote control looked like it was never cleaned. The shower knob fell off almost hitting me and the shower tile had a big crack in it and it looked like there was a leak in the wall because the wall close to the shower was all wrapped. Overall worst hotel I've been to

While staying at the property, bed bugs were found within my room during my stay and my partner received multiple bites. We now have to go through the trouble of making sure all our stuff is clear and cleaned so we don’t bring any back with us.

Room was not clean, lots of dirt and dust on floors and furniture and mildew in the shower. The shower didnt work- made loud noises, sputtery water- more leaky than even a basic stream- and never got hot. Toilet was running the whole time even though we tried checking the pump and everything. Lastly, bedding was not clean- had to ask for new sets.

Room was about 90% clean. There were used toiletry items, garbage and the maid tip left by prior people. The bathtub looked like it had mold around it, vent dirty, couch and chair stained and dirty. Dark low watt light bulbs.

We got there at 2am and the lady was nice altho a hassle for our dog, and reserved room apparently on the 3rd floor changed to downstairs just because i had a dog. Little did i know i shouldnt have been there at all. Probably after she also assumed i immediately put an electronic next to the key i had in my hand the whole time- on purpose. Neither keys worked the first time. The noise was unreal. I hardly slept. And the worse part? Im going home with bed bug bites?! The hot tub and pool is falling apart and absolutely rancid. Green and yellow with chunks at the bottom. Theres not enough parking for how many rooms there are. Breakfast was rough. But atleast they had it till 6 to 9am, i guess. Plumbing is gross and the tub wouldn't drain very fast at all, and the floors had peices of junk from other stays and the bedding couldve been much cleaner with its yellow stains. Wont be returning to this place.

Deposit when booking said $50, but at check in tried to collect $100. I had to prove the site said $50. Place is super outdated. Room had a smell. Saw clear history of water damage. Sealing in bathtubs is rotted. Carpet on the floors that probably had water damage too. Would definitely never stay here again. It was really that bad. Bed seemed clean but grossed out by everything else

Our room was dirty, used soap in the shower, didn't appear to be cleaned at all, floor was not swept, check-in took awhile as well. Also several of the outlets in the room didn't work, and the TV had to plugged into a different outlet to turn it on. Front clerk was nice, albeit slow. The pool was down the whole 3 days we stayed there for "broken glass". The area didn't seem bad though, so if looking at this hotel others in the area may be better.

I stayed here for two nights and while the motel is a bit rundown, the room itself was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the functioning air conditioning. There wasn’t a microwave in the room, which made it tricky since I’d brought food to save money, but there are good dining options nearby. I had to ask at the front desk for shampoo, but the clerk was friendly and got it for me right away. The location was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. Very loud. Felt like you could hear everything around you. Kids up and dose the hall running or being loud. The room we stayed in the light from the parking lot was shining in the window and unable to close the curtain more. There seem to be homeless people wondering or living in their car

The daytime staff was excellent! The food was good at breakfast. The evening time lady that was there one night, was super rude. Rolled her eyes a lot at customers, and wasn’t customer service friendly at all, she would be the only reason I don’t return. Everyone else went above and beyond to make our stay good. The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet.

It took 40 minutes to check in. There was one guy working and he was doing a great job. The manager stepped in after 35 minutes waiting in line. It said a $50 security deposit online but it was $150. Online it also said a 12 pm check out but it was at 11 am

Front staff, Leslie checked us in. When I advised we had service animal. She advised she needed paperwork or I would be charged for pet. I gave her the Service Dog ID. She then told me she had yo change my room to 1st fl. Everyone w/ pets must stay ground fl. Go to room, dirty, old, out dated, and not what I pd for. Go back to Leslie to advise I bk a king. She couldn't gove me a King bc I had dog Dogs go on 1st fl. I advised her I pd for a King amd those beds were old and stained. Dirty. Dhe called Mng. After 30 min of back & forth I got a different room, clean. Updated. I went to car to get my things. Key stopped working. Only towels were hand towels. TV did not work. I ask for blankets she said she didn't hv any. After multiple trips tp front desk & advise TV not working. Suddenly she had a blanket & towels. TERRIBLE WILL NOT RECOMMEND COMFORT INN

The front desk was absolutely rude. I tried to extend me stay and the lady would up front refused to help me. Not only that my room had not been cleaned prior to my stay. None of the staff was polite. Terrible show of class. If I wasn’t working I wouldn’t have had another night in the awful hotel.

Booked this because it was walking distance to the Maverick Center. Interior of the property was a bit run down. Beds were comfortable though. The pillows were horrible. They were small and pretty much non existent. Overall not a bad stay though.

Overall very disappointed; the front counter staff member was VERY unfriendly and acted the whole time like we were putting her out by helping us check in. The room smelt as thought there was a wet dog living in in, the toilet seat was broken, and the fan in the bathroom sounded like b52 plane taking off. There were panhandlers in the parking lot which asked us for money as soon as we got out of our vehicle. Had we not paid in advance and it not being refundable, we would have most definitely went somewhere else.

The overall stay was good. Breakfast was extremely nasty. Crusty round sausage patties, old eggs. They ran out of biscuits and gravy really fast. No oversite of the food and conditions. There was little left and what was, was gross. People were taking several plates full stacking them up and carrying them out. One man came to breakfast bear foot with crusty feet and toenails. Great sight for an eating area.
