Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon

This place has the worst customer service. I was charged $300 for a smoking "remediation" fee because of some bad sensor reading. I don't smoke or vape. When I tried talking to the management, they didn't care. Avoid this place. Stay somewhere with good customer service.

Everything was really good except our breakfast. The eggs, sausage, waffles & potatoes were luke warm, at best. Room was great, bed was comfy

Overall it was a great stay. The A/C could have been a bit cooler but the bed was the most comfortable I could remember sleeping in years. I couldn’t even get up to try breakfast. The complimentary drinks were also a plus.

Chef was excellent Saturday morning. Omelette was delicious.

Older property but was clean and big comfortable rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best ever. Property seemed to be very well managed and was a pleasurable experience would definitely stay again.
