Recently renovated with nice interior and comfortable bed. Really liked multiple shower heads. Good selection for continental breakfast. Didn’t like the fact the rooms opened to the street. If this isn’t a concern for others, I would definitely recommend.

Adequate little motel property, small nice rooms, good beds, very clean and new. Breakfast choices are coffee, tea, latte, hot chocolate, 4 types of juice drinks, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, toast, fruit and yogurt. Parking lot and spaces are very small and Friday night traffic was noisy.

This is a small, nice hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is 4 blocks from my home. We had to stay while work was being done on our house. We chose this hotel because it was close to our house and it had a pool. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the property was.

It was a motel, not a hotel. The Expedia information was misleading. The room was very small. We got in late and was given an upstairs room. I have trouble with stairs and there is NO elevator hot mentioned in the Expedia booking site. Breakfast area TOO small and not much choice. We used it only once.

We enjoyed our stay here. Receptionist was friendly and offered local dining recommendations. There are 3 great restaurants within a block of this motel. Tio's Tacos is a fun place to go. Great location - just a short walk to all of downtown Riverside. Huge library just across the street. The area was quiet and the aircon worked fine. The rooms are like an upgraded Motel Six room. Nothing special. This is a motel and not a hotel as the name implies. Parking area was secure. There is a pool but we did not use it.

I wasn't prepared for this property to be a motel, and I had to buzz to get into the check-in area. It was quite clean but the shower was clearly bought at Home Depot and installed into the bathroom and the floor of the shower was badly stained and the shower itself was small. The space itself is very basic - be prepared for a table, A/C, bed, drawer, tv and closet and the table is right next to the a/c because the room is small. The breakfast is bread - toast, danishes, waffles, no fruit or protein and there is definitely no restaurant or bar. This is a place you sleep at and that's it.

Room and breakfast area were super clean but the hotel was obviously a motel at some point and needs further renovation. There is an overall musty smell to the rooms that’s like entering a thrift shop. The room was comfortable but the walls are paper thin.

Cheaper for a reason. Property is very run down (holes in walls, bugs crawling behind mirror, towels seemed dirty or not washed very well, very old mattresses) and homeless people wander the parking lot. Not a terrible stay but for less than 50 bucks more you can stay at a more reputable company in a much cleaner and more comfortable room.

The room was OK a little dated sort of dirty, but the bathroom was horrible. Peeling paint on the ceiling of the shower unfinished paint behind the sink look like someone remodeled and then take the time to paint it again.

I stayed here when I dropped my son off at college. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The area is decent (nicer than some of the other similarly priced options). This will probably be my go to when I visit my son.

We like the location, close to convention center & many good places to eat. They didn’t have kleenex & no microwave. The shower was leaking so the area between the shower & toilet bowl was flooded by the time we realized it. We just changed the direction of the shower head. The wall is thin, we could hear our neighbor activity.

Over all great experience great place . Only issue I have is the bed was so loud .not sure if it was the frame but any time I moved it made the loudest noise. Other than that . The place is great. I will return .

True to the reviews the room was clean. It was small, the beds were comfortable, the windows had upgraded blinds but needs tweaking to prevent light coming in. There was a refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. The surroundings was quiet. The service was friendly. The free breakfast had several options. There were several Taco places within view although we did not visit any. We will be back here when we visit the area.

Bathroom was missing a waste basket :( Arrived at night and they will only talk to you thru the side window. I could barely hear the feont desk helper. Not sure how they want to that since it is a busy and noisy area

Did not partake in breakfast. Big disappointment was that I could not use a Hotels.com gift card to pay for my room. When making the reservation, I was given the option to pay in advance or at the hotel. I chose to pay at the hotel, but they would not accept it. This should be noted that not all hotels accept gift card payment, or not offer onsite payment at all!

The area seems fine during the day but was a little sketchy at night. The reception area smelled like weed, and the TV in my room didn't work (though the receptionist did come and fix it immediately). The room (upstairs) was very clean. The doors and entries on downstairs rooms looked pretty beat up and the property overall is old and tired. There is an excellent restaurant next door.

Rooms were very small but well appointed. Friendly staff, and good restaurants and bars nearby. However I felt a little uncomfortable walking the neighborhood at night and probably would not have done it alone. That being based on some of the behavior people displayed around the property.

it was a 5 minute walk to the convention center. there are restaurants around and walking distance. breakfast was small, simple and perfect. the rooms are good. the room i got was queen and 1 twin can fit 3 people.

I STAYED THERE TO VISIT MY MOM IN HOSPITAL. AFTER VERY LONG DAYS BEING ABLE TO CLIMB INTO A SUPER COMFY BED WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED. THE BREAKFAST WAS AMPLE WITH PLENTY OF CHOOCES.

The hotel was pretty clean but the furniture, towels and shower were pretty worn. Bed was very comfortable. Lighting in room was very good. Ice machine did not seem to be functioning. Free breakfast was meager and the bagels were stale.

People at the reception were very friendly and my request for a quiet room was honored. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, nice toiletries (even though I wished they had more environmentally friendly options like refillable containers for shampoo,shower gel, conditioner mounted in the shower). WIFI worked well. Hotel is 20-25 min walk from Metrolink station and close to the Riverside Food Lab and Mission Inn Festival of Lights. Continental breakfast with an offering of fruits was included. Definitely would stay there again.

Although the beds are very comfortable, we have a room with 2 double beds that has very little room for anything else. The shower only has a small corner shelf for soap, but no place for shampoo or anything else. Although it was advertised as having breakfast daily, there is NO breakfast at all.

Clean, quiet though right downtown...much less street noise, oddly, than other DTR hotels where I have stayed, comfortable! Would stay again. No more complimentary breakfast though (from website: You'll also wake up every morning to our complimentary continental breakfast! Enjoy fresh fruit, bagels, cereal, and delicious waffles! ).
