It did not seem like my sheets or pillow cases were changed. The pillows and bed had hair on them (some hair got in my mouth), the sheets were slightly brown from the grime of other people, and the floors were sandy.

Room was dirty windows and mirrors were dirty. Layers of film and dried fluids were on the headboard and nightstand. TV had no remote. I got one from the office and it did not operate the TV. No Wi-Fi service was available. I would like a refund!!!

The hotel was a nice and inexpensive place to stay. However, it does need quite a bit of TLC. Your feet stick to the floor, the bed isn’t the size they say online, the shower head in our room was broken. The towels was stained up, we had a non smoking room however our bed comforter had cigarette burns all over it. The air conditioner made horrible sounds in the middle of the night and quit cooling because of it freezing up. Hopefully they will clean up and make the stay better for next time.

It was not clean. Door was propped open when we arrived. No towels, no soap, TV was on with no remote to turn it off. Front desk had to track down the cleaning crew to get us towels and a remote. Very rundown. We didn’t take our shoes off or touch anything. We would not have stayed, but it was the only room available with it being the holiday and us getting in so late.

The people was loud as hell after 10pm outside my door the mini fridge was unsanitary and the door was broken off so couldn’t even use it. I came there to escape the storm and couldn’t even keep anything cold had to use my cooler I’m glad I brought one. Not friendly at all! Was very displeased with my visit. Room was dirty when I checked in as well I had to clean it myself before bringing anything in

The night time check man was very friendly and helpful. The room had 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no back up. Burned out light bulbs. The motor and cover were missing from the fan. This place is in desperate need of updating. I was embarrassed when we were picked up by family the next morning. We won’t be back ever again. I’m still apologizing, won’t ever be back again.

I asked for a room downstairs cause dad had surgery was none so went upstairs i had already booked tv didnt work air didnt work i told them they said they would fix it i still have not been contacted by anyone the tub had cracks i was scared was gonna fall thru housekeeping didnt even come by slept hot AC Didn't cool

Ended up here at the last after another hotel called and canceled our booking because they lost power before we checked in. This place is awful. They're cash only, which isn't listed on Expedia. They claim their card reader doest work, but they have a $5 ATM on location they'll happily let you use. The clerk told me the stay was 184, then sent me to their ATM. Watched me go take out 200, then told me their was a 50 dollar deposit, AFTER he watched me go take money out. So I had to go back to the ATM, pay ANOTHER $5 to pay the rest. I was livid. The rooms STINK. But ours was clean. The shower leaked from somewhere and the bathroom floor was in disrepair. Many people live here and one was lounging around in his underwear with his window open and the lights one. Nice place. The card reader on the door didn't work half the time. When I checked out, they were going to let me leave without returning my cash deposit. They refused to open the lobby at all, doing business through a small window even during the day. Just, don't. Unless you don't have any other options.

1st room they gave to us stunk bad. Housekeeper left their cleaning supplies behind and did not take out the trash. 2nd room still stunk, but not as bad, it looks like they re-use the bed covers/sheets without washing them for the next guests. No Extras. Floors were extremely dirty, couldn’t take off our shoes. Shower curtain has yellow stains. After a long 12-hr drive with two toddlers, coming from Texas, room paid for already, is why we ended up staying. They charge a $50 deposit, only $20 was returned, due to dirty sheets. I thought deposit was not refunded for room damages only as stated on their deposit policy receipt. I asked to speak to a manager, and I was cussed out. I had to call the local sheriff because the receptionist lost her temper came up to me so close and I completely felt unsafe. She claimed the manager was out till the following week. The worst check in & check out I have ever experienced.

They had a sign on the window that said they don't like people using it Expedia. That didn't make me feel very welcome. The place up the street the sweet dreams in, that place was a drug den and they kicked me out because I had a service dog. Even though it said at Expedia they accept animals. Nightmare experiences

The worst check in experience ever. Very poor customer service. Greeted with bad language by a very upset employee for ringing the bell that alerts the employee. Was told if I didn’t like her attitude to go else where (Not as kindly). Since the room was paid for, and being from Texas, I just took the room. Upset, frustrated, and defeated is how that experience went at that particular Motel 6.

Well off the jump the staff the lady working the front desk was completely rude completely just horribly rude. No customer service whatsoever just ask your horrible I did not recommend this hotel to anybody nobody I will never say that again. Was a good place for a quick sleep. There is a 50.00 refundable deposit, not mentioned when you book. To get your 50.00$ back you must check out in person or they will keep your deposit. Be sure to read all posted papers. The lobby is always closed they make you use the night window always.

Just bad, fire alarm goes off at 1am jumps us out of bad, no reason, they refused experdia payment, so they could jack up the charge another 65 bucks. Taking advantage of people trying to get away from hurricane milton.place was filthy inside, looks like they make beds but never wash the blankets or bed sheets, unless this is your last place to go. Just dont stay here, i mean dont.

Check in was rough after an 8 hour drive. No lobby open to public, only a window. As i walked up the lead immediately placed a sign stating, “…shift change…wait 15 minutes…”. Not pleasant. I waited about 5 standing at the window and then noticed a $50 cash deposit required. Stunned even further, i had to get back in the car and look for an ATM. Returned and the sign was down. The lead explained the delay and apologized, and I empathized. They gave me a room close to the office and worked out.

Absolutely filthy. There were "ladies of the night" with exposed tops thatwere walking around and calling to my family (Wife and 2 little kids) when we got out of our vehicle to unpack. They were going door to door soliciting the level below us. We had someone that was clearly an addict start banging on our door in the middle of the night demanding we let him in. There was also some kind of nasty, crusty residue on the top comforter and holes in the curtains... VERY BAD!

The hotel is located adjacent to a shopping mall and close to a senior care center. For this reason it was quiet and we felt safe. The hotel agent was respectful, kind and helpful. We would recommend this hotel because it is economical, safe, clean and conveniently located.

Front Desk was very friendly and accommodating after a long drive. No frills - just a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower. Location was great. Easy access to highways or main streets to get to UWF, Mall or Downtown.

Beat up bed cover. No coffee available either in-room or in office. Dirty floor.

You literally get what you pay for! If I had to stay more than one night, then I would not have stayed another night. There’s a lot of sketchy people there, but at least it was quiet. My door was barely on the hinges and there were big gaps around the door. My kids were just waiting on something to crawl in! The blankets on the beds had a million cigarette holes in them. But, they did appear clean after checking them. The mattresses should just be thrown in the dumpster. They had stains all over them! I did not see any bed bugs or roaches which was a good thing. We did kill a couple of spiders though. Some of the towels had stains on them and it wasn’t enough for 4 people. The AC unit outside cover was torn to pieces almost. The outside trash bins were running over. There were all types of trash visible walking up to our room. The only positive was Keith was very helpful during check in and when we encountered a problem with our tv.
