Been visiting this hotel multiple times, staff is always on top super friendly. Budget hotel so thats what youre expecting. Great location, good bed. I always have issues with cleaners, check out time is at 12 and they already come knocking doors before 10am EVEN if you put the do not disturb sign.. they are always pushing you to leave the room.. its been like this in every 4 times ive stayed. If you could kindly pass this to the cleaners… like said staff was amazing ❤️

Alot of people gathered on the streps outside the hotel entrance which felt intimidating when arriving in the evening, room overlooked the entrance and could here chatting music dogs barking engines running etc until very late into the night. Personally I would not stay again despite the location being very handy for the train station and airport shuttle. Staff however were lovely.

So hot it was physically sickening which was unexpected for the price and the brand. Bed was OK but not great, all a bit old and in need of updated, some boarded windows. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Bag stored ahead of check in, easy card drop for check out. Would stay again only if AC was working next time and cheaper pricing. Really disappointed overall.

The hotel had improved since we last stayed however there were issues with the air con. Not good when temperatures were predicted to be 31’. However, they did message me prior to arrival to advise of this and had made a lot of effort to cool the rooms down. Reception staff were fantastic and gave our party the coolest rooms. Extra pillows provided too. Toilet did not flush well but overall a better experience.

Located in the center right across from the train station. The hotel staff was very nice but the hotel isn't in great shape. The AC wasn't working and the elevator wasn't very reliable (it typically took 3 attempts to get it to actually move off of the ground floot). The surrounding area is unfortunately not the best with some loitering people and prostitutes. A couple of blocks away though, we found a nicer pedestrian area with some nice restaurants. The breakfast was good. Overall ok for an overnight stopover. It seems that the area is under going some much needed makeover so the overall situation might improve.
