Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch

I stayed Days Inn for 4 nights. The elevator was out of order. So, I needed to use the stairs, carrying the suitcase. The stairway smelled like cigarette, and I saw an employee smoking in the parking space next morning. In the room, there was a dispenser for hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body soap, but the ones for hand soap and body soap were empty. There was no bathmat for all 4 nights, and there was only one bath towel (without any hand towel) for one night. The hair drier only blew cold air. I wanted to call the front desk, but there was no instruction to call the front desk. At one night or very early morning, I heard a couple having a fight. Next morning, maybe the same couple was having a fight in the parking lot. Also, I saw that behind the bed side cabinet was so dirty.

The room was a hot mess express. It was late when I actually went to the room to shower and get some sleep. When I checked in I didn't go upstairs. First things first the elevator DID NOT WORK and my room was on the 3rd floor. Then I get in the bathroom. My God. It was no washcloths one hand towel and 2 big towels. No floor rug for when you get out. Toilet was dirty and so was the tub. I cleaned everything. I had to stop the tub up with the hand towel and use the 2nd big towel to wash up with. While in the tub the body wash dispenser has only 2 pumps and it's completely empty. So I open the dispenser and send my son to get a new one. The guy downstairs at the front desk adds a little bit of body wash and the rest with water and shook it up. Then i was washing my hair. Same exact thing. But the shift has changed by this time. He says he will bring it upstairs along with hand soap. He arrives. I open the door and im half behind the door because I only have a T-shirt and underwear on. I tell him I'll replace it he says he has to do it. He proceeded in pushing up against me every chance he got i pushed him away. He said that the hand soap is unavailable so its body wash. Then he left. Then I wake up for breakfast there's this big sign stating that they're not supposed to serve any food from the health department . I try these danishes they have they were stale as hell. Then I thought u couldn't mess up coffee. Lord it tasted like dirty dish water smells.

I appreciate the fact that I'm able to do an early check in. The only downfall is that the only accessible ADA is always occupied when I've arrived early. And their only elevator is out of commission. I do not know how long it has not been in service though. Other than those minor issues that they been having, my stay with them has been good.

Elevator not working, no number on hotel room, first room dirty, second room had no fire alarm, hole in wall in bathroom, one towel, dirty. Credit card machine for checking in not working. Hotel clerk copied Drivers license and Credit card. Bad experience.

I request ground floor, they said I have to upgrade; ok, I take the second floor but the elevator does not work. I have ten bags and I have to walk up the stairs.

The pool was not accessible

I liked the new couch, very stingy bed covers, no freezer especially since there wasn't any ice availability. Nor was there a soda vending machine which was very inconvenient with out a car. I've never stayed anywhere without that feature. Plus free breakfast was a joke. Only toast, mini bagel, basic cold cereal and cheap packaged pastries. Good thing they has orange juice after suffering without anything to drink during the stay

The room was old and it was too noisy on the 3rd floor, we didn’t have a good sleep. The swimming pool was not functional but it says online it was available.

Broken dresser, cable not working so no tv, pool was closed, toilet did not flush

Well I called ahead and asked fir possible early check in, it was granted so it was supposed to be 2:00pm instead of 3:00pm, arrived at 2, was told not ready due to staffing issues, came back at 3:00, because I was told the room would be ready, but nope not ready, had to wait until 3:50 to get room. Got to room, smelled like cigars, patched walls, no fire alarm, just a wire hanging, shower was curtain cloth, existing drinks in refrigerator, missing louvers on window, one of the lamps next to bed Inop, power went out about 5:30am, was restored like 6:00, due to being short handed, I waited at front desk for about 5 minutes and just left the key.

This place was disgusting. Our first room had someone's stuff in it already. The second room had stained bedding and the sheets hadn't been changed from the previous occupant. We walked out.

It was dirty. all the surfaces were dirty. sheets stained. floor gross. HDMI cable stolen by previous guest. 3 tiny pillows for 2 people. 1 set of towels for two people. it was just gross.

Very dirty the blanket have like 5 burn 🔥 holes of cigarettes burned the whole 3rd floor was smelling like weed i wold never recommend that to any one at all thier is more hotels better hotel's its completely garbage its not eaving worth 20 dollars a night we paid a 100 dollars or little more and stayed in thier for cuble hrs and we left we cold not stay thier the night we diside to drive instead of spending the night thier

The worst place to stay looks like a homeless shelter Everything in the room looks old everything is rusted or rip and stains everywhere

Worst hotel. Room smells cigarettes, room not clean, pillows raggedy, made up, not real pillows… shower handle broken, sink water water is too slow.Overall worst!!

We left after an hour, we rented another room for the night, this place was Aweful and very dirty

Before booking I made it a point to check all amenities, shower, bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Our overnight stay was last minute so these amenities were very much needed. When going to take a much-needed long bath I noticed there was no plug and the bath tub itself was under repair or should I see needed repair. There was no shampoo, no conditioner and no body soap. Needless to say I was very unhappy. There were also leftover hairs in the bathtub as well as the toilet and the floors look like they hadn't been swept in a while. And to top it off after dealing with all that, we couldn't even get a decent cup of coffee from the coffee maker.

Trash was overflowed in parking lot, homeless sleeping around property and people sleeping in cars in parking lot. Staff was not inviting nor friendly. Room key reader was burnt and melted. Inside of room there were extremely stained sheets, the headboard was filthy in which looked to be dry blood, the walls had spills on them, and there were lose wires covering the ceiling.

Is hood for what you pay for , but the room i got had alot of damage that they tried to fix but didnt completly finish it

The first room was not maintained properly:missing Louvers, stained chairs, cigarette holes in the bedspread, coffee maker leaked, no phone in the room to call front desk, etc

Walls needed painting, worn out carpet, terrible bath tub, smoke detector and CO2 alarms missing, and window blinds broken. This place needs a massive refurbishing!

The room smelled and there and there were two fire detectors dat was empty. The actual detector was misting. Dat was a bit unnerving. The staff is nut as friendly. Specially the owner.

The toilet didn’t flush, no hot water, no smoke detector, and broken table tops.

I waited 45 minutes to get checked in. By the time someone showed up there was no apology for the wait. Had my payment been redeemable I would have left. There were holes in the walls, the blinds were broken and the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. I will not be returning.

The hotel was a hazard. The room didn’t have a fire alarm up it was in a drawer their restroom had mold. The shower was damaged the elevator didn’t function properly.

Room was fine. Except the phone didn’t work and I couldn’t get a wakeup call. I went to the front desk to report it and no one was there. I called out for anyone to respond and there was no response from anyone, nor did I see anyone. I then gave up on the idea of getting any help.

Room 109 should never be offered to any customer until the proper maintenance gets done in the bathroom. There is a water leak that coming from somewhere that caused both me and my girlfriends socks to get wet. And it is so bad that someone could slip and fall.

What I didn’t like was the fact that the TV kept going in and out all night long so they need to fix their service or get a new cable service.

The staff are amazingly friendly 👌

Waited 30 minutes for receptionist to return to lobby. He was dirty and unprofessional The TV did not work. The phone was dead. Won’t stay there ever again

Front Desk person was rude and argumentative when I expressed my concerns about the room upon check-in. I simply asked for a clean room. Bedding had some sort of ash/dirt like substance. No soap in dispensers. Towel set incomplete and tub not clean either. I was told I can’t get my money back because it’s prepaid through Expedia

All of the staff was very professional. They seem to recognize they work in the hospitality industry and for that reason I've found my new hotel whenever I'm in Antioch.

It was a last minute booking and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They refused to refund me after I never actually got to stay in my room. I’ve been here in the past. It smells terrible all over the hotel, lobby and hallways especially. The management are money hungry and do not care if they are giving terrible service. Rarely anyone at the front desk ever, but if they are they are always extremely rude. I will never stay at this hotel again. I suggest you don’t waste you’re money by booking here either .

Unit floor was dirty and a lot of hair by the corners on the floor. Room smelled so bad at mariguana. It was so bad that I had to turn on all days and nights the ac.. They can do way better cause their in a nice location, and to be honest I didn’t felt my car safe at the parking lot.

The area its a little sketchy

Its not bad. Better than expected. Just sketchy people waiting to get in when you scan your key card going in and out. Didn't feel quite safe. Had this guy wear all black with a mask waiting for me to use my card to scan the door and walked in behind me.

Friendly check in. Bedding was clean but furniture was old and dinged up. I was awoken a half dozen times by a PA system stating ‘you are trespassing. Please leave. This area is under video surveillance. You are being recorded’ but it’s Antioch and the east bay so I wasn’t surprised

It was close to the freeway and shopping center

This hotel isn’t in the best area. It’s surrounded by the hood where people get shot almost daily and tweakers … at night you’ll hear lots of people walking around at all hours. The free breakfast isn’t the best but you may be able to grab a fruit. I was overcharged for my stay after hotels.com already charged me but fortunately the hotel refunded me after 4 days… definitely wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed at the Days Inn in Antioch, CA for 4 nights. The stay was ok but the hotel amenities were not of satisfactory value. First of all upon checking in I found that there were only two bath towels and one hand towel. When I went to the Front Desk I was informed that there were no face towels available and perhaps I wanted to change room. When I checked out the 2nd room the situation was basically the same and I decided to stay in Room 108 in which I was already assigned. The bathroom floor was filthy, the sink was plugged up and the drain was draining very slow, the toilet ran constantly for my entire 4 days in which I stayed and was still running when I left to checked out. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling, the telephone did not work in the room and therefore all communications with the Front Desk was face to face. When the Front Desk staff spoke to the Housekeeping Supervisor in my presence she was totally not interested in what was being said and expressed it while speaking in Spanish. The food amenities were not available because the food area had been closed by the Dept of Health Services and the notice was posted in the food area. I feel that I should be compensated for the poor quality of service that I received while visiting in Oakley and I will never stay in that hotel where visiting in the Bay Area. The cost for my stay was almost $500 which was paid in advance.

Good service, good breakfast and good price

The pool needed to be cleaned of garbage and their so-called breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything. The coffee was okay except they only had vanilla creamer. Other than that it was okay

It was clean, but that is about I can say for it. Two of us in the room. Only one coffee cup and serving. Only one bath towel, no cups or soap in the restroom. 'Breakfast included" was only put out when we asked about it, and that consisted of old pastry and bagels that could be used as hokey pucks. We declined. The AM desk clerk was more interested in watching his cell phone than service. Next time will stay at the Comfort in just up the street.

They charge breakfast, (included) and only put coffee and some packaged breads, and cereal. 😡

Poor excuse for a continental breakfast. Had coffee, a few slices of bread with nothing to put on it. Remnants of cold cereal, but no milk. Really a joke. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise "breakfast included with your stay"

The "breakfast" was cereal. There was supposed to be toast but it wasn't out and no one cared to help get it. Asking for an extra towel felt like an inconvenience to the front desk staff
