Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely large bedroom with quality fittings. Well stocked mini bar with complimentary tea and coffee. Small courtyard leading off from the dining room provides a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Brilliant cooked breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

Lovel small hotel. Friendly staff. Gorgeous room for a reasonable price. Small car park but you can park in any of the nearby streets and then for £6 they issue you a virtual permit. Recommended.

The hotel has EV Charger but does not discourage Non-EV drivers from parking in EV slots. This is extremely unusual and does mean this is NOT my preferred hotel when I stay in Cheltenham. Sad when they go to the trouble of providing the facility!!

Hotel was lovely - a bit of a shame when we went to arrive to park that there was no parking available at the hotel as this had been changed to an area for Cheltenham Festival, however, we stayed after the festival had finished & were not told - a bit of a shame as the website advertises car charging available! We were given on street parking, but roads were quite busy - so a 5 min walk to the hotel & then was suprised to find I was charged £6 for parking the next day, despite the walk! When we checked in at the hotel - we were given the option to add breakfast on for an additional £7.50, which I did... however when we got there the lady said she couldn't see it on the account so did say it would be £16.50 per person to add on, which was a lot more than what hotels.com quoted! Finally - our room was beautiful, but the toilet had an issue which meant it was continuously flushing! We did report it downstairs & they upgraded us & moved us to a lovely room quickly! Hotel is really nice & was a lovely stay!

This is a clean luxurious hotel with parking and a very relaxing lounge area downstairs beside the bar. Our ‘Excellent’ room was truly luxurious. It had a very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, a roll-top bath, twin showers, twin washbasins, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The only complaint we had was a lack of a shelf in the bathroom (we had to put our wash bags on the floor), and the breakfast was only average. However there were some good restaurants in town which was only about 10 minutes walk away.

I have stayed here several times but really disappointed this time. Service during check-in was not hugely welcoming and it felt like it was a inconvenience. No food available on a Monday evening. Heating in the room was not on and took a long time to heat up. Room was relatively clean but a great deal of dust on the bedside lamps and mould on the windows. No shelf or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom. Toiletries not filled or broken tops.

We had an excellent stay at No 38 The Park, Cheltenham. Delightful welcome, our room was very comfy quiet well appointed and clean. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were all welcoming charming and helpful. It is in a lovely area of the town, easy walk to the centre. We look forward to our next visit

Really comfortable bed, nice room and great location. Loved the decor of the hotel in general. The only negative was the heat of the room. Fans were provided but the main fan was very noisy for sleeping at night. Didn't have the window open at night in case of a security issue and also could smell strong cooking smells from the kitchen below. However, we did like the hotel. Nice touches like complimentary biscuits and port in the room and pastries in the communal lounge area. We would stay again.

Beautiful room, lots of little trinkets given as treats on arrival. The house/hotel was stunning and food was lovely. Only complain was that there was no kettle or tea making facilities in the room.

It's a really lovely hotel, and the staff are all welcoming and attentive. The room was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, with lots of thoughtful touches. One complaint: the room had no real chair to sit in, to read or just to sit; only a backless stool. A comfy chair is a necessity!

This hotel is very plush and well decorated to the highest standard! It’s exactly what they say, a home from a home. We came for our anniversary and booked the premium double room with the freestanding bath being in the bedroom, they decorated it with balloons and a card to congratulate us which made it extra special. The toiletries smell amazing and comes with all sorts - bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, vanity kit, flannels, shower cap, as well as very comfy bathrobes; not the itchy kind you get at other hotels. The bed was a super king with amazing and comfy pillows and bedding. The smart TV in the room topped it off too! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location with the centre being only a 10 minute walk away straight down the main road. We’re thoroughly looking forward to visiting again in April for my Birthday!!!

After a two week tour of the Cotswolds staying in a different hotel each evening this one was an absolute standout. The welcome gifts were delicious. The service was outstanding really in every way. Topping everything was the exceptional dinner we had in the dining room. I will dine and stay here every chance I get. Do not miss it!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff (like Megan who was excellent). Made my wife and I feel at home. Megan served us at Breakfast and checked us in and out, all of which was pleasant and easy going. No fuss. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and top quality ingredients. The hotel is refined and in-keeping with the area. Every detail has been thought through. Having stayed four times, we will be returning.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were amazing and very helpful! It was a short 10 minute walk into town and property itself was just beautiful! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Highly recommend!

Lovely boutique hotel close to the town centre. Room was large with a very comfortable bed and bedding. Nice lounge area with log burners. Breakfast was good. Parking was easy outside front of hotel but street parking also available. Would recommend for a stay in Cheltenham.

Road construction surrounding this hotel is not their fault, but it is annoying. The hotel and all its staff were wonderful. Vegan breakfast was excellent. They called a taxi to bring us to Cheltenham Spa train station. We found the best restaurant named The Coconut Tree which is Sri Lankan, which we had never tried. It was walking distance, and there were numerous vegan delicious options.

Really nice hotel, excellent location for the racecourse and the town centre, useful parking at the property and close by. My room was stunning, as nice as any I've stayed in.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were amazing and very helpful! It was a short 10 minute walk into town and property itself was just beautiful! Breakfast and dinner were delicious! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay at No 38 The Park, Cheltenham. Delightful welcome, our room was very comfy quiet well appointed and clean. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were all welcoming charming and helpful. It is in a lovely area of the town, easy walk to the centre. We look forward to our next visit

the hotel is located in a convenient location to explore the villages around. it is also located in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, they changed my room when the window in my room wouldn't open.

Very well situated across the road from park and close to centre. Beautiful building, lovely decor. Bedrooms really nice with comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom spacious with double shower and sinks and basket of extras. Breakfast amazing and staff very attentive. Would recommend.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely large bedroom with quality fittings. Well stocked mini bar with complimentary tea and coffee. Small courtyard leading off from the dining room provides a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Brilliant cooked breakfast, one of the best I’ve ever eaten.

After a two week tour of the Cotswolds staying in a different hotel each evening this one was an absolute standout. The welcome gifts were delicious. The service was outstanding really in every way. Topping everything was the exceptional dinner we had in the dining room. I will dine and stay here every chance I get. Do not miss it!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff (like Megan who was excellent). Made my wife and I feel at home. Megan served us at Breakfast and checked us in and out, all of which was pleasant and easy going. No fuss. Breakfast was excellent, great variety and top quality ingredients. The hotel is refined and in-keeping with the area. Every detail has been thought through. Having stayed four times, we will be returning.

I have stayed here several times but really disappointed this time. Service during check-in was not hugely welcoming and it felt like it was a inconvenience. No food available on a Monday evening. Heating in the room was not on and took a long time to heat up. Room was relatively clean but a great deal of dust on the bedside lamps and mould on the windows. No shelf or anywhere to put anything in the bathroom. Toiletries not filled or broken tops.

This is a clean luxurious hotel with parking and a very relaxing lounge area downstairs beside the bar. Our ‘Excellent’ room was truly luxurious. It had a very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, a roll-top bath, twin showers, twin washbasins, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The only complaint we had was a lack of a shelf in the bathroom (we had to put our wash bags on the floor), and the breakfast was only average. However there were some good restaurants in town which was only about 10 minutes walk away.

This is a gorgeous resort with a small number of rooms, beautiful gathering areas, a full bar, and a great restaurant with outdoor seating. When we arrived, Hannah greeted us and showed us to our room. The room was the best we have encountered in our many years of traveling. The room was very spacious and custom-designed with unique pieces. There was a well-stocked mini-refrigerator and other amenities. The bathroom was large, with a huge shower, double sinks, and a bathtub that could actually fit two people. We ate a wonderful breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, and enjoyed drinks in the outdoor sitting area, which is complete with a fountain. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. I want to give special recognition to Hannah, Tonica, and Matt.

We loved our stay at No. 38 The Park! As exhausted hikers who'd just finished a day on the trail of the Cotswolds Way, we were grateful for the no-hassle early check-in by a very friendly and welcoming staff member (who even carried our bags up to our room for us). The room was gorgeous: beautiful styling, comfortable king bed, park view, enormous bathroom, large bathtub. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, walking distance to the Brewery Quarter and tons of restaurants and shops. Definitely got what we paid for!
