It would not let me click on what I didn't like but I'll tell you what I didn't like I didn't like the fact that when I got there I specifically wanted a place with the Jacuzzi or hot tub and they're jacuzzi was down the day that I leave they fix the jacuzzi I wasn't real crazy about the place the continental breakfast was okay but what do you expect from a three-star hotel I was pretty disappointed but if you just looking for a place to sleep it was safe it was clean it was comfortable and they didn't even have a pool

Upon check In found out the pool is non operable until next week due to lighting to pass inspection in the pool . This was my reason for booking with them honestly . So this was disappointing. In the facility the Sanitation stations were empty . Gym has no water - big water container is present but empty No towels or paper towels in the gym . Need a clean towel station and dirty bin for used towels . No sanitizer or wipes for cleaning up equipment between guests Shower walls had dirty streaks and short hair on the walls I assume from prior guest shaving . I did ask housekeeping to come and spray shower which they did immediately with bleach . Breakfast drink station nozzle uncovered all day - should be covered with cling wrap or protective covering between breakfast service poses contamination hazard being open all day and unsupervised. Room was nice no major complaints - tv was on when we opened the door for the first time / checked in . - that was a bit questionable . We did have an issue with coming back and the room smelled of HEAVY smoke after we’d been gone all day . Our room was promptly changed which I appreciated that customer service response . Over all I think the place could really be a gem in Sumter if attention was paid to small details .

The gym was awful! Nothing like the pictures. The first room I got was not cleaned! The second room was better but it was still not clean!

No amenities. I stayed in a handicap room. As soon as upu sit on the toilet it squeaks and make noise. The pool wasn't working. The pillows sucks. No ironing board in the room. No telephone in the room. This place was a mess. I wont be returning there.

The staff was great. The elevator was scary. It made a horrible noise when it stopped on the third floor.

False advertisement they have a pool without water in it. The bed spread had stains on it. Housekeeping never checked on us. Very old furniture buckets in the hallway for leaks in the ceiling. One ice machine on the second floor but my room was on the 3rd floor and none of the vending machines worked.

The hallway carpet was dirty and smelly. Elevator had a oder. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevator floor was sticky where someone had spilled something. Was like that for at least 2 days. When we got into our room it was 85 degrees.

The convenience of the location. This hotel would have been a much better stay and f there was someone to check in with because you call front desk no one answered, inconveniently you travel downtown stairs and no one around because certain staff outside socializing and smoking. The dining area had no plates to eat out of all vending machines were broken and pool out of order, so not very accommodating! I transferred two different times due to broken toilet and a/c leaking in room and not very clean. The most convenient issue was being disabled and having to go up/down to reactivate door key,horrible!

This hotel was HORRIBLE! The carpets are dingy, the walls and carpets are filthy and the bathroom was atrocious. The windows had an overcast film. You can barely see the outdoors. The blanket smelled musty! There was no hot water and my family and I had to use another room"s bathroom. Do not stay at this hotel.

My room smelled musty and moldy. The step in shower was nasty and hair was on the shower walls. The mirror wasn’t cleaned and the drapes had stains on them. The room was dusty. The breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly

The sheets on the bed had brown stains on them. You can imagine what it was. Mold was growing in the shower, Paint peeling off of the bathroom pocket door. Was moved to another room and the a/c barely blew any cool air, hair dryer didn't work, the security latch was about to fall off, every time the refrigerator cycled on and off it would knock 3 to 4 times and it sounded like someone was knocking at the door all night. Pretty much a bad stay.

This hotel is in a great location close to lots of places to eat and shop. The facility itself is nice and clean and the employees were polite during check in. My room was pretty much clean except the toilet in my room. The toilet was visibly dirty, which I handled myself as it was very late when I arrived to my room. Other than that, the hotel is nice and comfortable for a few nights stay. They offered a small breakfast of waffles, sausage, eggs, etc. which was also a plus! I would stay here again in the future.

Halls were filthy. Windows appeared to never have been cleaned. Room generally ok as long as you didn't look in corners or mind the odor of string cleaning solutions.

When I checked the first bed sheets were filthy and shower was dirty, refrigerator couldn’t close do to the overwhelming frozen ice coming from the freezer so they switched my room the second room I end up cleaning myself but after I got situated I couldn’t watch tv because they had locks on the channels but it was ok because I had my Roku device and the gentleman at the front desk asked me what did I want him to do about it. But what is concerning that the male employee confronted my husband asking him if he want to smoke in the room just cash app him some money because we didn’t pay a deposit and he can smoke all he wants to. The hotel was already smelling like smoke in the elevator and worse in the floor we stayed at. If the other hotels in the area wast booked I would’ve left with no hesitation. But what really put the icing on the cake was the roaches in the bathroom. I mean it from the bottom of my heart I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff members don’t care about the hotel. Choice hotel you need to do better with this hotel.

The bathroom door was broken, there was a smoke detector missing from the ceiling with the wires hanging out, and there was a hole in the floor next to the window. I asked for an extra comforter and they said they didn’t have any. The bathroom was not clean and the shower door looked like it was hanging on by black duct tape. I saw a black spot above my bed and had to stare at it to make sure it wasn’t moving.

The hotel itself is cool, but def need upgrades..the pillows looked yellow and old , the lamp , light fixtures need to be upgrades..the chair in the room dirty, wouldnt want to sit on it..i feel like they just need to put more money into some upgrades

Something was leaking and each step brought more water. Down to the front desk to room change. Not a problem. Again, the staff was great. Now, to our new room. The toilet seat was held on by only one of the two attachment bolts, and that one was loose. You had to be careful sitting so it didn't slide off. Other issues were dead power outlets, including the one over the sink so the hair dryer was basically worthless (fortunately, it came off the wall so it could be used elsewhere). Also, the fridge was so cold that the ice box was so frozen there was almost no room to put anything in the freezer, Also, the hallway going to the room looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in weeks. If the room had been as great as the staff, it would have gotten a five-star rating. Sorry, though, it didn't.

The staff was very helpful, but the hotel Is old . Our first room had a broken refrigerator and the ac was broke. Went to the front desk gave us another room with no problems . The room bathroom door was broke , the shower door was broke , ac unit leaked water the entire stay. Refrigerator was leaking as well. The tub /shower is old and molded around the seals. Me and my family was no satisfied at all here. O/10 do not stay here

Short notice stay and enjoyed it. Only complaint is the beds they are on a metal frame that slides everywhere.

Wires hanging down from the ceiling, smelled terrible, AC was discussing and falling off the wall. Lights missing and broken, floor peeling up. Furniture falling apart.

Customer service was great when checking in! The cleaning staff in the mornings are extremely extremely loud with slamming doors, hitting doors to rooms with customers still sleeping...waking them up.

Close to many shops

It was a ok stay. The bedding was clean, the pillows were stained so we didn’t sleep on them. The toilet seat was too small and I was there for four days and my room didn’t get clean. They have a three or more clean day rule, but I didn’t see anyone. They did leave clean wash clothes and towels. It was a great location for my event though so I guess that was something.

Hotel was nice and in a good area. Only down fall is no room service unless you request it.

While staying here there was lots of noise such as screaming and banging on the doors from others beside us late hours of the night . And there was also a shooting / murders in the same night outside so I wouldn’t say a very safe area . But the staff was nice
