Parking was horrible. Space is way too small. I could not get into my car on Saturday morning because of the proximity of the car next to it had to crawl through the passenger side door, which I barely got open. While this facility allows pets. They have no area for pets to use. The area they have has brush and garbagepiled up in it. It stinks of old feces, had old feces left on the ground, and had no bags to clean up with. Itwas generally too small for the number of dogs they had at their facility. It is also too far away from the rooms. The bushes (oleanders) they had planted in the area are poisonous to dogs. There was nowhere for the people to walk in the area because of the bushes. The room was in good condition and very clean, however, it stunk of cleaning product, very strongly. With little dogs, it concerns me that the products might be toxic, especially with how strong the order was. The room also smelled of smoke. It was obvious that they had tried to cover it up, but it lingered, especially on the couch. The windows had no screens on them. The only way to keep the the room cool was with the air conditioner. This blew so cold on the seating area that it had to be turned off and on periodically because you couldn’t sit comfortably. Opening the window would have been more comfortable, but not safe with no screen.

Overall, the staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and fairly modern, and the location was just minutes from the nearby festival I was attending. The only downsides were that the iron in the room was ancient, the ironing board wouldn’t close once I opened it, and the parking spaces in the upper parking lot that offered the easiest access to my room were EXTREMELY tight. Other than that, I would consider staying here again.

We stayed for only a night. Everyone I spoke to was friendly & eager to help. The property is well kept. The rooms are clean, beds comfy. The pool was great, perfect for 94 degrees at 9am. It was not too expensive for the quality, I will be staying again sometime.

We called to make sure the pool was open because our kids wanted to swim and was told it was open until 10. When we get there the pool was dirty (leafs floating on top and dirt on the bottom) and cold.

Our room key didn't work 3 times so I had to keep going back downstairs. They just kept swiping the car and told me to try again. We also had a room next to some very loud people who kept yelling from 12-2pm that had a dog that tore up the hotel room. The front desk perspn put us up next to the pool but didn't tell us the pool was locked due to the pump not being operational. This was definitely not a pleasant stay. The staff at check in was great but everyone else did not seem to care about the guests.

While this was a really good rate for the one night I stayed, it smelled like smoke the moment I walked in, it appeared clean however I accidentally spilled my water on the floor and had to clean it up, and the floor was filthy dirty…… which you could not tell by looking at it. Walls were thin could hear other rooms somewhat, the bed was OK but not great. Couldn’t get the TV to work. I did not use the shower, but it appeared clean. The Wi-Fi did not work also. Will not stay there again.

Took my two kids on a roadtrip to Columbia State Park. Stayed here and then move to the Lumberjack in Sonora, which was great. Not sure where the good reviews came from, we realized in the middle of the night there was a giant pee stain or something that I was laying on (see photo). The floor was so dirty, the bottom of my kids feet were black. I complained, they changed the linens and we NEVER heard from the them afterwards. Several great places to stay in the area. Country Inn was just gross.

This place is disgusting I couldn’t understand why my feet were black. On Saturday when I arrived the floor was sticky . Sunday night I noticed why it was so sticky by the door it wasn’t clean. So I took a wet washcloth it was black by the time I got done cleaning the floor. The bathroom smells like mold. The bedding didn’t get changed. I can’t believe I have to pay so much for a room that wasn’t cleaned. The water is so bad that it tastes like chlorine . I’m glad I brought my own water. I have never stayed in a room like this. This won’t let me show pictures. I wouldn’t stay here again .

Unbelievable. Stayed here last March in the suite bungalow and was happy. This time stayed in the main hotel. Wood floor was filthy, no creamer and sugar, empty bath soap, broken balcony door, NO front screen on window!!! I spoke with front desk in person, and she was so non phased and pretty much unapologetic. I wanted to express my disappointment in person rather than here but that fell on deaf ears. I was polite and respectful too. Housekeeping AND maintenance will make or break a place. It also ruins a much look forward to trip. We won't be back. Thanks for ruining our trip.

this is the second time we have stayed at country Inn, Sonora. The reason I continue to choose it is because it is always spotlessly clean! It’s quiet, inexpensive but most important to me spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

Typical motel, albeit this one was overpriced compared to others, probably due to the location being en route to Yosemite. Check-in was really slow, partly due to problematic customers in front of us (no fault of the receptionist) but there was no sense of urgency or communication to apologise for the delay. Rooms were very dark on the ground floor, with very little natural light. They were fairly dated, with nothing standing out as being a highlight. They were clean enough, and served the purpose of getting our heads down for a night, and the location was quiet enough too. There was ample parking when we arrived, so no issues there. Overall it's a very average motel. Doesn't justify the price in my opinion, but ample of all you need is somewhere to get your head down for a night before heading off elsewhere.

I stayed in a suite with king bed. Friendly staff, no frills place to stay. Reserved a balcony room, was hoping to be placed on the street side of the building but was placed near the back facing the uphill driveway to the back parking lot. Nice views. The futon in the living room area- one of the sides was ripped up but kept together with packing tape. Bathroom tub was severely clogged. The location and views made up for the mediocre quality.

The staff was very friendly but I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and property. The desk in the room had only been dusted on the front part - the back had a thick layer. The blinds do not adequately keep the light out. The noise from neighboring rooms and rooms above you is loud. It wasn't horrible and fine if you are on a budget but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

I had to check out and go to another hotel and had to pay for the second night anyway. I was on business and needed internet service. I could not get it in my room and was told by the front desk to walk around the facility with my computer until I found a spot that worked!

Thin walls! Could hear people talking in middle of the night felt awkward didn’t want them hearing me and my husband … had very little sleep! Also toilet wasn’t working properly, had to wait in between for water to go down before using again!

Overall we liked it for its price ! We had suite 111 with 2 queens , the room is very large , full size refrigerator , 2 burner stove top , microwave, coffee , shower separate from Tub , heater worked well . We had issues with the soap , and shampoo Pumps , as they were full but Couldn’t get anything out of them so I had to use bar soap for my hair Which it turned out okay , but maybe bring some travel ones just in case . My main issue for suites 111 and 112 were that we didn’t get any WI-FI for some reason in that building, as you stepped out and goes towards the Lobby we got 5 bars but our Rooms NOTHING. Disappointment as we were there for wedding and couldn’t communicate from our Room . I would go again but get different room with better WiFi , but Staff were all friendly to possibly remedy the issue with the Provider. Enjoyed the visit though .

We had issues with the soap , and shampoo Pumps , as they were full but Couldn’t get anything out of them so I had to use bar soap for my hair Which it turned out okay , but maybe bring some travel ones just in case . My main issue for suites 111 and 112 were that we didn’t get any WI-FI for some reason in that building, as you stepped out and goes towards the Lobby we got 5 bars but our Rooms NOTHING. Disappointment as we were there for wedding and couldn’t communicate from our Room . I would go again but get different room with better WiFi , but Staff were all friendly to possibly remedy the issue with the Provider. Enjoyed the visit though .

Our room key didn't work 3 times so I had to keep going back downstairs. They just kept swiping the car and told me to try again. We also had a room next to some very loud people who kept yelling from 12-2pm that had a dog that tore up the hotel room. The front desk perspn put us up next to the pool but didn't tell us the pool was locked due to the pump not being operational. This was definitely not a pleasant stay. The staff at check in was great but everyone else did not seem to care about the guests.

I asked to get a crib and lady at the front desk promised it was clean well it wasn’t, it was filthy even had cereal in it. Then the key to the door wouldn’t work we would have to drive down several times to solve the issue and we didn’t get a sorry or anything the dude at the front desk was not friendly and rude. Horrible service and also the wifi they offer doesn’t work

The room was comfortable and clean. The floors were tile, which I appreciate (no gross hotel carpet!) However the service was lacking. We arrived around 1:30 with check-in at 3. They would not let us check in until 3. I asked if the room was dirty still and she just said "No we don't do early checkin unless you want to pay extra." We stayed 3 nights and by mid afternoon they still hadnt cleaned the room. I had to go to the front desk each day and ask to have the rooms cleaned (we did not have the do not disturb sign on.) Parking can be tight and there are no elevators. It seemed to me that there were a lot of long-term renters moreso than vacation/short term renters. Would probably not stay here again. Also, the last night, I locked myself out of the room. Went to the front desk and asked for a new key. The lady at the desk, who i had not seen before gave me a new key without confirming my identity. She didnt even ask my name to match it to the name on the booking. Kind of concerning from a safety standpoint.

Be ware, this is not what it’s advertised to be!! We were very disappointed with the whole experience, we don’t recommend staying, nor will we ever stay again. We were in Jamestown for a family wedding, and my friend had booked a block of rooms. We get there and there was only one lady at the reservations desk. We arrived in what we thought was plenty of time to get ready for the event. I had contacted the hotel the day before to see if we could check in early to prepare for the wedding, we were told that we could arrive by 1:00. The line was out the door! The clerk kept calling on the radio for back up that never came. Our turn finally came, and she couldn’t find our reservation. I pulled it up on the phone and she referenced that she must be going blind. She then stated that the king room that I had prepaid was not ready, however , she could give us a room with two queen beds. At that point, another lady came on duty, and made it right. We finally get to the room and the key doesn’t work! My husband had to go back to the reservations desk three times, it still wouldn’t work. We were finally let in at which time we only had an hour to get ready. We were given one excuse after another as to why the keys weren’t working and why the room wasn’t ready. They were short staffed ( they knew about the wedding a few months before) the computer system was down, therefore, they couldn’t re-key the locks. We entered the room and it had an unclean odor, NEVER AGAIN!!

Everything was fine with our stay room was clean and the staff were nice except the nieghbors ran some sort of loud machine late at night and they were very loud with the tv and slamming things around. There were strange men hanging around some of the rooms at night. I would stay again as long as my husband is there. I wouldnt feel safe staying alone.

The staff were phenomenal! Give them a raise! The turn onto the street really needs to be marked by some type of lighted signage. It’s very difficult to determine where the turn is coming off of the highway. I also have concerns about the shuttered property across the street. We noted a homeless man camping in the carport. Safety is a concern and aesthetics is not pleasant . Perhaps repairing the floor areas that are worn and coming up would lend to a more clean feel. Also, please invest in nicer bath towels.

Enjoyed chatting with the lovely staff and front desk lady. Took us a while to find the vending machine but they do have one. Abandoned building across the street. This hotel felt a little overpriced for the age and the fact that it didn't offer breakfast but coffee was available at the front desk. The shower curtain billowed inwards so the whole time you're having a shower you're touching the curtain. Did not enjoy that at all.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. It was nice to have a pool although there are no towels for guests to use unlike at other motels/hotels had on our trip so bear that in mind. There isn't a breakfast but the usual free coffee in the morning. We went to the CC Taqueria nearby for food in the evening which was delicious.

Located close to downtown, this hotel was perfect for an overnight stay. Once checked in and back in the room, only one outlet in the entire room worked. A trip to front desk, had the lady coming back to check it, and she fixed it immediately. Discovered a fuse was blown. Very accommodating! The one negative is this hotel is billed as offering breakfast, but in fact they do not! That was disappointing.

The hotel itself was an ok place to stay.But they need to be more accommodating to their guest need for transportation and being able to get food delivered or going to get food.They need to have some kind of food at the hotel for purchase or partner with a food company for delivery or transportation to go get something.No one wants to come to that area for services.So if you reserve this hotel and don’t have transportation like we didn’t after flying in.Then you will be stranded with no food or transportation
