Very shabby hotel. Bed was clean but window curtains and net filthy!! In desperate need of refurbishment. Unable to control heating so room like an oven .safety chain on room door broken !!

When we first arrived they assigned us to dirty rooms, one had a broken bathroom door and the other had a disgusting smell. After we complained we got new rooms where one of them shared a door with the room next to it, the guest in the other room were playing really loud music and shouting all night. We tried to get help from the staff twice, they called them the first time but that didnt help so we complained again and the staff told us that they couldnt do anything about the loud noise at night.

Reception staff rude and abrupt. Room not cleaned properly and cause of potential health and safety risk. Hotel items were stone cold at breakfast. Raised complaint with Accor group and no response received. One to avoid
