Hyatt Place Richmond Airport

Bed was soooo comfortable. Keep the fan running on the AC/Heat to block out traffic noise from the highway exit running behind the hotel. Parking is plentiful and well lit. Breakfast was good, but the same two mini quiches every day got tedious. Coffee was amazing, too!

Only complaint was our room was facing traffic side . noisy at night. The hotel is under renovation but was satisfactory.

The lobby and double room with the pullout is very clean and spacious! Would love to have had a microwave in the room. The small microwave located in front of the elevator doors was less than desirable. A regular size microwave would be better. Would love to have a brewed coffee for breakfast rather than making a cup at a time.

Parking fine. No daily room cleaning. Breakfast heavily lacking. Whole hotel in state of disrepair. Would not stay agian

This property is overpriced! Construction, filthy, just not the Hyatt standard at all! We were shocked and displeased. I will contact Hotels.com for adjustments on this one! Not okay!
