Antioch Inn and Suites

I like the place but the experience this weekend was horrendous. Refrigerator was broken my food spoiled and had the nerve to ask me leave my room to have it cleaned but when I returned some 10 hours later no toliet paper no fresh towels to be exact NOTHING WAS DONE TO MY ROOM. THE NIGHT PERSON was a founded in his car in the parking lot .So this was a bust had hopes with new managers.Big let down

There was no staff after dark, and only a security guard. I struggled to get into a room after a late flight. There were no amenities. The pool was filthy, and not swimmable. The property was minimally maintained.

The room was so unacceptable, that I refused to stay there, and I’ve asked for a refund, which I have yet to get.

Room was dirty

There were no amenetes i went to take a shower no body wash no shampoo no conditioner all bottles empty not even bar soap And as i look around no microwave no coffee maker no iron even the toilet paper holder was gone toilet paper on the floor. The fridge was even hot. Now i will say it was the first time being like this and either hopefully the last or it will be the last time i stay there.
