Nice, clean hotel. Free parking nice. Very friendly, helpful staff. Small pool and no hot tub. The Bar/restaurant was just a long counter in the lobby that you order your drinks and food from a very limited menus on wall. It is only opened 6:30-9:30am for breakfast and 5-10pm for dinner and drinks, not open for lunch. Mixed opinions on food from people at our table. Burgers were very good. Flat breads not so good. Disappointing that the bar is only opened 5-10pm. Especially when you picked the a “hotel with a bar” and restaurant on purpose so you don’t have to go out. There are some places fairly close though. Price in comparison to other hotels decent.

The hotel was nice, centrally located. Easy check in. Staff was pleasant. The only downside to our stay was that after traveling all day and expecting to have a meal and go to bed, we had to get food to go, to take back to the hotel because on the Friday night that we stayed at this location, the restaurant was closed.

This hotel was really nice. It was very clean. The room was large and had everything we needed. The staff member who checked us in was kind and welcoming. I really appreciated the free parking. We didn’t have much time to explore, but there appeared to be fun restaurants, etc., nearby. We did not use the pool or the workout room; both appeared to be quite small, but that wasn’t a concern for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay, staff was very friendly, no coffee was set out only for purchase, which that was a downer. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, some of the picture frames hanging needed dusting, but room was clean. The equipment in the gym area are a bit old and rusty, gym was clean. Overall a good stay and we will be staying again

I had an extremely unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The condition of the room was absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. It was evident that there had been a leak in the room, but instead of addressing the issue properly, it seemed like they had just patched it up hastily. As a result, there was visible mold growing through the walls, particularly in the bathroom where the ceiling was completely moldy. Adding to the discomfort, there were holes in the ceiling, which were poorly covered with paper. What shocked me the most was the presence of unsanitary conditions in the bathroom, with poop splattered on the walkway door area and the toilet. The level of cleanliness was unacceptable. Furthermore, there was dust accumulating everywhere in the room, including on the TV. Overall, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I would strongly advise against staying here due to the deplorable conditions I encountered.

Food options wise, as long as you have some sort of transportation, you have a wide variety of food options. There are even options within walking distance as well! The comfort of the bed was really really great, especially after an exhausting fulfilling day, the beds that are waiting at the hotel room are comfortable.

Unfortunately there was a really loud group of people that decided to start partying around the fire pit beginning around midnight and lasting until 2:30 am. They were very loud and kept me awake in my second floor room. They’re should be hours if operation for the fire pit similar to the pool. They had to be keeping others awake as well. I did not complain to hotel management as I should have but I’m sure they had to know about these folks and allowed this to go on.

Nice enough and clean. The TV was wonky and the internet was SLOW. Lots of cars racing and honking throughout the night. Someone was honking in front of the hotel at 3:30 am. Not super soundproof as you can hear people walking in the hallways and above you. Request a room on the backside and an upper floor.

Disappointed to find no microwave in room. You have to go down to the 'marketplace' by the front desk to use a microwave. We were awakened at 6 a.m. by a shrieking child in the next room. Fortunately they were checking out. Next night was quiet. Refrigerator tended to freeze our food and drinks; no way to adjust temp.

Great stay! The only complaint we have would be the loud air conditioner in the room. When the unit would turn on, it sounded like a jet taking off and would wake us up! Overall, our stay was good!

The room was very clean and nicely laid out. Everything was fresh and in good repair. Comfy bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to access and nice to have a variety of restaurants in East walking distance. Only issue was inability to load any movies on Netflix on Saturday night as they would not fully load. No issue on Sunday. I suspect that the network was overwhelmed by peak demand on Saturday night.

No microwave in the room or anywhere else. No free breakfast. Bistro’s dinner menu was mostly cancelled out by having no lettuce for salads, burgers, etc. No apologies, no price break. No coffee urn in the lobby. Anything extra was at a price.

Clean place in an area with a lot of amenities. Breakfast (not free) was excellent and filling and surprisingly priced pretty reasonable. Lots of plugs and such in the room. No complaints. Would have liked to go down well before 7AM to get coffee, but that is probably more a me thing than anything.

I read a lot of the reviews on this property and a lot of them were very petty. The hotel was super clean in a fantastic area of university of Omaha. Dining was in walking distance, so was the movie theater. The only complaint I have is the breakfast lady was rude as hell every morning she worked, heavy set lady with brownish hair. Other than that the place was great!!

The room and hotel were very clean. Grounds were well kept. The bistro bar was a bit expensive. 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast with bacon and home fries. The bacon and home fries were over cooked to say the least.

Bed was uncomfortable. Tv was very small and far away from the bed. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Breakfast at the "bistro" was awful. Insane prices. 11.50 for a Breakfast burrito. Insanity. Pool very small. No hot tub. Quiet property. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Room was clean aside from the smoke. Fridge in room, but no microwave. Way overpriced for what they are charging. Wont be back.
