What’s not to love! I come for the skiing as it is the top of luxury. At my age, I don’t want to work too hard and I am spoiled by the ski concierge doing it all for me! Then the relaxing apres ski, drinks, snacks or my hot chocolate. I could live like this!

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary at SEL and its reputation did NOT disappoint! Every detail is meticulously carried out out by the staff to provide the ultimate ski vacation experience. The spa and ski valet service spoiled us so much that we can't bear to stay anyplace else! It was that incredible ! Thank you all so much for every extra thing you did to make our celebration so memorable. From the room upgrade to the chocolate covered strawberries, Stein didnt skip a beat! We hope to now make this our annual tradition!

What elevates Stein beyond most resorts is the service. The staff at Stein is top notch and everyone makes you feel welcome. The in house car service and drivers are amazing, the staff at all the restaurants are pretty great, and the bell staff is probably the best bell staff we have ever come across. Great job Stein. We will be back!

Our second time staying at SEL. Ski in ski out resort. Staff was excellent and helpful. Clean room. Kids had fun skiing and playing in the game room. Free hotel shuttle to Main Street and nearby areas was convenient and we didn’t have to wait long to be picked up. Breakfast buffet was delicious and had good variety.

A stay at Stein is always a treat! The staff make you feel like a VIP and service in all areas is excellent. We want to specifically thank Kade for taking care of us at the pool and in the Champions Club throughout our stay. He was so friendly and made sure we were happy and comfortable during our stay. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend Stein for a 5-star experience.

Biggest positive was the staff, especially the front desk and shuttle drivers. The lodge feeling is nice, loved the large fireplaces that had fires going throughout the day. Areas for improvement - WiFi in the room was nonexistent. The wait times for breakfast could sometimes get to 45 minutes which was disappointing when you’re trying to get to skiing. The staff who helped with transporting equipment to/from the lockers were amazing.

Amazing week. Great attention, polite and courteous. Relaxing stay. Gingerbread house and christmas tree displayed fantastic as always. Breaskfast was over the top and varried each day. Options for everyone. We never needed a car. I would recommend Uber instead of the shuttle only because of the inconsiderate guests that boarded with severe continuous coughs.

Our jacuzzi on the patio was broken. Our hot tub drainage system was broken. They had a massive party next-door balcony literally roasting pigs with the smoke coming into our room extremely loud. There was dirty shampoo, bottles, and towels from the previous tenant still in the room when we got it. Terrible experience for the amount of money they charged I will never ever stay in this place again My 2 year old daughters asthma got bad due to smoke and my partner has to go see an eye doctor

Gorgeous place! This was a 30 year return trip for me. I rode on the same horse trails as before with an excellent horse and guide, thanks to the professional concierge. Meals were spectacular. The service and attention of the staff was excellent. Each night they came for turn down service, to straighten the room again and give us wonderful chocolates and more water. Car service as fast and so was the service in the bars and restaurants

My friend and I stayed at the Stein Eriksen lodge for a girls weekend. The breakfast was lovely and different every day, the rooms were always very clean with turn down service and the staff could not have been more kind. We also really appreciated the bus service which we could arrange via mobile application. The drivers were very nice and we never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a ride. We will surely return in the future!

Stein Eriksen Lodge exceeds expectations at every turn. The staff is attentive and friendly, the grounds of the resort are absolutely gorgeous, the service is impeccable, and they do all the small things that make you feel well-cared for. We enjoyed a room with a fireplace and a hot tub on the deck, overlooking Deer Valley ski area, and everything was wonderful. The resort has an older lodge feel to it, but is well-maintained. There is a free shuttle into downtown Park City which is very convenient. We had dinner at the lodge one night, and it was okay. In my opinion, for the price, there are better options downtown, but it's certainly convenient if you don't want to leave the resort. The onsite coffee shop is great for espresso drinks and pastries. Water in the room is abundant and free as well as turn down service in the evening with chocolates. Be prepared for the $80 per night extra charge for resort fee and parking. This is clearly disclosed in the property listing, but I didn't read it carefully and it surprised me. Overall, we had an amazing experience at this world class resort and would love to return in the future!

Lovely bed and breakfast. The outside and common areas are georgous and well maintained. Our suite which had two beds was bit crowded, ample amount of furniture and christian decor, doesnt bother us, but can be off-putting. Our biggest complaint was the locks to our doors which were difficult to operate. It was definitely an interesting stay and very plantation feeling.

Well, this was our first time staying at 5 Star resort, so I don't have anything to compare it too. But, the service was amazing! We only stayed one night and everyone working there made us feel so welcome and appreciated. Our suite was beautiful, had a great view, and the bathroom made our Master Bathroom in our home jealous! We even went swimming in the outdoor pool in the winter time. It was probably 30 degree outside but the pool was nice and toasty! We also enjoyed the amazing complimentary breakfast buffet before we checked out the next day. I highly recommend Stein Eriksen Lodge.

First off the staff was amazingly kind and professional. The rooms were amazing. The hot tub on the deck of our room was clean and private. The beds were extremely comfortable. The vallet was on point and helpful. I would highly recommend this Lodge. Its the best I have stayed at in Deer Valley.

The Stein Eriksen is the gold standard for ski hotels imho. Every single detail is thoughtful and elegant. We come for an annual family trip and will never stay anywhere else. This year, we had an issue upon checkin. The manager, Josh, resolved it for us quickly and with no stress. He was so kind and gave us a quick walk around the property that turned our day around instantly. He’s amazing and SEL is the best.

I don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel. Reserved a larger King room but they didn’t have any available the 1st night so they said they would move us the 2nd night. That never happened. Nobody to help when the luggage. The absolute worse massage I have ever had. Late night room service is joke and very limited. The only 5 star hotel in the area that you can’t sit at the bar and just order food to get a drink. The only good thing was the Sunday Brunch. We checked out and went to Montage.

After staying here, it was obvious why the Stein Erikson Lodge earned a five star rating. One of the many things that stood out to me was how genuinely kind the staff was. You could tell that they love serving all of the guests who come and making the experience want to remember. It’s hard to beat the location, and the place is absolutely beautiful. But the people made it a place to remember.

What a wonderful birthday! Loved spending time here and we beat the snow this year. It was so beautiful. We ate at the restaurant at night and had the Bison ribeye and it was delish! The staff was always helpful and very accommodating. We also spent time at the spa and it was so relaxing and everyone there was welcoming and took care of us. We are def looking to come back ASAP. such a good weekend.

We had a view of the hotel entrance and torch. It was cozy and beautiful. Breakfast was perfect! I had avocado toast one morning and squashs fritters the next morning.
