Stayed for an 18U travel baseball trip. Chose location for its listed amenities. Game room closed for kids and Bar/Cafe closed for adults! No mention on the website or prior notification before arrival. Rooms were clean but felt humid. Pool was large and clean. Staff nice and accessible. Laundry, Ice and Vending on each floor. NO elevator on a 2 story hotel!!! Not good when lugging a cube cooler. A few bumps but we made the most of it.

Easy check-in & check-out, room was simple but clean and everything I needed for an overnight stay, multiple entrance points so parking close to the room was simple even though not near the front entrance, and breakfast was on par with what's expected at comparable hotels.

It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The back door was not locked, when I asked if it would be locked I was told “it should be locked but someone may have out a pebble in it”. If that’s a common occurrence, shouldn’t security be put in place to try and prevent/deter people from ‘propping’ the door open?

Pool closed and wasn’t on web age to tell us that. Pub and dinner closed so had to go else where. Soda machine broken. Beds not that comfortable and spreads were stained and snagged. Friendly with our pet and our children.

It was beyond frustrating that our room keys would not work. Had to go to front desk 5 times to reset them. Our room was extremely far from front desk so this was a major inconvenience. Other guests were complaining about it as well. Otherwise great stay and would go again only if room is close to front desk.

Bathrooms were not cleaned before we arrived. Used bars of soap in the shower and ice bucket when we opened was smeared in orangish food grease. Pool area is nice and having the open field to the field is great for teams having space to burn off energy outside

The location was near plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The hotel was adequate. The bathroom had black mold, and what I believe was blood on the shower curtain. The hairdryer had a huge crack and I was afraid to use it. If the room had a thorough cleaning I would give the hotel a higher score. The pool was nice and had a lot seating and tables.

the room needed to be cleaned more frequently and seemed that it hadn't been in a while there was tons of dust and i had found a dirty hair brush as well as a bottle full of soda near the beds so not sure the room was really cleaned much before we entered it.

The room smelled a bit like smoke. Maybe it was the surrounding rooms, but it definitely smelled like smoke, and it's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel. There was also popcorn on the floor when got to the room, so they didn't do a great job vacuuming.

Front desk help was great. Check in was seamless. Get to the room, toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance guy came to the room, told my spouse, “I just clocked out” then handed him a plunger. My husband tried to explain that the toilet wouldn’t drain. The maintenance guy said he would see if there’s another room for us to move to. We waited about 15 minutes before my husband went to the front desk himself. Spoke to the front desk person. She was not informed by the maintenance guy of the room issue. She promptly assisted with getting us in another room. Aside from that, you could see grime buildup under the rim of the toilet. The ice bucket had mold in it and there were sunflower seeds on the floor of the room. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and will not be staying at this Quality Inn again.

Second time we’ve stayed here when visiting family in the area. Our room the first time was a little nicer than the room this time. I think we got an ADA accessible room because it was quite big, but the carpet was a little older and had some stains. Other than that, the room was relatively clean. The included breakfast is a nice perk and there’s plenty of parking.

The AC unit did not work adequately. It would turn off on its own. The room would get hot my husband tried to adjust again and it would go on and turn off again. In addition, there was a bug that appeared on my husbands leg while lying down. When we shared our dislikes with the front desk they were very uninterested. She stated oh its just a spider as if having spiders in bed was natural. She never even apologized for the inconveniences we inquired during our stay.

Quality Inn Oneonta was very convenient for getting to SUNY Oneonta and was very affordable. Less than a 10 minute drive to the college. Rooms were clean, but the shower was very narrow, and I'm not a large or tall person. Some of the towels were ripped. Fridge and microwave in room and many channels to watch. No room service for food, and the only place to eat on premises was closed on the weekends. Free breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I'm celiac and was glad to see omelets and yogurt, and those omelets were awesome! Tons of nearby restaurants to dine at for lunch and dinner. Very convenient parking, so not a far walk bringing luggage to and from car. Safe with key card entry to rooms and to enter the building from other entrances. Very quiet, and the pillows were plenty and very soft. We asked for extra towels at the front desk, and they said there weren't any extra towels. Saw the cleaning ladies in the hall the next day and asked for extra towels and they gave them to me. Excellent place to stay, so I highly recommend.

Without hesitation the front desk attendant asked me if I would like to switch to a ground floor room because he OBSERVED me and my cart with bags moving slowly. I did not have to ask or complain… I was asked…so in a second we exchanged keys and went from 205 to 109. That is an employee who cares about your stay!! Thank you!

The person working breakfast took the food away well before the breakfast period ended and then when the front desk girl went and spoke to her about it she had an attitude and complained how people should come get the breakfast earlier and if people are hungry there’s a Dennys down the street. Such unprofessional and bizarre behavior by a staff member. They should provide her with more training for her position. Hope the boss doesn’t find out about this behavior or how she doesn’t do her job right ……. Hopefully this area puts another hotel in the area with better quality staff.

Quality Inn Oneonta was very convenient for getting to SUNY Oneonta and was very affordable. Less than a 10 minute drive to the college. Rooms were clean, but the shower was very narrow, and I'm not a large or tall person. Some of the towels were ripped. Fridge and microwave in room and many channels to watch. No room service for food, and the only place to eat on premises was closed on the weekends. Free breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. I'm celiac and was glad to see omelets and yogurt, and those omelets were awesome! Tons of nearby restaurants to dine at for lunch and dinner. Very convenient parking, so not a far walk bringing luggage to and from car. Safe with key card entry to rooms and to enter the building from other entrances. Very quiet, and the pillows were plenty and very soft. We asked for extra towels at the front desk, and they said there weren't any extra towels. Saw the cleaning ladies in the hall the next day and asked for extra towels and they gave them to me. Excellent place to stay, so I highly recommend.

Convenient (41 minutes) to Unadilla Motorcross Park in New Berlin. Parking was great and check in was a breeze. Bed is quite comfortable. Bathroom needs some updating. Microwave and fridge are handy. Overall, room was far better than I expected.

Breakfast was included but there wasn’t anything there. At 9 am were out of sausage and what was left of the eggs looked like they were super dry. The cheapest yogurt possible and overflowing trash cans with 2 people working it. Otherwise room was fine. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Front desk guy pleasant. A friend stayed with her dog same night and said they were accommodating.

I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area. EVERYTHING was great from check in to check out. I arrived much earlier than I expected & they were able to let me into my room. The woman at the front desk was very polite. Room was super clean & spacious. Minutes away from the main strip. The bar was even open for a few hours & beers were super cheap. Bartender was the nicest guy & gave a lot of insight about the local area & attractions. Breakfast wasn’t super fancy but tasted good & had plenty of options with a nice view while you ate.

Easy check-in & check-out, room was simple but clean and everything I needed for an overnight stay, multiple entrance points so parking close to the room was simple even though not near the front entrance, and breakfast was on par with what's expected at comparable hotels.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and parking was excellent in spite of a psychic convention that was taking place. Breakfast was very nice. We were in town with family and friends for a funeral on a Saturday night and unfortunately the bar and restaurant were closed. They allowed our group to order a pizza deliverary that we ate in the dining room. (The gentleman working the desk recommended a pizza shop.)

The person working breakfast took the food away well before the breakfast period ended and then when the front desk girl went and spoke to her about it she had an attitude and complained how people should come get the breakfast earlier and if people are hungry there’s a Dennys down the street. Such unprofessional and bizarre behavior by a staff member. They should provide her with more training for her position. The floor was very wet. We were given towels to put down. One clearly changed color and we assume was pet urine. Bathroom and room need updating. Bed overall comfortable. It was loud. We asked to have rooms near each other with no response. Construction started at 6 am on a Sunday on adjoining property. Breakfast also was just ok. The front desk at checkout was friendly and apologetic she gave us a $50 refund for stepping in pet urine. For 2 rooms at $600 we expected more. I would not stay here again.

Our room was clean & comfortable. Only problem was when I went to use the coffee pot there was a dead bug in where you add the water. Breakfast is supposed to be at 6:30 but Monday morning it wasn’t ready. We waited until 7 & still no eggs, no OJ & the coffee maker gave me hot water. Property is conveniently located for the All Star Village (only 10 minutes away) & it was ok for just showering & sleeping.
