The gate is cool.

Safe, rooms not the cleanest ans you can only go in and out of the front doors which is a little inconvenient but i guess they are just trying to stay safe

The check-in process at the hotel was smooth, and I appreciated that parking was secured behind a gated area. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The sheets on the bed were stained with yellow marks, and it was clear they had either not been properly cleaned or were permanently stained. Before checking out, we looked under the bed to make sure we hadn't left anything behind and were shocked to find someone else’s dirty underwear, a used shirt, and old food items like cheese, nuts, and crackers—all clearly left by a previous guest. While the overall stay was okay, the lack of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable and really took away from the experience.

Once we got checked in, I appreciated that they have a gated parking lot for security. But had to use street parking to go get checked in before we could get into the gated part. And wish all of the exterior doors were available, but only the main entrance was in use.

It was good for the price, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. However the rooms were a bit dirty, and it was noisy. The security gate for parking doesn’t always work… and it’s really inconvenient that the key cards don’t work well on the gate. I mean you can’t beat the price… but I probably won’t stay here again.

Being on a tight budget, I was pretty limited with my options. The room was pleasant and the staff was very helpful. I like the secured parking lot but was discouraged when I discovered that the gate to the parking lot was wedged open with rocks. The neighborhood is very sketchy so I didn't sleep very well thinking what was going to happen to my car.

When you want to check in and park at front you can’t, because it’s a guest parking too. Should be for check in and handy cap only

Our room was pretty comfortable, but the staff seemed very disorganized and not very helpful. The elevator was down for the entire 5 days. Always had people hanging out smoking right outside the lobby area. Breakfast bar was just coffee, oatmeal packets, and mini muffins.

Not a great area now. Secity gate in place for vehicles.

Staff are Wonderful ! Remodeling of rooms are in-progress. I would say that it was a a no-frills stay. I was there for work. My needs were met. Laundry room was Great! No Problems. I asked for a different iron, the original was not working correctly. It was provided promptly!!

This place is not what I expected . Very disappointed,I did not feel the room was clean floor was sticky and when we wiped it the towel was very dirty. Also the bathtub was not clean.

Our room was filthy. Dirt all over the floors, the bed wasnt made with clean sheets, there was crumbs and hairs and dried blood stains on the sheets. We went to the desk and tried a different room on the same floor and we found the same issues. She then tried a room on the top floor and its sheets were at least clean but there was hand prints all over the tv and windows, the tub would hardly drain during a shower and the pull out sofa didnt have bedding available and there was food crumbs and hair on it as well. There was visible damage to carpet and walls throughout the facility. The breakfast station for grab and go dodnt have any coffee and there was no bars or muffins available as it was supposed to so the front desk had to retrieve some. Management needs to address many, many issues and problems.

Non smoking room. Stunk of smoke. Could not sleep. Room and bathroom dirty and towels looked unwashed also. Very dissatisfied.

Waited 10 mins before staff came to front desk. Room wasn’t ready, front desk staff said she needed to throw on pillow cases. Room had dog hair all over the floor. very thin walls can hear people in surrounding rooms

Stayed for 3 days, key card to get to lobby didn’t work hardly at all, front desk lady was kinda rude while checking in. Room was dirty, shower pressure was horrible, went to use the microwave and it was dirty, there was dog treats on the side of one of the beds and empty box from hustler Hollywood from previous people!!

DO NOT STAY!!! The pictures of the rooms are NOT the rooms. This was the most disgusting place I have ever checked into. Upon check-in, the lobby is locked down, the elevator was disgusting and upon entering our room, which was on the third floor the carpet was so slick. The bathtubs were gray from the dirt and we immediately checked out.

Sheets were covered in hair. Towels had gritty brown stains. Trash had rubber gloves in it Desk had some white sticky substance all over it. Clerk told me that there was nothing she could do and that the cleaning lady went home. Then she gave me sheets to change my own bedding. Then she sarcastically gave me a bunch of fitted sheets only so I had to go back and get new pillowcases and flat sheets a second time. I checked out the next morning and found a better hotel.

We arrived there at night and were told to wait another hour because they have a system update every night from 12.30 to 1.30 am, so keep that in mind because you will not be warned about it in advance. Also the room smelled of dust from the air conditioner. Also the breakfast was very small (literally there was none). All the bedding was covered in hair and it was not pleasant.

Sketchy neighborhood, run down exterior, lots of smoking right by entrance. Room was filthy, Bathroom was nasty. Leftover food still in microwave. Visible dirt and dust on laminated flooring. Unimpressed is an understatement.

Ok, but some damaged furniture and appliances.

Water saving measures on the sink and shower caused problems. Ironing board was broken. Water was leaking through the ceiling

I heard people up and about and opening doors and closing doors all night long you can hear the neighboring room like they were in the room with you

My room was in disrepair and the hallways were dark and dingy. In hindsight I wish I had spent $20 more and stayed at the Best Western across the street.

Convenient and close to the venue we were attending. Nice clean room, with kitchen which we didn’t need. Bed was a little too soft. Otherwise a great stay overall!

There is no ice machine on premises. The room has no coffee machine. Our microwave didn't work. The sink stopper didn't work. We had a table with no chairs. The toilet paper was like sand paper. There was no hair dryer, and no hair dryer to borrow. No USB plug for recharging.

Clean and friendly staff at the desk. I had lost my key card and I was exhausted. The person at the deskntook one look at me and said not to worry and printed out a new one. This is what earns the 5 stars. The issues I had: The matress was pretty hard without any padding. Extra blankets in the room would have been nice because the one on the bed was pretty thin. I couldn't open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the toilet.

The hallway smelled like animals, but my room smelled ok. The shower leaked into the dining room. The beds were covered in a plastic cover, felt like I was in a toddlers bed. Bed was uncomfortable. A lot of homeless around and appears people live in this hotel and or around it.

My remote control was broken and as soon as i picked it up the batteries fell out. Outlests not close enough to the bed. Bathroom very very tiny.

It was a bit obvious that the rooms hadn’t seen any updates in a while; the button on the microwave would stick which prevented the door to it from closing until you were able to get it to pop out, it made some odd noises when being used, and the light near the bed didn’t work, and the one by the closet was missing the canopy part of the fixture. Other than the minor inconveniences of the microwave and light issues, the room was great. It was clean, spacious, there was both a table and a desk, a dresser and closet, a full sized fridge, and a deep tub for anyone that would like taking baths. The parking lot was enclosed and the gates for foot traffic required your key card to get into them. The staff was friendly and answered questions without looking disinterested or bored, I had two different individuals from the front desk reprogram my key card when it acted up, and one employee came over and warned me that there was something in the hallway after realizing what direction I was going in to make sure that I didn’t run into it or trip. I wasn’t a huge fan of having to enter and exit the building exclusively through the lobby, as all of the other doors were emergency exits only. It made it a bit of a pain when I needed to park near the back of the building, but I viewed it as getting my steps in for the day. Overall it was a pleasant experience for my little staycation get away for time to myself.

The entire staff was amazing. Always cleaning when business was slow. All very professional, respectful and curtious. Want to give a huge shout out to Tiffany at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the 2 weeks we stayed there.With me being slightly disabled this meant the world to me. Will definitely stay in the future ❤️

The hotel room is fine for the price. However you have to deal with a massive amount of inconveniences. When you arrive, there is nowhere to park, so you have to park illegally. The parking lot is behind a gate. You cannot check-in because the lobby is locked. You have to bang on the door and then have to hope that the staff will let you in. In my situation, EMILY, stared at me, then turned around and walked away. The entire week I stayed here, EMILY was rude and unprofessional. I never saw her crack a smile or acknowledge any hotel customers. You could literally walk right past her to the coffee station and she wouldn't even look up. Obnoxiously unprofessional. To top it off, when I made an additional reservation that was PREPAID. However , because I didn't check in before midnight, they canceled my reservation, charged me a fee and wouldn't let me into my room until 3:00 p.m. COMPLETY INSANE. It's staff like EMILY, that garner 1 star reviews for places like extended stay America.

The entire staff was amazing, and overall, My trip was incredible. A guy named Casey was especially helpful, but honestly EVERY staff member was a grade A worker. The guests were also very hospitable.

Awful experience. After 45 minutes of being unable to get checked in due to a computer issue, we canceled and went somewhere else. Because it was 1am and I had a small child with me. We were exhausted. I also felt very unsafe in that hotel. People coming in and out, blasting music in their cell phones.

There were computer problems that prevented checking n at stated time. After leaving an returning the 3rd time I was finally able to check n several hours latter. There was no compensation offered. Roaches were smashed by me n the lobby an I spotted 2 n the bathtub. I was going to fix pancakes for oir family bit with all the rust on the burners choose not to use. Haf some issues with the amount od unruly dogs big dogs. I would not choose or recommend this establishment.

Horrible place. Homeless people everywhere outside. I watched a robbery across the street. Night manager was a tweeker. I showed up at 12:15am (45 min aftewe ordering my room online) and they told me since i arrived after midnight they had to charge me for 2 days. I had flight leaving early in the am and im supposed to be for the entire next day? Room wasnt ready, i had to wait outside for an hour abd then got a call fron the drug addict nught manager that they couldn't rent me a room. No apologies, just a complete jerk. So i drove across the street to motel 6 where I got a room at a discounted rate since i was only going to be there for 6 hours (instead of being charged for 2 days like extended stay wanted to do).

This area was a homeless/transient center. There is one locked entrance to the building, and one locked entrance to the parking lot, and I was worried about my packed car all night long because of all the people loitering around the building and parking lot. I always felt like I had to run the gauntlet to get into the door. "Breakfast" was a granola bar and cup of coffee - don't think they should advertise it as having breakfast. It's not just not Marriott; it's not even Motel 6!

Don’t stay here. I don’t write bad reviews often. There are security concerns. There was only cold water in my shower. The smoke alarm had a bag over it in a non smoking room. The hotel is in desperate need of a remodel, the heater was very noisy. Breakfast that was included was oatmeal bars and instant oatmeal. It’s a crap hotel at best.

Check in was less than perfect. The gal was multitasking so she kept losing track of my requests-luggage cart, wii fii info, hair dryer, ect. She had to run up to the 2nd floor because she wasn\'t sure if the room had been cleaned. None smoking was a "joke" as the whole place was the smell of a giant ash tray. So much for listing free breakfast which consisted of a pot of coffee, a pot of hot water for instant oatmeal, tea or hot chocolate and a muffin or granola bar which was in the lobby across from the check in counter. No tables or chairs to "enjoy" the most important meal of the day.
